Great place to relax with family. loved the BBQ options outside! Swimming pool together with the palm trees provide such a nice and relaxed environment. House clean and comfortable, recommended!

We were very happy with this accommodation! The house offers plenty of space, making it ideal for a family with children or a larger group. The location is secluded, which gave it a safe and peaceful atmosphere. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed for a week-long vacation. To explore the surrounding area, having a car is highly recommended. Parking is available on the property. Within a short walking distance, there’s a pool (which we didn’t visit) and a children’s playground. There are also a few shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, a great place to stay for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation with an excellent price-to-quality ratio!

Javier is very attentive! Spend just one night with my mom and dogs, then the next day continue on my way to BCN. I really enjoyed the place, quiet to rest! I would come back without hesitation!

We have been staying at Flori's entire family to celebrate our mother's 70th birthday and had a great time. The house is just as seen in the photos and true to the description. Flori and her husband have been watching over us at all times and we had a great time. It is a spacious house with great spaces for 10 people, both indoors and outdoors, and the little ones have had a great time with all the games, the bikes, the trampoline, the balls,...... endless things to enjoy the countryside and the outdoors. In short, a stay of 10 and Flori a host of 20 or more. Thank you very much for everything and we hope to come back someday, greetings from the whole family.

Fantastic house, I fell in love with the soccer court, ping pong table, foosball and billiards. A shame not being able to enjoy the pool because it was January, but the house in summer should be even better. She has multiple stays, so many we didn't use all. I would definitely book the house again.

Great location and matched the description. Nicolette was extremely good with communications. We ran into a slight issue whilst we were there and Nicolette went above and beyond to promptly rectify the issue. Highly recommended.

We spent Christmas at Antonio’s place, we absolutely loved it, inside and out. The house has charm, the location and the view are a ‘million dollar’. Would love to come back!

Good location in the city center, 3 minutes from the Central Market. Clean, welcoming and well equipped. We didn't miss anything! ✅ Visited in December 2024

The apartment was beautifully clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed as did the living room. We used the balcony every morning whilst we had breakfast and it was lovely to start the day in an alfresco way. The bathroom is huge! It was clean and fresh towels were provided. The bedroom was a good size with plenty of clothes storage. The only criticism I have is that the bed was too firm for me, however my husband slept well. We can’t praise Mihai enough! He responded immediately to questions before our trip and was so polite, kind and friendly. He couldn’t do enough to ensure our stay went perfectly. A fabulous host and a perfect apartment for our mini holiday! Thanks Mihai!

This apartment in Elche is a gem. Bright, modern and tastefully decorated, it offers a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Visited over Xmas & New Year to meet up with family. Apartment was perfect in location and amenities. View was even better than expected. Local area has a lot to offer in bars and restaurants. Able to walk to the centre of town and used buses/coaches to visit further afield Had a problem operating the cooker only because I am used to gas, but Maria responded immediately and came around to demonstrate & even bought us a toaster which helped us considerably. Excellent host. We really enjoyed our stay. Thankyou.

We lived in the home for less than a week. We were six adults and two children from 2 to 3 years old. The property is super close to two small and sheltered sandy beaches and right next to the beach walk.

Rachael & Christian’s villa was really beautiful. You can tell a lot of attention has been made to make it feel like a place worth staying in. Its modern amenities throughout the villa are great. The pool area is beautiful with a really nice swimming pool. All rooms are nicely laid out offering good comfort and a/c. The hosts were very attentive and were only glad to assist with any queries we had. Local shops and restaurants are only a short walking distance away. We would definitely recommend Christian & Rachael’s Villa and hopefully can return a some point in the future.

Butterfly villa was the perfect spot for my family and I to spend a relaxing Christmas with 2 young children. The villa is located in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood and has everything you need for kids. We hired a car and it was roughly 30 mins to drive to the main surrounding towns. Bogdan was extremely friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back. Thank you Bogdan.

Amazing property, with lots of nice facilities. The house was well equipped, and the pool was very nice. Finding the property was a little difficult, but clear instruction were given by the host.

The villa is exactly as described, open plan and up to date. Everything is available and in good order. Unfortunately one of our group decided (unknown to me) to smoke in his bedroom. Phil respectfully pointed this out, I really hope he was able to air the room and remove any traceds of said person's irresponsible actions. All in all I would highly recommend this villa. One very small point would be to point out that if any of your party suffer from mobility issues, they may find the climb from the road to the apartment challenging. Fortunately that was not a problem for our group.

Had an amazing holiday here which was only enhanced by Peggy’s beautiful villa that suited our family of seven perfectly. Nice and peaceful area with restaurants and beach within walking distance. Having its own pool was a real bonus meaning if we wanted to stay at home the children still had lots of fun. Would definitely recommend if you’re thinking of coming to Alicante with a family, as getting to Alicante was very easy using taxi or bus service which we did multiple times whilst staying here.

Such a fabulous villa. Arriving late at night Suzanne was incredible and so flexible with delayed flights. So friendly and will 100% recommend and stay here again if needed.

This is our second visit to David's Villa as the family really enjoyed the space last time. It is a great place just to relax and enjoy your holiday. Very peaceful but only a 15 min walk to Villa Martin Plaza, where you are spoilt for choice of restaurants and bars. This is definitely a 5 star villa if you like to relax, so go book and enjoy.
