King fisher cottage is a tranquil eco cottage set on the rivers edge of 11 acres of wild farmland and beautifully landscaped gardens that offer total privacy. The cottage has a semi-outdoor bath for bathing while star gazing, a kitchenette, living area & bedroom. There is no wifi & minimal phone reception, the perfect place to get away and unwind an enjoy nature. PLEASE NOTE: June through to September the track is too soft for a car so you need to park in the carpark and walk 40m to cottage.

Relax and unwind in beautiful Tairua at our lovey cabins basic but comfortable, all you need for a little getaway, more. These cabins are situated at the back of our property the host will be up in the main house but you will have full privacy down below where you are. Two little cabins, a rustic outdoor/indoor bathroom. bbq and spa in the outdoor areas. Cabin 1 - queen bed Cabin 2 - double bed plus single. Daily rate based on shared twin 1 cabin 1 bed, then extra $50 per bed per night.

Welcome to our private romantic getaway at Hereford Cottage. Located in Whakatiwai, north of Kaiaua with a backdrop of the Hunua ranges. We absolutely love living here and thought we would like to share one of our favourite places with others. We offer a beautiful one-bedroom cottage with a lovely outdoor wood fire tub and a romantic little area with a firepit, nestled in a natural setting with views of a stream, native bush and native birds. Fleetwood is one of a kind. This experience will nourish you in ever sense— breath taking beauty and pure tranquility. Jac’s—the mastermind and designer behind Fleetwood—has poured heart, care and thought into every aspect of the property, accommodations and guest experience. She is a true curator of art. The experience is like that of a luxury hotel with high quality natural and organic linens, towels, toiletries, etc—coupled with her decades of collecting beautiful art and her own immaculate photo work. I could go on but baseline is that if you are considering Fleetwood as a place to stay, you are definitely being called there for a reason! The host is magic as is every inch of the experience.

We reserved on very short notice, and were so pleased with the Summer Solstice Studio. The studio was spotless and so comfortable. It was quiet and peaceful, with two sets of French doors to let in the ocean breeze. Very walkable to the beautiful beach and local stores/restaurants. Would definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to return to Hahei.

We had an amazing two-night stay at this private and pristine location just a little further up from Coremendal town. The setting was incredibly clean and peaceful, and we even enjoyed a delicious take out pizza for dinner. With several beautiful beach spots along the main road and the Driving Creek Railway as the highlight of our trip, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

This truly is a a beautiful stay. Jared and Desma are the most helpful and amazing hots. Then the cabin is beautiful with all the amenities you will ever need. Being off grid was also a massive plus. Unfortunately the weather was less than ideal at the time yet we were able to cook and eat then sit outside later on. Just absolutely serene. Really did love the place and we will be back for certain: thanks Jared and Desma.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was a beautiful location with pretty surrounds including rows of lavender, calves and an avocado orchard. The cottage itself is a real gem with natural timbers, high quality bedding, lovely cotton robes and everything you need. Its decorated with an elegant and minamailst style. Our hosts go above and beyond with providing fruit and breakfast and other little treats like chocolate. It has a relaxed feel here and we felt the wow factor when entering. Thanks so much, will return for sure. Sue is a kind host who is helpful and was accommodating with our needs.

This place is just outside of Auckland but feels like a different world. It’s quiet, aesthetically pleasing, and provides a break for all of the senses. The first thing I notice when I walk in is the smell of a space and this home was filled with beautiful aromas of essential oils. The cabin is filled with light, surrounded by rolling hills, and Marie and Duncan have taken a lot of care and thought in furnishing and stocking the place. We had everything we needed. My husband and I took Marie up on a couple of treatments at the Spa - highly recommend to round up your relaxation. Thank you Marie, Duncan and Deni!
