We had a beautiful stay at this villa. A truly perfect family holiday with so many memories made here. The location is 10/10 just a few mim walk to the main Quesada town, lots of restaurants and shops. The villa is on a huge plot with a large size pool and lovely social seating areas. The villa itself is immaculately clean with all the items and condiments you need. Service from host was excellent and we will definitely return next year - thank you 😃

We absolutely loved our time in Kevin’s home. It is filled with cherished memories and a lifetime of summer holidays. We felt at home immediately. Thanks to Kevin’s communication from day one and the constant assistance of Laura on site if needed, we were always happy and secure. Kevin went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect and we will never forget it. The garden and pool are an absolute highlight, one of the biggest gardens we’ve seen in Spain. The pool is shallow and perfect for little kids. Friendly neighbours and very quiet. It’s the perfect place to spend a relaxing holiday close to restaurants and a quick walk down the hill to an absolutely stunning marine sanctuary and beach. The bus to Alicante is literally right outside the door, as is the bus to the major supermarkets in the area. There is no access to the property for the public, it is completely secure and safe for little ones to play freely. The local area is lovely. Thank you so much Kevin and Laura!

great place to stay for our group. close to interesting places but located in a Private community. we watched the sunrise almost everyday from a viewpoint within that community, which was great. unfortunately the pool was not usable, but it was also in winter so it was not too bad :) Roque was a great host and answered our questions very fast

A wonderful place for people who want to relax in peace and beautiful views. In fact, there are a lot of stairs to the beach, but it should have been taken into account by previous feedback (for the views). Beautiful clean beaches in the area. No problem with a place to park your car. The apartment is clean and equipped with everything. Check-in and seamless communication.

This is our second stay and it was just as enjoyable as our first. Beautiful suite especially the roomy well decorated Terrance. We loved how Filo provided milk, juice, coffee and snacks to make our first day more relaxing. I highly recommend. Marjorie and Peter

The apartment was beautifully clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed as did the living room. We used the balcony every morning whilst we had breakfast and it was lovely to start the day in an alfresco way. The bathroom is huge! It was clean and fresh towels were provided. The bedroom was a good size with plenty of clothes storage. The only criticism I have is that the bed was too firm for me, however my husband slept well. We can’t praise Mihai enough! He responded immediately to questions before our trip and was so polite, kind and friendly. He couldn’t do enough to ensure our stay went perfectly. A fabulous host and a perfect apartment for our mini holiday! Thanks Mihai!

This apartment in Elche is a gem. Bright, modern and tastefully decorated, it offers a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The location is ideal, close to the main points of interest and with amenities within walking distance. Equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay, it stands out for its cleanliness and well-maintained details. Ideal for couples or small groups looking to enjoy Elche in a quiet and beautiful space. Highly recommended!

Zina was an excellent host. The apartment was as described and apart from a few issues with the car parking access, which were sorted, and no bowl or plug in the kitchen sink, everything was fine. The only issues we had were the number of steps to the flat, more than a few and quite narrow, and the lack of lighting at night in the pathway to the flat.

Maia's place is exactly as described. The picture of view from balcony doesn't do it justice, it is a beautiful view. The apartment is spotless and everything needed is provided. The location is fantastic, right across the road from two lovely beaches, and walkable to the centre of Torrivejia. Maria is a great host, responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful two weeks, unbelievable value for money.

Rachael & Christian’s villa was really beautiful. You can tell a lot of attention has been made to make it feel like a place worth staying in. Its modern amenities throughout the villa are great. The pool area is beautiful with a really nice swimming pool. All rooms are nicely laid out offering good comfort and a/c. The hosts were very attentive and were only glad to assist with any queries we had. Local shops and restaurants are only a short walking distance away. We would definitely recommend Christian & Rachael’s Villa and hopefully can return a some point in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at Bogdan's house in Apse, Spain! The house was spotlessly clean, spacious, and perfect for families with children. Our little boy had plenty of room to play, and the surroundings were peaceful, making it a relaxing getaway for everyone. You’ll need a car to get around. It allowed us to explore the charming town of Apse, which was lovely! The locals were incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall experience. We felt right at home and highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a family-friendly escape in a beautiful, serene location.

Amazing property, with lots of nice facilities. The house was well equipped, and the pool was very nice. Finding the property was a little difficult, but clear instruction were given by the host.

A great place to stretch out and relax! Jemima was very responsive through the whole process! We really enjoyed the endless amenities within the property and the ability to feel at home. Had an amazing holiday here which was only enhanced by Peggy’s beautiful villa that suited our family of seven perfectly. Nice and peaceful area with restaurants and beach within walking distance. Having its own pool was a real bonus meaning if we wanted to stay at home the children still had lots of fun. Would definitely recommend if you’re thinking of coming to Alicante with a family, as getting to Alicante was very easy using taxi or bus service which we did multiple times whilst staying here.

Pamela was so friendly and helpful from start to finish, her housekeeper was also so friendly who we met to get the keys and so accommodating! The house is even bigger than the pictures and is perfect for a family holiday. The area is quiet which was perfect as we had 3 small little ones with us. The outdoor area was a game changer and the house is fitted with lots of smart TVs which was great for movies for the kids in the evening. I will 100% be booking this again for my family holiday next year!
