Great place to relax with family. loved the BBQ options outside! Swimming pool together with the palm trees provide such a nice and relaxed environment. House clean and comfortable, recommended!

We had a beautiful stay at this villa. A truly perfect family holiday with so many memories made here. The location is 10/10 just a few mim walk to the main Quesada town, lots of restaurants and shops. The villa is on a huge plot with a large size pool and lovely social seating areas. The villa itself is immaculately clean with all the items and condiments you need. Service from host was excellent and we will definitely return next year - thank you 😃

It was just what we needed, there was an amazing cafe within walking distance and it was within 15 minutes of loads of amazing restaurants and within an hour were loads of day trips

We had an end of celebration and we have nothing wrong to say. Javier lovely, we were young people and had confidence in us from the beginning. Surely we will return.

A wonderful place for people who want to relax in peace and beautiful views. In fact, there are a lot of stairs to the beach, but it should have been taken into account by previous feedback (for the views). Beautiful clean beaches in the area. No problem with a place to park your car. The apartment is clean and equipped with everything. Check-in and seamless communication.

This is a great apartment. Very close to the cathedral but on a very quiet side street. A very nice and modern one bedroom apartment with a wonderful terrace, complete kitchen, and top floor so it's very quiet. One hundred percent recommended.

The apartment was beautifully clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed as did the living room. We used the balcony every morning whilst we had breakfast and it was lovely to start the day in an alfresco way. The bathroom is huge! It was clean and fresh towels were provided. The bedroom was a good size with plenty of clothes storage. The only criticism I have is that the bed was too firm for me, however my husband slept well. We can’t praise Mihai enough! He responded immediately to questions before our trip and was so polite, kind and friendly. He couldn’t do enough to ensure our stay went perfectly. A fabulous host and a perfect apartment for our mini holiday! Thanks Mihai!

We had a great time at Maria's place. The apartment is very well located with a nice view of the sea. It is as described on the listing and well-equipped. The place is quiet too, we slept very well. The wifi works particularly well. Communication with Maria was very easy. Always available, we arrived late and everything was well explained so we could easily find the apartment. She was also responsive during the stay when we needed. We warmly thank Maria and hope to come back when we can. Thank you also for the welcome kit with very good local fruits and others!

Spectacular views. Very spacious stays. Everything you need to stay. Always pending and very friendly. It's a dream.

We lived in the home for less than a week. We were six adults and two children from 2 to 3 years old. The property is super close to two small and sheltered sandy beaches and right next to the beach walk.

Rachael & Christian’s villa was really beautiful. You can tell a lot of attention has been made to make it feel like a place worth staying in. Its modern amenities throughout the villa are great. The pool area is beautiful with a really nice swimming pool. All rooms are nicely laid out offering good comfort and a/c. The hosts were very attentive and were only glad to assist with any queries we had. Local shops and restaurants are only a short walking distance away. We would definitely recommend Christian & Rachael’s Villa and hopefully can return a some point in the future.

Amazing property, with lots of nice facilities. The house was well equipped, and the pool was very nice. Finding the property was a little difficult, but clear instruction were given by the host.

The villa is exactly as described, open plan and up to date. Everything is available and in good order. Unfortunately one of our group decided (unknown to me) to smoke in his bedroom. Phil respectfully pointed this out, I really hope he was able to air the room and remove any traceds of said person's irresponsible actions. All in all I would highly recommend this villa. One very small point would be to point out that if any of your party suffer from mobility issues, they may find the climb from the road to the apartment challenging. Fortunately that was not a problem for our group.

Had an amazing holiday here which was only enhanced by Peggy’s beautiful villa that suited our family of seven perfectly. Nice and peaceful area with restaurants and beach within walking distance. Having its own pool was a real bonus meaning if we wanted to stay at home the children still had lots of fun. Would definitely recommend if you’re thinking of coming to Alicante with a family, as getting to Alicante was very easy using taxi or bus service which we did multiple times whilst staying here.

Such a fabulous villa. Arriving late at night Suzanne was incredible and so flexible with delayed flights. So friendly and will 100% recommend and stay here again if needed.

Exceptional! Our stay here absolutely exceeded our expectations. From originally booking this wonderful home we were met with nothing but great communication from our host. This is a true home with a peaceful ambience and well maintained. A fantastic location to visit surrounding areas such as the local towns, mud baths and nature reserves. Words cannot describe the serenity felt we felt here. We will always be grateful to have been given the opportunity to stay here. This is our second visit to David's Villa as the family really enjoyed the space last time. It is a great place just to relax and enjoy your holiday. Very peaceful but only a 15 min walk to Villa Martin Plaza, where you are spoilt for choice of restaurants and bars. This is definitely a 5 star villa if you like to relax, so go book and enjoy.
