Oak staircase to the first floor landing, master bedroom with king size bed, velvet padded headboard , a large round window has incredible views, true luxury. Just home from a lovely couple of nights away- 2 families, four children ranging from 4-14 and one dog. The house was immaculate, really well equipped and beautiful. The space worked well for two families and different aged children. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen space/ dining was fabulous and social. Very grateful for the milk and cake on arrival, useful items such as dishwasher tablets etc and the dog was delighted with her doggy chocolate bar! Great location- minutes from Hay. Came to visit some family who live locally and will most likely be back. Thank you. 🙏

Would absolutely recommend to friends and family. My Wife and I stayed in one of the one bedroom apartments. We were able to find decent overnight parking. I would probably suggest booking parking w/ Sally beforehand as spaces do go quickly. Had the pleasure of meeting Sally as I was heading out to grab coffee. Such a pleasant and warm host. She provided some good suggestions for restaurants and sightseeing. A great getaway.

Had a fabulous 4 nights. The cottage is exactly as described, and matches all the photos. The outside areas are lovely, and the setting in the countryside is peaceful. Gloucester is only 15mins drive away, and Cheltenham only slightly further. we visited Cardiff, and the Cotswolds whilst here too, which shows how nicely situated the cottage is. All the communications with Kirsty prior to arrival. and during our stay were helpful and friendly. The Easter Egg, Apple Juice, eggs and Cake were a great surprise, as was the fact that there were 2 pints of milk in the fridge on arrival. We all had great nights sleep in the comfy beds, and would not hesitate to return.

Silvie's Cottage is a true delight! Welcoming, extremely well equipped, spotlessly clean and feels like a home from home with lots of extra touches. Off road parking in a lovely residential street which is only a short stroll into Church Stretton and a choice of walks straight from the door with no need to use a car. The garden is lovely and adds to the overall atmosphere of a warm welcoming cottage. We loved our few days stay, would highly recommend and plan to return again....hopefully soon! The Annex is very well equip has everything you need to make your stay very comfortable, decorated to a high standard, squeaky clean warm and cosy with lots of space....a real Gem! Could not recommend this place enough. Loved the views of the mountains. We all loved the outside bath. Cabin immaculately clean and tidy. No WiFi, just brilliant! Wanted to get away from it all. Local pubs and walks fantastic. Was looking at local Ley lines in the area. Twin valley ley lines and pilgrimage. Local medieval churches stunning. Laura an excellent host. Cider and Apple juice on site with shop. Lovely to to have a welcome note for kids and me. Kids loved the outside bath and also the bunk bed. And very accommodating with same day/late booking. Thanks again.

Riverside Cabins - Shrewsbury - Caesar

Amazing, beautiful cabins , set within the wild Shropshire landscape . The host went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay and the communication was excellent before, on our arrival, and over the duration of our stay . The riverside cabins site is luxurious, but also in-keeping with nature. We loved the rock face, trees, pond and river . There are many activities to do including paddle boarding and canoeing. There are lots of seating areas around the site including river, which is prefect to use when the sun setting. Very family friendly. My boys under-10 adored the pet ducks and wildlife and were kept entertained throughout our stay. The cabin itself was stunning , set-back on the pond , with a hot tub, seating , a fire pit, and beautiful views of the site surrounding the cabin. Roscoe cabin was a delight and immaculately clean , which had all the essentials and more for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommended booking .
