Excellent accommodation, with clean facilities and in very good condition. It is close to commercial plazas and pharmacies where one can easily get what is required. In small private condominium very safe and where the staff treated us excellent. The pool is very nice and clean.

My stay at this Airbnb in Cancun was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The property was spotless, beautifully designed, and perfectly equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was unbeatable—close to stunning beaches, vibrant local markets, and fantastic restaurants. The host went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless, offering great recommendations for activities and dining options. Waking up and enjoying the peaceful ambiance of the property made this trip unforgettable. I can’t recommend this Airbnb enough and will definitely be returning on my next visit to Cancun!

We were for a week and the neighbors were really very nice, nothing to complain about to recommend cleanliness security and above all a lot of space is a little difficult to find the address on the first day but already the next very easy we would definitely return to this beautiful house

This place was great value for the price. Although it was not as modern as pictured and it was not on the beach directly, it accommodated 6 guests very easily. It was secure, in a great location, and well equipped. Would definitely recommend for groups of 4 or more. And Daniel was so responsive. Answered every message quickly and very flexible on the requirements. Highly recommend renting with Daniel.

This home is very beautiful and clean. We enjoyed having our breakfast and coffee out by the pool every morning to start our day. Dafne was accommodating and even let us check in a little early. We had a small hiccup with one of the sliding doors upon arrival but once we contacted Dafne, she was there in less than 20 minutes to fix it - exceptional! She gave us great recommendations on places to eat and go for a run and was a sweet host, very communicative. I would note to other guests that the showers are best used by turning the water off when you're not using them (e.g., when lathering) to make your hot water last longer. This was not a problem for us but took us a while to figure out so just a tip for those who come after us.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Caracol for my mom’s 75th birthday. The house is amazing and we appreciated Vanessa’s warm welcome and attentiveness throughout our stay. We also had two young kiddos with us (2 and 5) and they loved the experience as much as we did. There was a baby crib available and having the pool right there was perfect. Stay here if you can! It was so special!

A group of 6 of us stayed for 10 days November 2024. We loved the location! It’s away from the busy part of the island. The beach was nice and the outdoor pool and sitting areas were perfect for our group. Ezichel and his wife are amazing and so helpful. We enjoyed visiting with them. They were never around too much or too little. Water pressure is a bit hit or miss but I think it’s like that lots of places on the island. We will definitely miss the house!

Location, location, location. The house has direct beach access, so you can just walk down a few stairs and the ocean is right there. The pool is warm and very nice to hang out in on a lovely half covered, half open patio. The rooms in the villa are all huge and the ones with patios in the back have the dreamlike views of pristine blue water. We had loads of space for 10. You are close to the airport for easy rides. Joseph can help arrange transportation for you as well. As a host, Joseph is amazing and answers any and all questions promptly. If there are issues, he will make sure to fix them as best he can or make it up to you. He arranged a chef for us that cooked a very good meal. The villa isn't the newest, so if you want brand new appliances and furnishings, you will be disappointed, but things generally work. We had issues with the air conditioning on upper floors and the WiFi, but managed. There is a water filtration system in the kitchen, so there is water to drink.

Great house! The pictures and description doesn’t do the house justice. It was so much better in person! Beautiful beach front property, plenty of room, great views and in the center of everything. Juan & Catalina and staff were excellent! They made our stay perfect!

Its location and transfers are easy after arriving; the place is comfortable with the indispensable and the area is very quiet; in our case it was excellent to rest and find everything you need nearby. Thank you, if we would come back 😃

The home was absolutely amazing. The views were incredible especially the sunsets. The staff were so kind and accommodating. I am still thinking about them. It was the perfect size for our family of 10 and we didn’t ever feel like we were crowded because we always had space to get away from the crowd. It’s probably the best Airbnb or VRBO we have ever stayed in and I have stayed in several.

Mauricio is the epitome of a super host. Literally from the moment I booked, he was extremely helpful, responsive, and eager to assist in whatever way he could. He helped coordinate amazing chefs and even a mixologist. He anticipated our needs by reaching out and offering to arrange transportation and service while we were there. To our surprise, we even had a daily house keeper, which was very nice surprise. Overall, we had an amazing experience and we owe it all to Mauricio. Also, the house is extremely walkable and convenient to restaurants and convenience stores.
