Had a wonderful stay! I hosted my daughter's birthday party at this property and everything turned out perfect. The pool was clean and warm. The property is beautiful. The inside is immaculate and absolutely gorgeous. House was clean and had plenty of towels and stocked items.. The owners are wonderful. They are very responsive . Every question is answered promptly and they are very helpful . We had an amazing time . Highly recommend this property. We will be booking again soon... Thanks for a great stay .

soon as i walked in i was happy on my decision infelt relaxed and i love that theres no tv in the living room. the floor plan was perfect. i love that we cohld utilize the dressers and closets no personal things in there. the kitchen was easy to cook in. love the in home gym. the jacoozi was alittle cold count get it hot. beds were clean and comphy. i wkll deffinatly be booking again

Our group of 5 adults, a teenager and 5 younger kids (between 2-7) had a great time at the house for a 'staycation' over Spring Break. The common areas and bedrooms were all large enough to accommodate our group and each family had a comfortable spot to settle in. The kitchen had all of the items we needed--in addition to the main refrigerator there was a large freezer and smaller drink fridge in the kitchen, plus an additional fridge in the pool area. All of the kids items listed were at the property and easy to use. The laundry was a definite bonus! Michael was great to communicate with and was very responsive with any questions we had during our stay. He gave detailed instructions in advance for both check in/check out and pool details. The pool was great! The kids LOVED having the diving board and all of the floats/pool toys right there. The water was warm and the area around the pool was great for hanging out, especially with the deck and grill just outside the glass garage door!

Great place to stay when you visit the Dayton area…especially if you are bringing your dog. Our Willow loved running around in the fully fenced yard and taking walks to explore the neighborhood with sidewalks throughout. Just don’t book it when we plan to visit the area—we’re definitely coming back!

Jason and his team were phenomenal throughout our 2 week stay. We’ve stayed at several Airbnb’s in the last few years and this experience from booking request to checkout was the best we’ve had. This is the level of customer service that makes you feel like you’re back in the 80’s/90’s. Great job guys and next time I’m in Cincy I will purposely seek out a house managed by your team.

The home was clean, spacious and comfortable. The bed linens were wonderful and the towels were plush. The fenced yard was great for our dog to run around in.

This was our second time staying and it’s perfect for us. Beds are very comfortable and the space is very clean and comfortable. We’ll be back for the same event next year.

I love the accent lights in the kitchen I love I think it was a 90 inch TV In living room Bedroom doors were barndoor sliding doors, which was neat, but they didn't lock Shower was hot and good pressure Privacy fence in the backyard was nice

Such a beautiful home in a gorgeous location. It really felt like home and was exactly as described and shown in the photos - the kitchen is especially stunning in person. Our group was comfortable - we were able to work, socialize, and rest comfortably. We would definitely stay again!

Quiet, spacious home near walking/cycling paths and Wright-Patterson AFB. Nice place to crash for 2 travelers in town to celebrate a friend’s retirement, just down the street. Looks exactly like the photos. Love the tranquil views from the windows facing the backyard.

Tamara was a great host. The home is beautiful and is kept very clean. Everything is available for cooking, but delivery is fast and convenient too. The instructions were easy to follow and helpful. I would definitely recommend and will stay there again if my travels take me to Dayton.

This was a lovely house in a great community. Came as advertised and we really enjoyed our stay here. Checkout was very easy and the hosts communicated very well. I would certainly recommend a stay here!

My husband, new baby and I stayed at Nicole's place for about 3 weeks and it was exactly what we needed. Nicole is very responsive and willing to fix things if needed to make your stay more comfortable. Everything was very clean, neat and had beautifully tasteful decorations. I also loved that there were large laundry machines that were easy to use. I have no complaints and will definitely stay at one of her rentals again if we're ever back in Dayton.
