Our house sits right on Lake Superior, atop a lava rock cliff, on the "Gold Coast" of Eagle Harbor. Mt. Bohemia & Copper Harbor 20 minute drives away, sand beach & restaurant 5 minute walk. The living room & kitchen have a breathtaking view of the lake that includes the harbor. There are two full-sized bedrooms, one with king bed & one with queen, each of which have lots of closet space. There is also a smaller room with bunk bed. Central heat. Good wifi. My place is located on the west facing shore of the Keweenaw peninsula, and in the summer we get gorgeous sunsets here every night! 5 minutes away from McLains State Park. 7 miles from the airport. Stay in a cozy quiet cabin on the second floor with lots of windows and natural light. In the fall, we get amazing fall colors all around the cabin.

I have only absolutely wonderful things to say about our stay here! The location, on the shore of Lake superior, near Mt Bohemia but also near to other attractions was fantastic. The house itself is lovely as is the sauna house. I have never stayed in an airbnb so well appointed. The decor was lovely, nice bedding, games, books, etc. The kitchen was better stocked with pans etc than my own. It was perfect for many lovely family meals. We had an incredible stay! I hope we will come back many times in the future! Thank you!

We visited for a weekend skiing trip at Mont Ripley. Shannon's place was clean, quiet, and the perfect size for our family of four. The location is just what we were looking for, away from the hustle and bustle of Houghton and Hancock but just a short drive to Mont Ripley and restaurants. Just a word of caution, the road leading to the cabin is rural, and during our three day visit we received about 8 inches of snow and it was never plowed. We didn't have any issues getting in and out, but four wheel drive is probably required on snowy weekends.

The location of this place could not be better. Own private beautiful beach. Hardly saw other people the whole time we were there! If you want a place to get away from it all, this place is it. Lake Superior is a magical place and at Anna’s place you have it all to yourself. We spent the entire time at the lake and it was amazing.

Top notch, 100% great stay! I can't say enough great things about this home/location/property owner! The location was close enough to places we wanted to check out for day trips (Calumet, Eagle Harbor lighthouse, JamPot, etc) but coming back always felt like home. The host was responsive and helpful. We didn't cook any meals, but the kitchen seemed well stocked if we had wanted to do more than heat pasties. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, the decor was great, and the views were phenomenal. I was even able to see the Northern Lights. Our timing with the fall color season was the cherry on top of a wonderful trip! I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

The cutest little cabin you could ask for. It was cozy and easy to find and well taken care of! Loved the location, the peaceful surrounding and the distance from L’Anse. The host had everything laid out on laminated sheets inside the cabin, which made it so easy to know how to take care of the space and use it! Would recommend this to anyone looking for a cozy get away!

Really enjoyed my stay! Very convenient location off the highway and not far from Houghton. Less than 10 minutes to Michigan Tech. Place was very clean, comfy bed and couch, and has small kitchen area with table if you want to heat food. Highly recommended!
