this place is perfect for getting out of the hustle and bustle of the city. All employees are very friendly and super accommodating. When I didn't go so well on the day of departure, we were also allowed to check out later. On excursions, we were always helped directly to organize a car. It is really a very nice and quiet place. the food is also super delicious.

The place is amazing, felt like home, so cozy. Not to mention the cleanliness of the bathroom & room were great! The host is very proactive, friendly & helpful. She was extremly kind, prepared a car to pick me up to go the airport early in the morning. Everything is so great here, recommended!

One of the best stays I’ve had in Vietnam is at Hanoi Hidden Gem Airbnb! The host, Minh, is incredibly accommodating and kind. He welcomed us with food, ensured we had everything we needed, and even helped recover our lost luggage. Minh is always smiling, cute, and handsome, and his hospitality is unmatched. I’ve never experienced such kindness, even in my home country, the Philippines. We were a big group of 20 with many requests, yet Minh and his team remained patient and attentive. The rooms are clean, spacious, and equipped with heating for the shower and aircon, perfect for winter. The location is excellent, with famous outlet stores nearby, and it’s easy to find via Grab. We also loved the gaming area with a Netflix projector and billiards table, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I’m so happy I secured this place for my family and will definitely return. Vietnamese people, like Minh, are truly kind, sweet, and hospitable. He is cute and handsome smiling!Highly recommend!

The location is absolutely unbeatable! It is in the center of everything, walkable to Ho Guom and the French Quarter and countless amazing eateries, yet tucked away in an alley so the noise from the streets won’t bother guests. Definitely saved us lots on transportation cost.

The location is at walkable distance to all the attractions and restaurants. Anna's place was very clean with added amenities. We had everything we needed during our stay. She was also very responsive throughout. The neighbourhood felt very safe especially for us women travelling at night. Highly recommended.

My and Thinh are amazing hosts. They are super communicative and supportive. Their place is in the very center of Hanoi with an awesome view of the West Lake. It is very easy to find and also close to tourist attractions in Hoan Kiem and Ba Dinh District. The place is pristinely clean, fully furnished and extremely comfortable. Throughout the time I was there, the hosts were very hospitable, their service was superb. I asked them for an extra blanket and they provided right away. They also gave detailed recommendations for places to eat around. I would highly recommend their place.

Thank you very enthusiastic homestay owner. The room is very new and clean, the decord hostess has a gentle taste. The space is open and can walk to breathe, besides there are many delicious eateries right at the foot of the building. The price is also reasonable. If I go to Hanoi, I will continue to choose SolyaHome for a longer stay.

Great place to stay, and beautiful surroundings. My only complaint would be that the bed was uncomfortable. Everything else was perfect.

This place feels just like home—it’s a fully furnished apartment that’s super cozy, with brand-new furniture. There are plenty of local shops nearby, and the area is really quiet and safe. There’s also a bus stop close by, and it takes about an hour and twenty minutes to get to the city center.

I like this one because of the beautiful view, with a balcony with a glimpse. I love to wake up to the sunrise. The house is clean and the host also instructs to check in very enthusiastically. Feels like home. However, in the kitchen, I occasionally hear the smell of sewers, and the house does not have filtered water available. The wifi connects normally but the projector is not connected. Ok anyway, I'm still very satisfied when I stay here and I think this is a pretty good choice.

The room was clean, tidy and very similar to the picture. The check-in and out process is also very simple. Thank you for giving me a great experience.

Thoc was a very helpful and responsive host who answered every time I needed assistance. The apartment was cozy, clean and spotless, with fast wifi speed that was ideal for working remotely. There were only two things that I had qualms with: first, I was taken aback with an extra heating and electricity bill that I had to pay after I made my reservation. And second, I was shocked at how far away the apartment complex was from all of the restaurants that offered delivery on Grab. This was quite inconvenient for me without any forms of transportation during the rainy season in January. Luckily, there are many lively food and snack streets within the vicinity in the Ecopark neighborhood. Ms. Thoc was also very kind to offer a motorbike for rental if you’d like to travel to the city. Overall, I’d recommend Ms. Thoc’s pleasant Airbnb if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful stay far away from the hustle and bustle lifestyle of Hanoi’s city center!

We had an excellent stay here in the beautiful ecopark with natural surroundings. It was located close enough to the buzz of Hanoi without compromising on peace and quiet. If I had any questions, they were very quickly answered and we were left a lovely souvenir, which was a nice touch. Thank you for looking after us so well.
