Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Hung Yen

Amazing host! Made our stay in Hanoi really great. Very prompt at responding and gave us some great recommendations, organised our airport transfer and even dropped off a big teddy bear for the kids! Rooms were spacious and clean - comfy beds. Perfect location with everything you need in walking distance. Everything was easy from when we landed to the end of our trip. Highly recommend

Bach & Minh are very responsive to any issues and are proactive to inform us of things to take note for places we are visiting. Rooms are well furnished and bed and blankets are very comfortable. Just take note that there is no lift.

Great location. Maybe hard to find in the community but host is very responsive. Make sure don’t flush tissue paper to toilet :) very close to old quarter. Dryer and washer available. A lot of stairs… bedrooms are located on third and forth floor. Very nice and quiet neighbor. Excellent water heater.

Great place to stay . Well located with coffee shops and restaurants around. Hanoi coffee shop has great atmosphere and is walking distance from our place .

At first, I felt the lengthy instruction/communication was excessive, but after my first couple hours, I felt the instructions were necessary. Anna just wanted to make sure her tenants get what they need for the comfortable stays. It was nice of her to come by to greet us. If anyone is questioning about the safeties of this place, rest assure this street is surrounded by mostly military, government offices and housing. Yet, it is within waking distance to the old Town and attractions. Small recommendation: issue two keycards to allow those who go to bed early not be bothered by all-nighter. Disappointment: Anna recommended a good restaurant which I tried to reserve to celebrate my son's birthday. Turned out the entire space was booked by some company on the day we needed it. Bummer ....

Great place for a big group! 3 floors of bedrooms and bathrooms. Laundry, kitchen, etc. Great wifi. Loved it

Bon’s place was a nice getaway for this friends trip. It was big enough for all 10 of us. It’s a budget stay so we did not expect any fancy amenities. Bon’s team was very responsive and helpful with all requests, including transportation bookings to and from the airport. Thank you for making our stay comfortable!

Great local accommodation in quiet location 15min walk from old quarter. Hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond if we needed anything. We also appreciate the early check in and having luggage storage after check out. We stayed here for 2weeks and it's an ideal central location for exploring Hanoi.

I had a great experience for 9 days here, the room space is private, with an open view outside, and especially host Linh is very cute, ready to answer any questions. My favorite point is that the pool here is very nice. Hope to return to Linh's Airbnb at Ecopark again.

Completely in love with the place!! The place in personal looks just exactly like the pictures, newly renovated with modern, chic design and comfortable furniture, and having lots of plants around the house is a huge plus. The host was super friendly and responsive, always being helpful whenever it makes senses and despite the place being far away from the city centre, he sometimes offers to drive me to the centre which is something i’m extremely greatful for. Would love to recommend and will definitely stay here again when I’m visiting Hanoi.

Great place to stay, and beautiful surroundings. My only complaint would be that the bed was uncomfortable. Everything else was perfect.

On the contrary to how most reviews are rated on Airbnb, I typically would give 3 stars to a place where the accommodation is fine and I'm overall satisfied. I would give a 4 if the place does that little extra. I would only give 5 to places that are exceptional compared to others, so by definition, 5s would be rare. Even if reviews on Airbnb were graded like this I would still give this a 5! The standard here is pretty much like at home (central Oslo), not much noise or traffic. Just be aware that if you're only visiting Hanoi for a few days and want to experience the city centre and all it's attractions, this location might not be for you since it is a suburb outside of the city. I could definitely see myself living here long term.

Thoc was a very helpful and responsive host who answered every time I needed assistance. The apartment was cozy, clean and spotless, with fast wifi speed that was ideal for working remotely. There were only two things that I had qualms with: first, I was taken aback with an extra heating and electricity bill that I had to pay after I made my reservation. And second, I was shocked at how far away the apartment complex was from all of the restaurants that offered delivery on Grab. This was quite inconvenient for me without any forms of transportation during the rainy season in January. Luckily, there are many lively food and snack streets within the vicinity in the Ecopark neighborhood. Ms. Thoc was also very kind to offer a motorbike for rental if you’d like to travel to the city. Overall, I’d recommend Ms. Thoc’s pleasant Airbnb if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful stay far away from the hustle and bustle lifestyle of Hanoi’s city center!
