Family-Friendly | Ocean & Mountain Views | A/C

JanetRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had an amazing family trip to Kauai and Michaela’s place was the perfect accommodations for our family. Her home was great size, it had all we needed to do a lot of cooking, a big living area for our family meals and hanging out time, a lanai with lots of seating outside to relax and enjoy the views. She has provided everything needed for snorkeling and beach time, which we did a lot. The beds all worked out great and were very clean. Rooms were all nicely decorated with the island feel. We did walk to the beach from her place and it was a cool walk getting to it, through greenery and tide pools. But so worth the walk as there is a beautiful almost private beach we enjoyed. Michaela was very responsive and kind. We had one issue with the water heater needing to be reset and it was all handled very quickly for us! She was “on it” and so helpful. She answered every question we had within good time as we planned for our trip. Great vacation at her place and highly recommend it!

FREE Rental Van FREE w/ our 3bd, AC, bbq, hot tub…

TanyaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had an unforgettable family vacation at this Princeville paradise! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with farm fresh eggs and macadamia nuts, a thoughtful touch that set the tone for our stay. Jonathan is truly the best host—friendly, generous, and attentive. A few days in, he stopped by with a gift of fresh salad greens and tomatoes from his garden, which paired perfectly with the local fish we cooked that night. The property itself is stunning. Everything—from the beautifully maintained home and serene pool to the peaceful surroundings—felt like our own private piece of paradise. The location is perfect for exploring all that the Kauai has to offer, yet tucked away enough to truly relax and unwind. We’re so grateful for the experience and can’t wait to return. Thank you, Jonathan, for making our stay so special!

Oceanview Pool, Private Backyard, 5 mins to Beach

AmyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Emma was a great host! Very responsive throughout the whole process and even checked in a few time while we stayed. Her house is beautiful in a quite gated neighborhood with a beautiful mountain backdrop. Having access with the garage to park was a plus! Lots of extras to use for a good day at the beach without hauling it along on your vacation with you. Some beautiful beaches nearby,(where there is no homeless) but is a bit out from Waikiki if that is where you are going to spend a lot of time. Great location if you want out of the big city.

Support LOCAL - NEW! Mākaha Valley Home

MarioRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
The house was great! The community within the gates was awesome! The host, was great! The residential area just outside the gated community was fine. The area along Farrington Hwy (Hwy 93), between Makaha Valley Road and south for about 8 or so miles, was riddled with beach front homelessness. Don’t expect to hit the beach in this area. We drove north to Makua Beach, which was nice and felt safe. We also spent time at the Kohola Lagoon in front of Aulani Disney Resort. Aulani was nice and the beach felt safe. The house itself is in good shape. There were some minor things, which happens with some careless guests. Joe provided very useful beach equipment. We used the towels, beach mats, snorkel gear, kids beach toys and took the umbrellas just in case. The washer and dryer were very helpful, to ready the towels and swim clothes for the next day. The exterior fourth bedroom was great for my oldest son. It has all you need. Overall, great house, great host and great amenities. Mahalo

Modern design home above Hanalei

CarlyRating, 5 stars10 months ago
The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The view is even better in person. If you are a plant person you are in for a special treat with the garden. There was more beach gear than we realized so talk to the host and prevent over packing! There is not really AC anywhere but the master (which works great), but there are many fans throughout and part of the upstairs can open to be “open air” space. The downstairs rooms can stay pretty cool if you set it all up right. We felt very safe and even with 6 people there was enough room for us all to spread out and have privacy and space. Great for a family.

*Ocean and Mountain Views!* | Lush Hawaiian Oasis

MiladRating, 5 stars2 months ago
This is hands down one of the most beautiful places. The room was super spacious, way more than the pictures show, the view is just incredible even better than pictures can do justice! The room is a bit of a walk if you don’t get a golf cart ride, but well worth it for the views. Parking gets full rather quickly, but the resort and valet staff take care of it. Overall very happy with the place and would definitely rebook if (hopefully) when I’m back to Princeville!
A sandy beach extends toward a vibrant turquoise ocean, with gentle waves lapping at the shore. The sky is filled with light clouds, creating a soft contrast against the expansive water. Sunlight glimmers on the surface, enhancing the serene atmosphere.

2 min walk to the beach / Parking, Kitchen, Pool

Allison AnnRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
Yoni was a fabulous host and we loved our stay. It is a unique situation because you are at a Condo resort but it is Yoni’s AirBnb. His condo location within the building appears to be interchangeable based on what the resort has available. It is important to point out that there is a note at the bottom of his listing that says the room will be just as described or a similar layout. Our layout met our family’s needs perfectly. I wasn’t always sure who to communicate with so I just asked Yoni my questions directly. He was quick to respond and very helpful. The location is awesome! In the heart of Waikiki. We loved that our parking was included in our same building. The condo was clean and had beautiful views. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. There is a washer and dryer at the end of the hall. $4 each cycle. The pool, jacuzzis and playground were perfect amenities for our kids. We highly recommend staying at Yoni’s Airbnb! Thank you Yoni for a great stay!

