The flat is perfecty matching the description and it has two Metro station very close, so easy to go back and forth from any location you would like to visit. The apartment has everything needed to enjoy your holiday in Madrid. Block is multi-etnic but super nice, everybody is very kind and gentle! Fully recommended!

We stayed at Germán's house for 4 nights and the experience was very pleasant. We had our reservations regarding the noise because it was a low and nothing could be further from reality: we were calm and slept without a noise. The accommodation has everything you need (maybe one more stool at the table would be nice) and is very well connected by the metro. On foot, in 10 minutes you are in Plaza de Castilla. Germán made it easy for us to check in (we arrived in Madrid after hours). Thank you so much for everything, Germán!
