Great location; great host. Being in Noord Amsterdam worked really well for us because central Amsterdam is super busy! An enjoyable walk west takes you to Noord Metro which is a mere 1 stop to Centraal Station and 2 stops from easier to get around Rokin. And going East you have the wonderful Landmarkt supermarket and brilliant cycle routes into the countryside. Duco was attentive and super helpful and he and his family have a wonderful home. Couldn’t fault it - 5 stars!!!!!

Comfortable room, open lobby, what's better than that

This was by far the best air bnb, both for location, amenities, personality. The hosts were wonderful, the place was lovely and the washer machine and drying rack were so clutch. If you get the chance you must stay here!

Alida is an amazing host. The place looked amazing and felt very homie. My friends and I felt very comfortable and safe! I struggled a little bit with opening the gate to park the car, Alida helped us out remotely and made sure we had what we needed to enjoy our time. Overall, great stay! I plan to come back during the summer, and I hope to stay there again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay a lot! We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Amsterdam.

The unit was perfect for our little family. This was the first time we specifically chose a Airbnb that caters to babies and kids and we are so happy with how it turned out. The apartment is thoughtfully organized and feels like home. The Amelie and Warren were great communicators and responded quickly to our questions. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in town!

Great Host and location. Close to transportation and lots of good cafes / restaurants within walking distance. Very much enjoyed our stay. Would go there again.

We arrived from Canada for my Niece's wedding. We needed accommodations for five, hotels were not an option with our number. Frank from early on said he could easily accommodate more which he could. Frank was such a great host. He met us explained where everything was inside the Air B N B and in Castricum. For the price and location you can't do any better. We will definitely try to come again when there is no wedding to attend.

In the heart of the city, Jochem’s place has everything you need to feel at home - plenty to cook with, space to spread out, a comfy bed, and a ludicrously large tv. The place gets lots of natural light, has a gorgeous view of the Domtoren, and puts you walking distance to all things in the city center. Being able to use the bicycles was also a huge plus! It was a joy to experience living in the heart of the city. It was comfy and convenient and surprisingly quiet - though you will hear the bells from all the churches tolling regularly. A wonderful stay that created a lot of great memories 🤗

Our stay at Rens's place was great. The house was exactly like the pictures, very clean and had everything we needed. Communication was fast and very clear. It made it very easy for us to check-in and out. In the house we were welcomed with a small gift and even some Christmas bread. It was such a great gesture that we felt right at home from the get go. Overall a very positive experience and will definitely rent the place again if it is available next time!

Ben was a great host. Any questions we had he was willing to help. The Airbnb was very cozy and felt right at home. The surrounding city was beautiful. Everyone was walkable the train station, grocery store, restaurants, and shops. If you didn’t feel like taking the trip into Amsterdam you were able to enjoy the surrounding city. I would definitely recommend this place

What an amazing home. Has all the comforts and everything was new and super clean. All the extras such as coffee, detergent, candles and much more made our stay really pleasant and enjoyable!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home, as a family! The accommodation is spacious, nicely decorated, very cozy and bright! Each room is functional and everyone had their favorite space: the kitchen bench to read or take a siesta for parents, the small games room and the garden trampoline area for children! The neighborhood is very peaceful and the neighbors adorable. Josetta checked in often and was always very responsive in answering our questions. Thank you! We loved Zandvoort beach, and the small city center of Bloemendaal. We relaxed a lot at home, and enjoyed special moments with the kids, it was ideal! The proximity to Haarlem and Amsterdam is a big plus! Thanks to Charlotte and Hans, as well as the children for letting us enjoy their little family cocoon, your home exudes well-being! We felt right at home!

If you’re planning a trip to Amsterdam, I highly recommend staying in Haarlem, just half hour away. This home is highly recommended and the neighborhood is a much cleaner, tamer and friendlier Amsterdam. The city center is great with lots of good restaurants and shops and it’s all within a 10 minute walk from this charming home. As far as the hosts, Sjoerd and Judith are among the best and genuine hosts I came across with on AirBnB. Amazing and timely communication and very friendly. Highly recommended!

great host. friendly and concerned about making the stay comfortable. We stopped by for a weekend as a stop on our road trip and the place felt very high end. wide open rooms with comfy beds and pillows and other cool spaces plus a lovely cat 🐈 who is quick to warm up to you. If I was being really harsh it could benefit from a second shower/bath for bigger groups and a bigger driveway but the latter is probably more unique to us have 3 cars for our trip. Also sorting the bins situation in the area was a bit confusing but that's because we care about our waste a lot and don't throw trash in any bin. the area is well maintained and whole neighbourhood is clean.

Mandy is very nice and helpful. She answers very quick your questions. The apartment is very nice direct at the water and one minute from many shops and restaurants, but it is very quiet in the street and the apartment. I recommend the apartment. I can't imagine, you find a better obe in Amersfoort.

The host was lovely and communicative. The apartment was lovely and clean and had all the amenities provided. It is a 30-40 min tram ride from Centraal but it is a quick and easy journey and the tram is literally 2 minutes from the apartment. Had a lovely time and hope to come back and stay again :)

This was our favourite ever Air bnb stay anywhere, ever! The apartment is beautiful, stylish and peaceful and had everything we wanted and more. Nick was so helpful and accommodating and responded instantly if we had questions. For us, it was a perfect location as it’s in a very quiet neighbourhood but really easy to get into the centre on the metro. We already know we want to come and stay in this apartment next time we visit Amsterdam!

We had a fantastic stay at this flat! It looked exactly as shown in the photos—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk from our daughter’s place, which made everything super convenient. Access from the street was straightforward, and the lift to the 3rd floor made getting in and out with luggage easy. Communication with the host was seamless and quick, which we really appreciated. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend this flat, and we’ll definitely be back!

Emilia is an excellent host, she wants you to have a great time and that is clear immediately. The location was perfect with a fun but still laid back vibe. Street vendors outside daily selling everything from paintings to fresh seafood. 1 block away from anything you could need, grocery stores, resturants, bars and coffee shops. The stairs are what you would expect, if you have researched where you are visiting. Spacious. clean and comfortable beds. I will return.

My husband, my friend and I enjoyed our stay! Pictures match the location and our host was easy and pleasant to communicate with. Short walk to the park and to the city center, we walked everywhere, even in January! In the master, the beds were comfortable and the curtains blocked out most of the sunlight. Easy to use usb / usbc plugs by the bed. Pretty nice sized armoire closets. Appreciated the extra blankets, towels and the coffee! The whole place was very clean and new feeling! We didn’t cook but it looked like everything you needed was there. We didn’t do laundry but it was available. Check out instructions asked for towels to be put in the wash, and all trash to be brought downstairs outside. The listing says 1.5 bathrooms, but there was 1 room with a shower and 2 sinks, and a separate room with a toilet and small sink. I’m US based, so it might just be a different way of sizing bathrooms, but wanted to make a note, since we did book this place looking forward to 2 toilets.
