We were with family from Friday to Sunday and we had a spectacular time, very comfortable house, identical to the one in the photos, had excellent facilities and many surprises that we could use in areas of quincho and entertainment. We definitely go back

Paula is very friendly and helpful in responding. His home is very well equipped, good spaces, comfortable, and the environment is very quiet. We especially enjoyed the patio and the pool, ideal for unplugging.

We had a lovely stay at Emilie's! The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. She responded to all our questions and concerns and was very friendly.

The house is very spacious and nice, it has everything to have a pleasant stay. And the patio is great to share among a group of friends, very comfortable everything. The house is very well located, it is in a very quiet sector, where there are several supermarkets nearby, among others. Jorge is a very concerned and flexible host at the same time, I was always attentive if anything was needed. In short, everything goes out very well and the stay was great. I'm sure we'll be back.

We loved our stay! The house is in a quiet suburban neighborhood and is modern, light and airy, stylishly decorated and welcoming. Our family of seven adults immediately felt at home, opened the big sliding doors out onto the beautiful porch, soaked in the peace and sun and took a swim in the pool - perfect! Veronica gave us great recommendations for places to eat in the city. It was easy to Uber from the house to explore downtown Santiago with its lovely parks, wonderful museums and restaurants. We also booked a 4 x 4 adventure to the hot springs with Andes Experience and a fishing trip on another day. They were both great excursions with tremendous guides. Wonderful house, cozy, spacious, bright and very complete. Thanks to the pool grille, very safe for small children, in addition to having a lower part, my little ones enjoyed more than anywhere else. The kitchen with all the necessary equipment to have a great vacation. Everything is just around the corner. We look forward to returning soon. My children wanted to return the next day. Super friendly, attentive, and close hosts. Thank you so much for everything!!

100% recommended, steps from metro, mall, restaurants. The accommodation is perfectly comfortable, I loved the spaciousness of the bathroom and terrace. Also the A/C is an incredible plus on these summer days

The welcome was fantastic , it gave us very good information about the accommodation and the place. Everything was clean and tidy, the house was super comfortable and practical , the fantastic location very close to the metro and supermarkets and restaurants. And the wonderful garden to enjoy and shelter from the heat. The place is very quiet and an authentic pleasure to wake up with the singing of the birds. To recommend everything and we will return . great place, highlight the tranquility of the sector and the cleanliness of the lodge. Cristóbal was helpful at all times and was very attentive to our situation at all times (power outage throughout the city), even more so knowing that we are traveling with our babies. 1000% recommended.

The house was perfectly adapted to what we needed as a family (we are 5), a spotless kitchen with all the necessary utensils and dinnerware. Very comfortable rooms with good ventilation and equipped with TV (Roku) with some accounts enabled for use on the main platforms of series and movies. The location of the house is very good, although to get around to the main areas of Santiago, the best thing is that you have a vehicle or order one through the known platforms (within seconds you will have a car available) I particularly chatted little with Diego (the host), he is a very friendly young man, and always ready to find the solution to what he required, he even had a good consideration, since one of my little ones, broke a kitchen accessory. In the land, there are 2 houses, the one they rent and another where Diego's parents live, by the way his father is a pleasant and very cultured man with whom I would have liked to chat much more

Over the years we have stayed at many AirBNB places, but this has to be one of the very best. The place was amazing, clean, private and exactly as described. We had our own private pool and BBQ area and the house was truly amazing. Furthermore Mauricio and his Son Lucas were absolutely wonderful hosts frequently checking in on us to see if we needed anything, so friendly and welcoming. If you’re planning a visit to Santiago Chile and want a luxury place with lots of privacy then this is it. A huge personal thank you to Mauricio a wonderful man.

After the owner of the other apartment that we had leased canceled the lease at the time, we found this beautiful house that met us super well and surprised by the reception of Hugo cleaning, organizing and excellent location for those who like a beautiful and quiet place for the family, for us the price was a little higher than we had availability but considering that the rental was 4 days before our trip in the high season we were able to adjust to our budget, the icing on the cake was the tub that after a long day of tour recharged my energies a few times it was very easy and safe to go out for the tours and pick up Uber at the house door still lacked time to make the BBQ and test the leisure area and visit the police museum that we discovered on the last day that it is close to the house of Hugo, thank you for the reception I hope to be able to return one day 🙏🏽

We had a very good morning with my children, Verónica was always attentive and communicated super fluently. The house is beautiful, the natural light, the garden, the spaces, the location is close to shops, so everything is easy. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, it sleeps very well. My favorite place was the kitchen, which has a nice design, every time I come back to Santiago I will try to stay in that place.

Overall, Marie’s place is a gem. Perfect location and close to all amenities one would want / need for a short term stay (10 days) Great restaurants nearby, supermarkets, bakeries and gyms. One of the best features is the close proximity to highways that connect you to all of Santiago’s central arteries. Very safe and well lit area. Home is in one of the safest neighborhoods in Santiago. My wife and I traveled with 2 teenagers and a toddler. Will definitely come back.

Place with an excellent location, safe neighborhood, close to metro, malls, stadium and green areas. The place exceeded our expectations regarding space and amenities available, I recommend it for a several day stay.
