Clean, comfortable and parking! Spent the night here after attending a concert at Climate Pledge Arena. Easy walk back and comfortable beds. Great communication from host.

Allens place was very cozy and homey. He is a very responsive host and was very accommodating in regards to an early check-in. I would definitely recommend Allen’s place to stay.

This was a very nice place to stay. comfortable, clean, nice view, close to Seward Point for walking. zero street noise. I was here working and it was a little further than I cared to walk, to get to Columbia City and the light rail, but I easily parked a little closer and very much enjoyed the neighborhood. I used the lightrail extensively, and liked that a lot. I will second one prior guest's comment that the ramp down to this level is very steep. I never had a problem, but approached it with care and deliberation. I felt very safe and welcomed in this little corner of Seattle.

Great stay on my work trip to Bothell. House was clean. Playing Pac-Man brought me back some memories. The heater situation was not as responsive as I’m used to but the home eventually became warm. Definitely worth another reservation if I’m working in this area again

This worked out great for us as it was very near where our adult child lives. As others note it is on a busy artery which is noisy especially around rush hour. It also means it is steps away from a bus stop which we used to connect to the link rail and get to and from the apartment. We plan on staying there again. The host is very responsive to any questions and concerns.

We enjoyed 6 beautiful days in this spacious one bedroom unit with the most beautiful sunrise and sunset views over Penn Cove and Coupeville Wharf. Access to Front Street, the wharf and restaurants in downtown Coupeville are at your fingertips in this location. The living space was a quiet, relaxing, very private area. The bedroom was very comfortable and we were happy it did not have the morning light waking you up too early (no windows in the bedroom as it is the first room you enter). We did not experience any alarms or noise from the coffee shop above. Our only difficulty was with the wifi which had a stronger signal in the bedroom, not the living area. The connection changed to an alternate wifi or became non-existent if you were near the windows and balcony. Since our stay was not a working vacation, it did not spoil our getaway. We would rent here again in a heartbeat.

my stay at Allen's home was absolutely perfect . Upon walking in I was pleasantly surprised at how spacious ,warm and instantly relaxed I felt. Allen is a great host very responsive and personable . I look forward to renting from him again at his other locations.

The home is situated on a beautiful lake. With amazing views from the den. We enjoyed visits from otters, cranes and other beautiful birds. The home is comfortable and clean. The host left a supply of k-cups for us to enjoy. The kitchen has plenty of room for cooking. There’s outdoor seating that must be lovely in warmer weather.

I had such a great stay at Sean and Marta’s home. It’s in a great location and has a wonderful back view. Sean and Marta were very responsive to any questions I had and made sure I had everything I needed. 10/10 would stay here again!

This place is such a great hideaway little spot! I had no idea this pretty little neighborhood was up here in Renton. the backyard makes it feel like you are away from the city, the whole neighborhood is very peaceful and very safe! as a woman traveling alone, I felt super comfortable here and and never once was nervous. The house has really nice furniture and amenities, you can tell they really take care of it. everything you need is here, toiletries, kitchen items, etc. The host is always checking in on you and will bring you anything extra that you need! I will definitely stay here again!

This property was spacious, well-supplied and comfortable. It was conveniently located toward the south end of the island. It has a nice view of the harbor and, on a clear day, of Mt Rainier. We were able to host a family dinner there with an actual dining area and large table. Jeanne even supplied jigsaw puzzles when she learned that I liked working on puzzles! She was also very helpful in sharing information on where to hike. We also enjoyed perusing the numerous books on the shelves there. Jeanne couldn't have been a nicer host!

Our stay was wonderful! Beautiful views, comfortable home and easy access to mass transit. Felecia was communicative and available. We had a great time and would recommend this spot for all the reasons listed and more. Thank you for an enjoyable experience!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! It was quiet and peaceful, and had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable, and there’s a nice, deep bathtub. The house and gardens are very pretty, and it’s a super short drive to the waterfront. I would definitely like to stay here again next time I visit Port Townsend.

This is truly a home away from home kind of place for a long stay almost a month in our case. It has everything you can imagine. All the supplies with extras. The place is very new and clean as shown in the pictures. The living space is very spacious. The towels and linens are clean. The bed is firm and sturdy. The appliances are clean and good quality. I was surprised to see it has a very good set of heavy duty crab cracker which we made use of for a crab meal. The laundry machines are very high quality and very useful for our long stay. Plenty of cups, mugs, silverwares and labeled clearly at each draws. Felecia has been very helpful and made sure we were well taken care of. Their timely response to an internet network issue was very critical to my work. Our friends also booked the unit downstair so it was prefect for a large gathering during our stay. The location is relatively convenient to Seattle downtown without the price tag. I highly recommend this place for a future stay.

This home was beautiful! The communication with the host was prompt and very helpful. The location was easy to find. Our only issue is that we had a different understanding of the ADA requirements and found the inside of the house not accessible for my wheelchair.

This condo was tastefully decorated and in a great location. The building has a very good gym with a pool and sauna. Unfortunately the jacuzzi was not working during our stay, but we probably would not have had time to use it. We were very comfortable, were able to cook when we felt like it or discovered something awesome at Pike's Place Market we wanted to cook up at the house. A convenient garage parking space was great too. The place itself felt very secure and safe, although there is a big homeless population in the area, and it can at times feel a little sketchy walking around at night. The owner was very responsive and accommodating, and even though I arrived after midnight, arranged to have someone greet me to show me how to get in and settled. Thanks, would recommend!

In the heart of Seattle Belltown, Allen's airbnb was really conveniently located, it was perfect for our overnight weekend getaway. The Crocodile was the venue and it was only 2min walk away, walking score is high. Allen's responsive and the greeter who meets you on site when you check in is friendly.

I want to thank Xiaowen for having us as her guests. We came as a family of parents with children to visit the Seattle area for a long weekend, and we wanted a real place where people live, not a commercial hotel. This apartment was exactly what we needed. It's not big and not small, and it's located in a quiet place but very close to a shopping center, so it was super easy when we needed something. Everything was clean, and the communication with the host was easy and fast. We will come again on our next visit.
