Wonderful stay at Dean's home in the Luana Waikiki. Very walkable to the beach. We loved the fact that Dean provided beach gear, including snorkels, which we made great use of. Beautiful views from the balcony. Clean unit. Dean was a gracious host. Great value.

Great stay overall! The host was very responsive and attentive, which made things really easy. The room was a little cramped, but it was clean. I wiped down the tables to check and everything was clean. Best of all, the location was perfect. Everything we needed, shops, restaurants, and more, was within walking distance. Super convenient!

Partial Ocean View, Full Bed with Balcony

I really loved this place for my one night-two day stopover. It’s at the quiet end of Waikiki close to the beach, outdoor yoga, the bike rental place etc. but won’t break the bank. Staff were friendly and responsive. They stored my luggage before check in and after checkout while I waited for my flight. Plus let me use a bathroom to change. Room was quiet and clean. Partial view of ocean with balcony was just lovely. Room was small but plenty big enough for one. Loved it so much I booked it for my stopover on the way home.

Relaxing 4 Star Luana Waikiki Hotel w/Park View

Excellent location. 10 min from beach at fort De Russy. 15-20 min walk to waikiki area stores, restaurants and beaches. Place was clean and easy to check in. CONS- $40+ a day parking (does say it in listing) but it's vallet parking only. We were in and out alot and sometimes had wait 10-15 for the car because the lone vallet person was busy. Reason I say $40+ is tipping vallet too. If you can avoid renting a vehicle for a stay here I would. Use the HUI car daily rental or a local in town avis, hertz etc when need one. A/C is a winsow unit but mounted on floor and in wall in corner of bedroom. Works well but if your a light sleeper it's pretty loud. overall nice place would stay there again.

Sam was phenomenal. He met us at the hotel and walked us up to the room. Showed us everything we needed to know including parking pass, parking is across the street basically it’s the Halekoa parking. That was a huge help considering parking is expensive. We had a couple of small questions that Sam came by and took care of. I would come back and stay here again! Great host!

Luana Waikiki – Quiet 2Beds - 7min walk to Beach!

Great location. Friendly staff. Private unit in hotel so a bit of a two tiered system but the unit is well stocked with stuff. There is no garbage shoot on the floor (at least not that the front desk could tell us), we had to go down stairs to the garage to throw out garbage - that was a trek.

Three tall palm trees stand against a clear blue sky, swaying gently in the breeze. The shimmering waters of the Ala Wai Canal are visible, along with the skyline of tall buildings and the prominent Diamond Head crater in the distance.

The view was very relaxing from the 18th floor, I really enjoy that about our stay there! The place was clean, had everything we needed and more. The bathroom was nice and clean. I would say we were in a good location, everything was walking distance so we didn’t have to worry about parking! There were also bike station near by which was very convenient. Definitely a very nice comfy place to stay.

Very enjoyable stay at The Equus. Complimentary rum punch set the mood great! Beds were very comfy, shower and AC worked great! Lovely furniture! And great pool. On the smaller side, but enjoyable none the less! Great location in Waikiki central to a lot of activity. Would absolutely stay again! Thank you!!

Lovely and very relaxing place to stay! Close and convenient to Waikiki, but in a much more quiet area with much more privacy. Staff was super helpful and responsive, parking valet attendants were incredibly charming and friendly, appreciated the wine happy hour, and enjoyed the wonderful on-site restaurant. Loved all the amenities such as the free bike rentals, beach towels, and beach chairs. Also appreciated the free reusable metal water bottles provided. We were on the 11th floor and had beautiful morning sunrise views of Diamond Head from our balcony, when you stepped outside the front door into the open-air hallway, we had a gorgeous view of Waikiki and the Zoo towards downtown Honolulu. Our only critiques are minor: walls were just a bit thin, occasionally could hear the guests talking next door. There is also limited staff - usually was not a big issue, but when we had an early checkout, we did have to wait a couple minutes for the front desk attendant to return.

Watching from lanai saw Humpback whales, what a treat. The place was nice. Sanford was extremely helpful. The building could have some updating (cracked roof shingles, outside walls...) but overall nice stay.

We loved this place and would have stayed the whole time if it wasn’t booked! The ocean views are magical and we enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi! The kitchen had adorable little additions like tiny spice packets and laundry soap. We thought this was a really wonderful spot! Centrally locates and you can hear the waves as you sleep.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was everything we needed and walkable to the beach. The linens were clean and fresh. The kitchenette and bathroom were clean and well-stocked with soaps, shampoo, etc. All appliances and amenities were in working order. We also enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The pool was very clean. Our favorite nearby restaurant was Castro's. We wanted to travel the island, so we rented a car and used the valet parking. It made parking so easy. We'd definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo overlooking the park, Waikiki beach and the skyline of Honolulu. The condominium complex is located only a 5-10 minute walk to the shore of Waikiki with access to wonderful restaurants, shops & activities. The hosts were extremely kind and responsive. I highly recommend this hotel and Airbnb host.

The location of the property was good and was in walkable distance to the beach. The room was clean and had all the supplies but we felt it was a bit smaller for 4 people. Tao was responsive to our requests and was flexible in checkout timings.

Donelle is an exceptional host! I have stayed in several different rooms at this hotel and Donelle’s place is by far the very best! She has thought of everything to make it more comfortable. The soft matt stepping out of the shower. The very well lit bathroom lights, the cleaning products, extra towels. I could go on and on. It’s the best! I loved it! and will stay there again.
