This one bedroom apartment is perfect for someone who is looking for comfort and enjoys a 'tiny house feel' in a great central location in Placencia Village. There are a total of three rooms: the bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed and closet, the "middle" room with kitchen and sofa as well as the third room with the adjoined bathroom which could be used as an office. Great location right in the heart of the village. Host was helpful with all my questions and even gave us recommendations for excursions that saved us money. We had a ...interesting Airbnb experience elsewhere and switched to this BNB and the host let us check in early. We were very happy with our stay here. Excited to see this place expand!

Basic accommodations but more than adequate for my needs. I was here on business. Internet was reliable and robust. I ate at restaurants for all my meals so didn't use any of the kitchen wares provided other than the fridge and a glass and plate for snacks. Shower is tiny so if one is a larger person it could be a bit cozy. I would stay here again!

We had a great stay at Manati house! It's a very simple house on the river, but it had everything we needed. It was very relaxing sitting on the porch or the dock, watching the boats and birds go by. There were no other guests when we were there, so we had the house to ourselves, which was awesome! It might have felt a bit crowded if there were others there. One thing to note: once you are dropped off at the house by boat, your only means of transportation is the kayak that Julio leaves at the dock. You will need it even to get to the little store a few doors down. We didn't realize that we were expected to pay to use the kayak ($75 Q per day), when we paddled down to buy some provisions. It should really be included in the rental, as you are pretty stuck without it! You can't really walk anywhere, as there are no roads or paths to get around. Other than the kayak issue, Julio was very helpful and responsive, and even picked us up in his boat and brought us to Livingston (for a fee).

We loved this place! Britany and her staff were so accommodating. Beautiful views, great location, pool and restaurant were so close it couldn't have been more convenient. The pizza at the Bohemian was amazing! Highly recommended. Thank you!

We’ve had a wonderful time in this beach cabin. It is incredibly well located in Placencia with tons of restaurants and scuba diving shops. It is a large lot right between the main pier and the beach with 3 cabins on it: 2 for short term rental on Airbnb closer to the beach and one slightly at the back where Arthur and Aura lives. Aura and Arthur welcomed us and explained the rules and provided recommendations. Although not the most luxurious place, the cabin was very clean and comfortable, and definitely much cheaper than other beachfront options in Placencia. So very good value for money. Hosts even refreshed the room twice during our 6 days stay, which was awesome!

So happy we found this place! The location was perfect for us. We walked to town for groceries, dining, gifts and visited the many beaches along the main beach sidewalk. We cooked most days, but the days we would dine out, the food was amazing. Edwin, the property caretaker, was extremely helpful with recommendations and was always available to take us across the canal. He goes out of his way to help us. One day our rental car battery died and Edwin helped us get ahold of the rental company to pick us up because our phones could not make calls in Belize. We were able to use a chat thru whats app to communicate. I hope to come back! What an amazing vacation. Only feedback would be to add a pillow top on the master bedroom king bed. Thank you so much for a great experience.