The apartment was clean and had a fun view especially in the morning. We were able to use the kitchen as well! Make sure to reach out to the host ahead of time to get instructions for the lockbox and building security will not help you. Once we got the keys, it was super easy to get into the building and the room.

This unit is perfect for anyone who like peace and quiet , safety , many options for beaches and state parks especially ha’ena state park for the beautiful Nepali coast and Kalalau trail. The trail shuttle can pick you up at Princeville Makai Golf course at 7:30am and 9:30am everyday! If you’re camping that also means no camping reservation over night parking required for a rental car ( those are like winning a lottery ticket ) Anne and Greg are responsive to anything we asked for, they provide all the basics of a kitchen with a studio priced for at least a 3 day stay minimum, we enjoyed our time there and the bed is so comfortable it was truly difficult to get up! Television equipped with all apps so you can log into your Netflix and Paramount +, coffee maker for that great Hawaiian coffee ( bounds coffee grinder ) only thing missing was a French press but I bet if we asked it would have been provided. Beach towels beach chairs body boards etc ( you get the picture ) loved it,

Manoa Cottage with Diamond Head Lanai View

Rune OliverRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a great stay in this Manoa Valley home. The house was spacious, airy, and perfect for our group of four. Two bedrooms had working ACs; the one in the main living area didn’t, but opening windows/doors or using bedroom ACs worked well. Two bathrooms were a big plus! Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided—very convenient. The washer and dryer in the unit were amazing, and having beach toys to borrow was a fun bonus. Parking was easy and convenient, right next to the house. Hosts Eric and Miranda were friendly and quick to respond. The large couch in the living room isn’t a sleeper sofa but was fine to sleep on, with extra linens available. The only downside was the floor cleanliness—our feet got dirty fast despite the no-shoes rule. A better clean before arrival would make a big difference. Otherwise, a really comfortable, well-equipped place—we’d happily return!

2 bedroom home in Princeville

DylanRating, 5 stars1 week ago
I went on a last-minute trip to visit family, and the host was extremely responsive and made checking in very easy. The place is a great spot for a couple of people, and it’s nearby to everything you could want in Princeville. The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery and kitchen gadgets so cooking was well facilitated. The lanai was peaceful to relax on in the mornings, and I appreciated the easy, private parking. I would definitely return.

Waikiki 1bath/1bedroom and 1parking

It was a pleasure staying at Karina's place! She's a wonderful host – so friendly and incredibly responsive, always getting back to us within minutes. Traveling with our 10-month-old baby was made so much easier thanks to the thoughtful additions of a baby chair and pack-n-play. These were a huge help during meal times and for keeping our little one safe and entertained. Plus, the location is fantastic – so convenient with a coffee shop and supermarket nearby, and Waikīkī Beach just a short distance away. We really appreciated Karina's quick responses and how she promptly resolved any questions we had. Highly recommend!

#Central area,Waikiki ! Comfort&Reasonable stay!

NathanRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The building is older, but the location & the price are very reasonable & convenient. You are right in Waikiki but just off the Main Street so it is somewhat more quiet (but it is still Waikiki) I also found the bed comfortable and the A/C worked well. I did bring my own sheets. I liked the kitchen since I was there a week and wanted to cook. It has a nice shower & newer floor & a little patio The host is very nice & responsive. The modem died & they immediately came & fixed it and were very cordial. Thank you! I highly recommend if you are looking to spend less than the local hotels & don’t need a brand new building.
The kitchen features modern cabinetry and ample counter space. An island with seating for two is complemented by stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator and microwave. Natural light fills the room through a window above the sink, while light-colored flooring adds to the bright atmosphere.

Private getaway

AmieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had an excellent stay as a family of four during our trip to Kailua. Very clean unit, everything was up-to-date, huge bathroom, nice main living area, beds were comfortable. Great location with having the shopping center right there. Easy walk to Safeway and Starbucks, plus The Food Company and Boots and Kimo’s for breakfast, and L&L Hawaiian and Maui Mike’s Chicken for lunch/dinner. Easy to get to location if you follow instructions. Everything was super easy and perfect for us. Like other reviews have mentioned, you can hear the people upstairs walking around and it can be loud, but it didn’t bother us too much, as we were mostly only there during the morning and night. Plus, my family sleeps with white noise machines, so it didn’t disrupt our sleeping. We all slept pretty well actually. All in all, everything was wonderful, and I would definitely stay again again and recommend!
