Apartment vacation rentals in Hood River County

My wife and I stayed here while we were visiting for a wedding. It was the perfect getaway for those who want to explore the surrounding area but have a clean, private space to sleep. We would absolutely stay here again!

we enjoyed our stay very much, after our afternoon iin the car how wonderful if was to kick off our shoes on the back pourch in two rocking chairs and to listen to the river flow. Our room was very clean, the host was very helpful and responded quickly to our only issue, we needed more sugar. Couldn't have been any happier with our selection and strongly recommend Karey's to all in the area

A+! Peaceful with a fantastic view across the Gorge and only 5 min to restaurants, brewery, and grocery store. Our hosts stocked the essentials (coffee, basic cooking foodstuffs, toiletries) so there was no need for a rushed shopping trip on arrival. Great information on everything to do in the area and friendly, responsive hosts. Will be our go to ABNB in the Gorge/Colombia River area when we come back.

I felt very at home in the cute little condo. It had a nice cabin feel and, while small, had everything I needed. Comfortable and not a lot of rules or instructions and felt very welcoming. Great price for an often expensive town. My dog loved it too and didn’t want to leave when it was time to go!

Libby and Craig were wonderful hosts, and the space they provided was wonderful, cozy and inviting. There was plenty of privacy! I loved the isolation of the place, and it was a beautiful location, but in March it was very cloudy obscuring some of the views of the location. It provided a great base of operations for me and my partner to check out the local area and go on hikes. I forgot my jacket after checkout and texted Libby to see if I could return to get it, and they were very helpful and responded quickly to help me get my jacket back. I would recommend any space hosted by them!

Theresa’s place is in a great location for a Hood River adventure! We didn’t spend much time there, since there are so many great places to walk to. There’s a bit of road noise, but she has earplugs available. The bed is firm and there are plenty of pillows. There’s tea, coffee, oatmeal, and snacks! She also provides some lovely smelling shower supplies.

The stay at Julie's place was great. No complaints. Easy to find and such great restaurants and shops to walk to from the place. Accessible to hiking . We would stay here again.

We had such a great time at Julie’s place. Just a couple blocks from coffee and restaurant’s. Beach access and mountain biking super close. We’ll be back for sure!

We loved staying here and the owners were very quick to respond to communication and though we didn’t meet them in person, clearly very friendly. We left them some suggestions as this appears to be a new property to the market, but it was nicely appointed, clean, bright, comfortable, and conveniently located for us. The kitchen is so well stocked! The furnishings bright and comfortable with nice little touches and a welcoming feel. Parking is great - easy to access and to depart. Price was fair. We will stay again!

Great place, exactly as described, perfect for an unfussy family of 4 (2 young kids) and a dog. Perfect location to access Mt. Hood Timberline and Summit Pass, and within quick walking distance of restaurants and shops in Govt Camp.

Great location - close to everything! Clean and comfortable with a nice little balcony to lounge on.

Great place! It's an easy walk to the Timberline shuttle from here. The bed was comfortable. As someone with allergies, I was happy it was very clean and pet free.

This was the perfect place to stay while in town for a wedding. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Hood River!

Super cute house. Wish the fence on the sides closed. Lots of cookware that was in good condition. Comfortable beds and nice separation between bedrooms

Excellent stay in White Salmon/Bingen. If you can't get into the Society Hotel and/or want your own kitchen, choose Blaire's place. The only down fall to that area is the loud constant train sounds/horns. But, I'm told they are building a special tunnel for the trains so one day the city won't hear the horns tooting. Excellent stay - beautiful, new, clean, homey, comfotable and the BEST appointed kitchen for an Airbnb that I've had in a long time! :)

Great spot! We enjoyed walking to restaurants and enjoyed all the space after a long day on the ski hill! our first ski day was rained out and we were allowed to check in hours early which was a lifesaver!

My wife and I really enjoyed the stay! The bed is really comfortable. The sound of the running river was awesome for giving that getaway feeling!

The Sandyplace was very nice and comfortable. The apartment was clean and well stocked with a great assortment of kitchenware. You have full use of the gym and pool (when it’s open), which is an added bonus. The location is great and close by to restaurant and grocery stores. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a very quaint and beautiful inn, walking distance to downtown. The views from our room on the 2nd floor were spectacular. We loved the Kickstand Coffee and Kitchen restaurant just around the corner (adjacent to the bike shop). Great food and fun atmosphere. The inn is very old and historic so (obviously) fixtures and plumbing are a bit strained but that's standard for a place with so much history and beauty. We had a blast and Eric was superb in his communication and responsiveness!

The room was nice and clean. Lots of storage space for things like snow gear. It was really cold when we stayed there so we used the space heaters provided (even in the bathroom) and it helps! Nice quirky apartment!

good proximity to downtown. Breakfast was delicious.
