The house was wonderful for our family of four and exactly as advertised. The interior was immaculate and uncluttered. The backyard was fun for the kids.

The stay was great! The home was super clean and organized. Jerry was a great host that was informative and responsive to any inquiries. Would definitely recommend booking with him.

We thoroughly enjoyed the home, privacy, parking and location. Pet friendly, great location, walking distance to shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and groceries. Look forward to visiting again.

This place was perfect for our short stay in Cali. The outdoor areas were ideal for morning coffee and afternoon beer and wine. Upscale kitchen with lots of room. Beds were very comfortable and bathroom was spacious. We really appreciate our hosts allowing us to stay a few extra hours after checkout due to an evening flight out. We would stay again!

This is definitely one of the best b&b’s I have stayed in! It was so clean and so modern! The space was perfect and very open. Elizabeth was very communicative and accommodating even before we stepped foot on the property! 6 out of 5 stars! Very nice and quiet location, you cannot hear any planes!

Jesse is always a great host, quick to answer any questions I have, there are clear instructions on where to park and how to get inside as well. The Airbnb was clean and looked just like the photos. I will always look for one of his places when staying out in Long Beach.

Great week in Malibu and exploring LA in general. We wanted a calm and private and comfortable place with a great view of the sea! And this is exactly what we got! A very comfortable apartment with plenty of space and light and the best possible view of the Ocean and Malibu! Perfect place to escape from the world and enjoy life. Weather was great as well! Very good week and Katherine was kind and responsive and informative. Thank you.

Shawn was a great host. He left very clear instructions to follow right before checking in . He was responsive and very helpful. The apartment had everything I required - clean bedding and towels, basic amenities in the bathroom and All utensils required in the kitchen too I had a lovely stay .

Georgetta was very pleasant and answered very quickly. Place is close to all the places we wanted to visit. Will book again.

Wonderful place, second time we have stayed there. Lots of sleeping options, house and backyard well maintained. Close to amenities and freeway. Would recommend staying here with large family or group.

Beautiful, quiet location in the hills. We loved coming back to the house each day and enjoying the incredible views, sunrises and sunsets, and the hot tub with the view. House had plenty of room for our family and kitchen was well stocked. Would highly recommend the location.

What can I say. Jingmin is very help and great with communication. Home is very spacious and cozy. And the location is great. Have plenty of options of places to go and eat. Look forward to another stay.

Close to downtown LA and very quiet neighborhood. The house was spotless. Each room had their own bathrooms. Great big yard for our dog. Was located on a corner light but still quiet and not a lot of car or pedestrian traffic. Would love to stay again. Thank you!
