We loved our stay at this property. The house is much more historic and lived in, if you are after a pristine and modern stay, this might not be the place for you. But the house more than made up for it in character and cozy vibes, and it fit in perfectly in the charming historic neighborhood in Marblehead. The area has a lot of wonderful spots you can walk to, and the host provided historical information about the area and the house as well! We were so grateful for John’s proactive communication, we didn’t have any issues but I’m confident if we had he would have quickly resolved them! Overall my family had a wonderful weekend and we spent the drive home saying home much we’d love to make another trip in the summer to enjoy the ocean more!! Thanks John for a memorable weekend!

Came to visit Boston & Salem with my family for a week. Originally from Vegas so our stay was amazing!!! Description of the home was accurate, quiet and cozy, especially in October a great Halloween feel. We went grocery shopping about 15 minutes away from the home and got our food to make at the home. There are two kitchens, one downstairs and another upstairs, we didn’t use the one downstairs but for a larger group of people it would be good.. we had to do laundry and that was great to have for a trip with kids. Open backyard for spending time outside. October for us was a great time to visit. Highly recommend a stay here.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this home! Everything was clean and thoughtfully stocked, making it incredibly easy to settle in and feel at home. The hosts went above and beyond, quickly reaching out to ensure our stay was seamless. The attention to detail in the space was remarkable, and it’s clear the hosts take great pride in creating a welcoming environment. Loved my stay at this beautiful home. Very clean, and felt like home. All my friends slept well and were comfortable everywhere we gathered in the home. Dominique was wonderful and responsive. I would certainly rent this again in the future.

Great place to stay! We were in town for a wedding (6 adults and a toddler). Was nervous about getting ready with one bathroom but there were plenty of mirrors so it ended up not being an issue. Highchair and strollers were available which was perfect when traveling with a toddler. My husband and I used the bedroom with the double bed and we were able to fit a kid travel air mattress on the floor. My toddler knows how to open doors so it was very comforting that there was a latch out of reach on the door when we all went to bed at night. If traveling with toddlers I would suggest bringing a gate for the stairs. About an 0.5 mile walk to Good Harbor Beach. Lots of towels and beach activities available for use. Plenty of yard space. Games and toys for all ages. Peaceful neighborhood for relaxing morning drinking coffee on the front porch. Kitchen stocked with all your dishes. Diane, was very informative, communicative and proactive. Thank you for a great stay!

We stayed at Jimmy’s place so that we could access both Boston and Salem easily! This was our first time in the area and Jimmy helped us leading up to our stay and during. He was great! His place is located in a quiet and cute neighborhood and very walkable. We were able to walk to stores, restaurants and public transportation. If we did decide to do a ride share, it was never a long or expensive commute. A lot of places in Salem and Boston are expensive this time of year and Jimmy’s place was so reasonable for the size of house you get. Not to mention the amenities, cleanliness and helpful host. We hope to come back again soon, it was a great stay over all!

Perfect place for me and my daughter to spend a couple days in Boston. Super easy access to the train and busses at Sullivan station, about two blocks away. Ten minute walk to Broadway street with lots of restaurants (hint, go down the metal stairs just past the neighbor's house and cut through the gravel parking lot for a shortcut to Broadway St.) The place was clean and charming, with comfy pillows and comforters on the beds. The loft, with the cute spiral staircase was especially great for my daughter, while I was happy to stay in the bedroom on the main floor. I would definitely stay again on a return trip to the Boston area.

Amazing stay! Easy to check in. The beds were super comfortable and parking was always available on the street. Just a 20 min drive to Boston.

Great location with close access to the Orange Line for the T so you have easy access to the City. Definitely don't need a rental car unless you are leaving the city. Grocery stores are within walking distance. The only negatives I would say was the ice machine on the refrigerator didn't work and there really weren't functional ice trays to make your own ice. Most of the remotes also didn't work. We bought some batteries so they should be good for the next guests for at least a few months. Would definitely stay here again!

We are repeat guest at Kevin's. We love the location near Inman and Harvard Square. We enjoy the rooftop deck, having a well stocked kitchen and he always leaves us with bagels, cookies, coffee and tea to make the transition easy. Having a Whole Foods minutes walk is very convenient. Will definitely be back.

Josephs place was cozy and very clean! It slept 6 of us very comfortably. He was also very responsive and checked in frequently. I would recommend staying here to anyone! Thanks Joseph for a great stay!

This place was great to stay in. Is well maintained and very clean. Easy check in and check out process. Host was easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend to others and will definitely stay here again when back this way. Also is right next to train station for easy/cheap access to Boston.

Our family really enjoyed our long weekend at Donald’s place. The location is great, right in the middle of Marblehead, walkable to old town and the various shops and restaurants that dot the area— a great base for visiting friends and family on the north shore. We’ll definitely look to stay here again if available the next time we’re in the area.

Great communication, lovely and well-stocked space!

Darryl's home was great. He was super fast and responsive with anything we needed before or during. The home was clean, layout was great, and the outdoor area would've been nice if it wasn't so cold when we were there. This is in a great location walkable to everything and the parking spot was a plus too. The only downside was there is a unit above us and they were pretty noisy walking around and talking late at night, so that kept us up a bit.

We had a great stay! Definitely will keep in mind for future visits to Salem. Everything was cleaned and organized, definitely loved staying here!

What a wonderful stay! The listing was extremely accurate, the space was actually even more spacious than the photos conveyed. The space was clean, cozy and well decorated. It was easy to find and get in. The host was responsive and friendly! The best aspect of this Airbnb was by far the location - convenient to Salem via Airbnb and walkable to so many great restaurants and scenic views in Marblehead. Would absolutely recommend and hope to come back someday!

Great space, close walk to all the places we needed to go. Loved the open layout of the kitchen and living room areas, awesome to lounge around during our downtimes. Bathrooms fit our needs and beds were comfortable. Nice and thoughtful amenities such as the Dove body soap and toothpaste. TV cable was much appreciated as well as the electric piano! Thanks for a great stay, would book again.
