A lovely peaceful home just over the river from Manhattan. The beds were so comfortable and the pillows were Heaven. There were lovely luxury hot showers and everywhere so fresh & clean. A cute little Irish bar on the corner served great food and delicious coffee.

Three of us stayed in this apartment for 7 months. The apartment was exactly as described and as seen in the photos. We received support for any issues we encountered during our 7 month stay. Thank you very much for everything

Amazing stay! This house was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for my family and I. It was easy enough to get to and from NYC everyday and enjoyed having a whole place to ourselves with a great price! Would highly recommend!

Our destination is NYC. Absolutely pristine location for visitors. Hop on any buses and take 3 stop and you’re in NYC. The house is cozy and clean. Already recommended my friends to check this out. The only thing I want to bring up is that the upstairs is also airbnb. The house is old so if the upstairs is active you’d know.

I was there for the weekend with my entire team for a conference. I messaged the host since I was coming with 7 girls we had a lot of stuff we wanted to drop off our stuff early. He agreed and explained that the cleaning crew would be there which I did not mind. We dropped off everything around 10:00 am left for the conference and when we came back the apartment was clean and smelled amazing. The decoration was so much my style I was impressed 🩷 we parked in-front of the apartment and overall the stay was amazing. Thank you so much we are coming next year🙌

If you’re looking for more space in Hoboken this is it. We were able to cook and serve Thanksgiving for 11 people here. We brought in an extra folding table but as is it has table seating for 8. Well equipped unit and nice size bedrooms and baths. It’s an old building so heat is a bit wonky but workable. Tv had you tube tv so we were able to access all the networks for holiday football watching. We parked about 5 blocks away in midtown garage and walked everywhere. Only used car once for grocery shopping. Great corner cafe for yummy coffee and pastries and more.

We stayed at this Airbnb for a few days during the holidays, and it was a lovely, cozy retreat! The space had a warm, inviting feel that made it easy to relax, and it was the perfect spot to unwind after exploring. The location was ideal—just a 45-minute drive from the city, which gave us the perfect balance between convenience and a peaceful escape. The neighborhood was quiet and serene, with no sirens or city noise, making it feel like a true getaway. There are a couple of things to keep in mind. Parking was a bit challenging, especially if we didn’t find a spot before nightfall, so plan accordingly. Also, you can hear people walking upstairs or coming down the steps, which might be noticeable if you’re a light sleeper. It wasn’t a big deal for us, but it’s something to be aware of. Overall, our stay was delightful, and those small inconveniences didn’t take away from the charm of the place. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, cozy stay outside the city!

Overall I’m very satisfied. Very comfortable and relaxed feel. Nice large kitchen space which was good. Only issue is larger vehicles cannot fit inside The garage which meant dining parking on the street which was difficult at night as the entire street was full. Either way for a week we managed and figured it out. I enjoyed the spacious apartment for me and any guests that came over to visit. Was planning to take my dogs but decided against it. Overall great host and would select it again if I need to be in that area.

Michael’s home was a beautiful place that we were lucky to have stayed in. The perks of a new rehab were appreciated, from the modern kitchen appliances, gorgeous bathroom, new washer, dryer, and relaxing central AC to the wainscoting and high ceilings. We stayed for two months and enjoyed every minute. The gorgeous private deck was over the top, as was the WFH setup and two TVs, so that both of us had privacy while in the apartment. If you enjoy elegant furnishings, total comfort, fine finishes, and a peaceful block near everything - then you will be lucky to have stayed here as well. As a host, Michael was kind, very responsive to any question, and has become a friend. Lucky me! Looking forward to more future stays. Thanks Michael.

The home was great, clean and peaceful. A short walk from the path station. Truly the right place to stay and explore NY and it’s surrounding areas

Really enjoyed our stay. Cute apartment. Handy to get around. Not too far to the Path (NJ subways). Beds were comfortable, but the pull out couch would be tight for two people. It is about the size of a double, which is fine but used to queen. Very easy to find, sent great pictures and directions to get there. Highly recommend.

Bola was such a kind host! So friendly and helpful and a super quick responder! Location was close to a few bus stops which made travel to the city easy! We typically went into NYC from the JFK/Bleecker stop and got back to the place at the Congress/Central stop! Would definitely recommend staying with Bola!

We had a great time in this airbnb. It is very well equipped and close to get to NYC Downtown :) Very clean und spacious. I was thinking about giving it four stars though because the heating system went on in the middle of the night in both nights we stayed there. It was so loud that it woke up everyone and heated the rooms up to the maximum for 30mins and then stopped. That was really bothering us. If the owners fix that, it’s a great stay :)

The place is well-served with public transportation. The nearest bus stop to Manhattan is about 5 minutes away. The property was very clean and there was nothing missing.

Denise's place was very clean and spacious. Loved that every bedroom had its own roku TV. Denise was very responsive and accommodating. Would recommend her place if visiting the area.

He was great at communicating how to get in and out. It had everything that was listed and even though the central AC wasn't working, there was a portable one and it was clearly stated on the thethermostat very clearly stated that they were waiting on rhe part and apologized. There were extra pillows and blankets to use. Plus the place was at a beautiful location. Plenty of things to do and he provided places to see/visit.

Beautiful condo with beautiful surroundings inside and out! Surprisingly the outdoor pool and hot tub were still open for our late September visit which was great since it was a warm weekend. Joe was a wonderful host, answering all my questions quickly and thoroughly. I highly recommend this condo and host!

The accommodations were exactly as described. The Appalachian Lodge is architecturally pleasing. Everything worked including the welcoming fireplace. The stay was wonderful.

Lovely place, nice and clean. Balcony has one of the best views, perfect for a fall getaway and probably even better in the winter with ski season approaching. Lots of things to do near by, hiking trails, stores, food places ect. Host was responsive and super helpful. Highly recommended and will def be coming back.

What an amazing property and vacation experience! Kurk's condo is *exactly* like the photos - and even better to experience it in person. I have fragrance sensitivities and allergies to woodsmoke, and Kurk assured me that great care had been taken to only use natural/mostly unscented products in the property and that woodsmoke from the outside wouldn't leak in. He was absolutely spot-on, and it made my trip that much safer and more enjoyable. Everything was meticulously clean too. The kitchen is well outfitted with everything that I needed to cook and enjoy meals. The (huge!) bed is very comfortable with tons of pillows and blankets. Parking in the underground garage is easy and accessible to the elevator as well. The property lobby on the Ground floor even has luggage carts for easy transport. Hands down, the very best AirBnB experience. It truly feels like a home away from home. I will plan to be back - so long as no one else snags my preferred dates first!! Thank you so much, Kurk.

Our stay in west orange was wonderful. The air b n b was so clean and extremely well equipped. There was an abundance of supplies and it had everything we needed Christian was so easy to communicate with and just wanted to make sure that we were so comfortable. This air Bnb is the fantastic!!
