Vacation rentals with a beach view in Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles

Stayed here for my bfs birthday for a couple days it was amazing! Such a beautiful place definitely will be going back.

We stayed at Franks place for 5 days while my husband recuperated from surgery. We loved the quiet/peaceful garden space and the ability to pop over to the beach or park easily. Great water pressure in the shower and a comfortable bed made our stay very enjoyable. The neighborhood has just about everything you might need in walking distance and it feels away from the hustle and bustle of LA but close enough when needed.

Angela may be the best host I've ever had! She is super warm and welcoming, and her place is gorgeous and well set up. Couldn't pick a better location to be close to the best beach town in Socal, Redondo! Perfect place to walk to the Redondo pier or go for a job on the Strand. A+

We had a fantastic stay in Manhattan Beach! The space was perfect for our family of four — spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed and more. The location is unbeatable: walkable to shops, restaurants, and just steps from the beach. The ocean view was stunning, and the sound of the waves was like having a built-in sound machine — so relaxing. Everything was clean, from the linens to the towels, and the home felt welcoming and well cared for. We’d love to come back!

Victoria was an amazing host! Very communicative and such a kind heart. The fires were happening in the north and our friends we were meeting at her house, came in a day earlier and were staying in another hotel close to fires. She offered them to come a day early to get away from the smoke!! Her house was south of fires, so we were OK here. She then offered us a late checkout as our flight wasn't until 8pm at night. This was so welcome as we have young children. She really went above and beyond! Her place is very homely and great to be close to the beach. Thank you for everything Victoria :)

Perfection. We enjoyed everything about our stay in suite 3. The apartment is well fitted out and is very comfortable. We enjoyed sipping sundowners on the balcony and soothing comfort listening to the lapping waves underneath. The hosts are super responsive and ready to help whenever needed. We’ll definitely be back !!!

absolutely STUNNING!!!! pictures do not do this place justice and the waves that crash up makes the world's most peaceful sleep!!! My husband LOVED the shower the water pressure was the best and the water got super hot! beds were comfy, everything was clean and neat, parking was private and everything was exceptional!! thank you so much

Great stay! Zack was a tremendous help. Nobu was less than 5 minute walk. We will definitely stay there again.
