We are renting out our beautiful holiday house in the quiet neighborhood of Siófok Szabadifürdő, only a few minutes walk away from the cetre of Szabadifürdő, from lake Balaton and Galerius Spa. A house was recently refurbished and can cater for a maximum of 5 people. Our guests can enjoy the entire house and garden, we will not be in your hair unless you need us. In 2021 there might be some construction happening on our neighbour's land, and some noice is expected. Vaccinated guests only.

Nice spacious and light vacation house ten walking minutes away from lake Balaton. Within the house, there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a bathtub) and a spacious living room. There is a TV, a big cozy couch and an adjacent kitchen with a dining table. Outside, there is a nice roofed terrace. In the garden, there is also a barbecue with a wok. Beautiful home with all amenities required. High level of cleanliness upon entering and easy to maintain, host was very pleasant and responsive to any queries I had which was great. The view from the bedroom was beautiful and would be a great place in summer with the large garden. Would definitely go back! A car is needed to get there or can easily use the local bolt services which we did. There is a large tescos about 5 minutes walk away too.

What a fantastic place! Beautiful Appartment, fantastic surroundings and a beautiful pool. Kitchen was very well equipped and the hostess (Monika) was great, Google translate it was but it helped so much in feeling away from it all. Also the kids absolutely loved it. They make their own wine which adds to the experience. Went for a run in the early morning, very much liked the diverse environment. All in all we really enjoyed our time, the place is fantastic and lives up to the expectation. We might go again next year!

My family and I had an excellent time staying at Marta’s place. The pool, hot tub, ping pong table and foosball table were just some of the highlights. We loved the extensive amount of outdoor living space. Some days we used the outdoor grill and even made a porkolt over the gas burner which was already full of gas for our use. We had a few ants in one of the bedrooms and Marta was quick to send somebody over to rectify the situation. Lucky for us the house had enough bedrooms where this was a non issue. My son accidentally broke the glass of one of the kitchen cabinet doors and Marta was very easy to deal with it. I would highly recommend this place again and would consider staying again if my family and would re visit the Balaton. Thank you Marta for the great stay.

A great place to stay for a quiet and active vacation - perfect location in a very quiet area. The house is brand new, beautiful, clean and very stylish! I recommend!!! I also appreciate the communication with the host, which was great. 2 bedrooms for 2 couples, we had a private one. Terrace overlooking the garden, including a barbecue. Parking in the backyard. I really recommend the stay.

Beautiful location for hikes across the peninsula, and a beach is also within walking distance. The two bedrooms, each with separate bathrooms, are well suited for 5 people, we liked using the large bright living room with a terrace in front. We will be happy to come back!

Charming house, well-equipped, with a pleasant exterior (large outdoor table, barbecue, petanque court nearby). Bedrooms and bathrooms are also very good. Laura and Gabor are very friendly and full of good recommendations on activities nearby, as well as good places to visit. And if you are a nature lover, I recommend walking in the surrounding forests and hills, we came across a dozen deer and stags!
