Dot's place was perfect. Great location. Easy Access to many attractions. Dot was very warm and welcoming. She had the perfect Continental breakfast for us. Our space was private and very nice. we would highly recommend a stay with Dot.

Wonderful spacious inviting space! We enjoyed the lounge, deck/patio and the pool table with a lot of laughs. Wonderful views and enjoyed the peaceful quiet atmosphere!

We were lucky enough to book this lovely, waterfront apartment for three nights in November. Everything was as described, if not better! Watching the activity in the marina whilst enjoying a glass of wine on the terrace was a great way to end a day out and there were several good restaurants within easy walking distance. Highly recommended.

Location is fantastic and the decor is much nicer than the pictures. Due to proximity to everything you may get woken up at 5AM each morning if you're a light sleeper. The kitchen is well stocked aside from the oven that I couldn't get working. Elizabeth was helpful with coordinating a mail delivery. Loved that there was a walk-in closet and two bathrooms. Place was super comfortable and convenient. 💯 would recommend.

An absolute gem - the view is stunning - loved walking along the black sand beach - so beautiful. The house was very comfortable and clean. Mary was very responsive and apologetic when toaster shorted and had it replaced immediately. The house is divided into 3 units - our neighbours were friendly and quiet - and we sorted the parking out (1 long driveway to share) easily and had no issues. Thank you - it was a lovely comfortable stay and we wished we had more time to stay in the house and enjoy it! It is a great base to explore the beautiful coromandel - we explored up to Coromandel, hot water beach and did the kayaking at Cathedral Cove. A lovely few days and hope to be back again!

Stella was a very friendly host. Her house was in a perfect location. With fabulous ocean views and easy 3min walk into local shopping/dining precinct and great hiking trails of Mt Maunganui 10mins away. Very family friendly and comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay and were very impressed by the little touches of hpusearming gifts and beautiful array of local teas and coffees to try. Will definitely stay again 😄

Alan was proactive about making sure we would find the residence with no problems and lots of communication. It was peaceful, amazing view and helpful recommendations for amazing food and things to do. Would return and recommend to anyone. Nice touch for the bottle of wine upon check in.

We spent Easter at Faye’s Air BnB. It was fantastic. It had everything we needed and it was in a fantastic spot. The beds were super comfortable and the spaces worked really well for our family. Thank you Faye. We would love to stay again!

Neat modern apartment in a small block very conveniently situated for the Bay Oval, and short taxi rides from both the airport and the main resort area of Mount Maunganui. Good supermarket a 10-minute walk away and liquor store just over the road. Tony always quick with communications. We had a very pleasant stay.

Stacey was a delight to deal with and I would definitely stay at her place again. It has a great homely feel and all the amenities you need. Perfect location for our summer holiday, everything we needed was within walking distance. Good communication with Stacey and her instructions were clear and simple. Up there with one of the most enjoyable, accomodating, comfortable and pristine clean places I have had the pleasure of staying at. Brook was accomodating, efficient, professional and would respond to any questions/queries we had regarding our stay within 24-48 hours. It’s the perfect place in Mount Maunganui if you want to visit the beach, a walk up the Mount or a walk into town for some shopping. In future I don’t think I’ll look anywhere else but this place. Can’t recommend this place more 5/5.

Great place. Nice big patio area which gets good afternoon sun. Apartment itself if a little dark being ground floor but great for sleeping in, Modern environment and fantastic pool and spa area. Only trivial issue about pool area is you hear people ordering at the drive through at MacDonalds next door. Good comms and let us check out late which was great. A little further from the main shopping area than I thought but still very central and would stay again
