Vacation rentals with a patio in Hortaleza

Cristina’s place is well located, spacious for two people and very comfortable and cosy. Cristina is great host, kind, knowledgeable and approachable. It’s a great place to go back after a busy day. We would love having stayed there longer and would go back next time.

We stayed in this apartment for a couple of nights. 1. Location: Easy to get to, we arrived at Recoletos station, it took us 5-7 min to get to the apartment. It is located in a historical part of the city, many landmarks are located in the walkable distance (we are talking about 15, 20 min walk). It is a nice neighborhood, you can find many nice cafes and shops. Tip regarding the cafes: Nearby places to have breakfast are crowded during weekends, so come early (9-10am). 2. Apartment: The apartment is nice and well packed. It has big wardrobe, so I think will be suitable for a longer stay. Other required amenities are also there. It is quiet, because the windows do not face the street. The bed is quite big to have a comfortable sleep. Mind climbing long staircase (even though, it is the first floor), if you have heavy bags. 3. Host: Very friendly and responsive, we had clear instructions on how to get inside, and kept in touch during our stay. We would stay again :)

Maria was on hand when we arrived and we were able to park right outside. She made us very welcome and showed us to our accommodation and even took us on a short walk of the local area and couldn't have been more helpful. The accomodation was perfect for us and our two Airedale Terriers especially with the private terrace at the back for them to relax in. There was also a park to exercise them a two minute walk away. There are supermarkets and restaurants very close by and the metro is only about a ten minute walk away which takes you into the middle of Madrid in a few minutes. Maria and her husband are lovely people and although the appartment is compact it had everything we needed for our stay in Madrid and we would definitely stay there again

We only spent one night in Maria Elena's apartment after an international flight, before continuing the trip to our home in Murcia. Maria Elena left us very clear instructions to find the key and enter the apartment without any problem. The apartment is in a quiet area but with many amenities very close by.

It's been an experience that exceeded expectations. They complied with everything that was described and for us who wanted a house in a quiet place and with the basic features to be with the girl,it was very good. Close to the places and activities we wanted to do at IFEMA, close by subway to the airport and downtown with line 8, with everything you need around. Paz's attention of 10, due to what we could need and always with a quick response TO REPEAT.

Impeccable apartment, all very clean and organized. Great for groups. We were in 9 people and everyone was extremely happy and satisfied. Mr. Fernando was a spectacular host, totally willing to help everything needed, always wondering if everything was okay and if he needed anything. I recommend with my eyes closed.

We stayed in Miriam's house for 2 nights. It was clean, large enough to easily accommodate 8 people - we were 7-, close to the airport with many 5 mins walking distance good restaurants. It has a descent size backyard with 1 to 2 available car parking lots. Accessible transportation to the city cnetre. Highly recommend place.

Enjoyed our stay at Vicky's. Very spacious. Quiet neighborhood. Out of the way of loud downtown Madrid, but easy to take an uber, bus or meteo to downtown and everything else. Private on-site parking. Good restaurants close by, within walking distance. Vicky was responsive when I needed her. would recommend the stay.

The place is great for big groups. It was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. The host was very responsive and made sure everything was in order, which made the experience even better. The location was also fantastic—just a short walk to both the metro and bus stations, making it super easy to get around. Highly recommend!

The Alhambra style room is really a past, full of charm and details that make it unique. Also, the house is very spacious and has many nice corners where to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We took a trip with our 9 month old and Barbara, Kevin and Lluvia were all so helpful in making our stay super smooth! They helped arrange a ride, sourced a crib, and provided a long list of things to do and see. We had a great time and would absolutely stay with them again!!

An excellent and very comfortable place to be, the metro is nearby and there is transport available, the place is incredible and very quiet, in addition to the apartment being very spacious and very nice.

There is nothing better like feeling at home. Getting from the work day and being able to rest in Laura's accommodation has been one of the best experiences. It is perfect if you go to IFEMA because it is a few meters away and has a bar in front that opens at 7 for breakfast and closes very early at night, which makes it perfect to have good service and not to suffer discomfort. Also, in accommodation I found complimentary coffee that came to me perfect while attending a few meetings before going to the fair. The area is quiet in a family home residential. I definitely put it in favorites!!

Maria's place is beautiful, calm and decorated in innovative ways. I loved the marble, it is really luxurious, classic and supremly stylish. The lighting was also great and gave the apartment a warm glow. Also it is very warm inside which is not always the case in winter in Madrid. Apartment has many unique features, the most beautiful of them all is the internal gardenwhere you can spend the time surrounded by the beautiful plants, but far away from the busy street. Maria is lovely, and this is very personal space it is her own home where she lives when not hosting, so it feels very loved and intimate and really is all the Airbnb is about. We liked the surroundings and the nearby park and gardens. Very important while travelling with the dog. We tried some nearby restaurants and really like the Dot coffee place, that Maria recommended to us.
