Condo vacation rentals in Holland

This was a great place for us. We were in West MI visiting family for the week and it worked perfectly for all that we wanted to do. Easy access to north and south highways, great downtown and restaurants and clean and comfortable accomodations! Stress free! Thank you!!

We had a great time here. The condo is in a good location and very clean and neat. The bed was comfortable. We didn’t utilize the pool or hot tub but we did scope it out. It looks like a great area to watch the boats come in and out of the harbor.

The location was fantastic. It was walkable to the whole town. Our favorite place was Wick's Park a block away.We loved being able to enjoy the pool across the street, while watching boats pass on the river. It was a bit of a fun party atmosphere, but we could then go back to our private room and listen to the tree frogs on our balcony. The apartment was cute well equipped and comfortable. We would stay there again.

Cannot rave enough about this place. From the convenieve of a private door on the first floor, the swimming pool and hot tub, and the theatres. The place was spotless and even had things in case you fogot something. They also had kids stuff for the beach. It felt just like home. The bed in the master was absolutey amazing and was the best sleep weve had. As far as dowtown...its right there for everything you need. Our host was also fantastic and very responsive.

The condo was really clean. Everything was exactly what we expected. The pool area was super nice. The home theater was a great idea, but need a bit of updating. Try adding a blue-ray player. The bulb seems to be on its way out too. Please consider adding some instructions on where the pool, gym and theater are located and how to access them. Once we figured out where stuff was, everything was great. These were the highest cleaning fees we have ever had on a rental, but I see why. The place was absolutely spotless. Overall, very happy with the stay.

Lorinda’s condo was one of the nicest Airbnbs we have ever rented. Large and roomy, extremely well equipped, a lovely welcome basket at arrival; it truly exceeded our expectations. Convenient to downtown and the shores of Lake Michigan, this unit is truly worth renting. Our only quibble was with the non functional coffee maker, but we worked through that and can’t really deduct that issue from our overall score!

We would definitely stay here again. Abel’s place was super comfy, close to everything, and very clean. Abel was very responsive and helpful. If you’re looking for beach floats and like items, there is a Dollar General nearby that was cheap and had lots to choose from.

We have stayed at Nicole's for the past 3 years! This condo is very clean, well-stocked of any kitchen appliances or tools you would need. There is lots of space for family and even includes a nice porch. The pool and hot tub are great, and Lake Michigan is right across the street. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance. We highly recommend this to anyone wanting to visit South Haven! Cheryl

Mill Pond made it extremely easy to check in, being accommodating to our late arrival time. They were proactive in reaching out to me with check-in instructions, called me the morning after I checked in to make sure we didn't have any issues, and were very helpful with local recommendations. The location of this unit is hard to beat, given how close it is to downtown Saugatuck. I will definitely be back, thank you Mill Pond!

What an outstanding spot to enjoy the beauty of Saugatuck/Douglas! This charming condo, right on the river, offers a beautiful deck where you can watch the boats sail by and see some of the fun and music across the river, but still have your own private and quiet space. It's conveniently located next to the ferry, which runs every 15 minutes, making it easy to explore both sides of the river. The condo is fully equipped and also includes access to all the amenities and services of the adjacent Beachway Resort hotel. We actually worked remotely from the condo each day and then headed out for the day - wifi and seating was perfect for working remote, though perhaps only 1 zoom call at a time unless you can take one from the bedroom. The resort staff were excellent, but Kim's welcoming, proactive and responsive communication made us feel safe and right at home. We highly recommend this rental to anyone and look forward to returning soon!

My family of four stayed (kids 5 & 8) and we loved the place and the views. The place is spacious and the beds were so comfy! It’s a short distance to Grand Haven. The pool was a little bit of a walk but great for our kids. We didn’t know where the dumpster was to take out the garbage at checkout but finally found it. Really really great time and we hope to rebook next year.

We had a wonderful week in this condo! All of the extras - snacks, spices in the cabinet, extra beach towels, several different types of coffeemakers - were greatly appreciated. The cabinets had many choices of mugs, glasses, plates and bowls. We also loved that there were several locations with a light on a dimmer (Dining room, living room). Having a washer and dryer available down the hall was also a plus. The porch is fantastic! So relaxing,. The sofa cushions for the porch are perfect and easily accessible. The gas grill was also great for cookouts and dinners watching the sunset. There is a really nice overlook area if you don't want to walk all the way down to the beach, easy to get to by walking around to the other side of the building. We got some great northern lights pictures from that lookout. Patty was always helpful and easily accessible - answering any questions I had within the hour, sometimes in just minutes!

My family of 4 that included a 1 year old and 3 year old loved staying here. The location was right by everything you would need and very walkable. The apartment itself had everything our family needed with this apartment being right on the water so we didn’t have to haul things back and forth. The beach was amazing and the warm salt water pool was a great break when we didn’t want to stay on the beach. What topped it off were the sunsets from the patio area which was HUGE and had plenty of chairs and tables for us to sit and watch. The 3 year old had a great time running and burning the last of her energy while the sun went down. Overall I would recommend this place for anyone that has kids and the location is hard to beat. We will definitely stay here again!!!

My husband & I rented this gem for a week. The condo is spotless, kitchen has many amenities, tastefully decorated, very comfortable and we loved it! We loved being right on the water/ beach and close to town. Highly recommend this adorable condo.

The place is super cute and cozy, the bed is comfy and the area is quiet and peaceful. I felt safe and right at home as I was here for an extended stay! I 100% recommend!

Condo was perfect for our family of 4. Location was amazing short walking distance of several great restaurants and right on a great bike path that you could ride endlessly. The pool was added bonus for 2 kids and highly recommend boat rental place in Fruitport!

We really enjoyed this place! It is located very close to downtown making a lot of places walkable or just a short drive. Upon arrival it was clean and the instructions for check in and parking were easy to follow. The kitchen had a lot of amenities and included almost everything we needed. We also liked that the checkout process was simple! We would definitely stay here again.

The description and photos were accurate. The pool was excellent. Plenty of space for a family of 5. The kitchen layout and amenities were great. The only downside was being on the lower level and having people in the condo above.

This condo is in a great location! Right on location of Hope College and is surrounded by lots of shopping and places to eat. No issues with parking. Kept super clean and beds were very comfortable. We found the utility closet to be loud, but other than that, the stay was great. The host is also great and communicative.

Beautiful place to stay. It's right in the middle of downtown Holland and very walkable to stores and restaurants in that area. The 3rd floor deck is wonderful to sit on at night. The condo is clean, smells amazing, and a top notch place to stay. While on the expensive end, we felt like it was worth the cost and we would stay here again! FYI, and in no means a reduction in rating, the mattress in the primary bedroom is very firm. The only negative comment we have is being asked to take out the trash while also being charged a $200 cleaning fee. We don't mind taking out the trash we created, and it wasn't a hassle to access the community dumpster, but we felt like it should have be included with a $200 cleaning fee.

The condo was exactly as described. Pictures don’t do it justice, nice upgrades. Loved the location and watching the boats on the river. We walked to the beach, farmer’s market, restaurants, Maritime museum, and shops. Ron was quick to give recommendations for restaurants, Maria’s and Taste were excellent, and sent info on things to do. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

We absolutely loved this place and our stay. The lake views were more beautiful than the photos could show, the chalet is comfortable and well-stocked, and there was so much to do in the community that we didn't even scratch the surface. We loved the beach area which wasn't crowded at all, even on Labor Day weekend. We drove in to St. Joseph for dinner and to go to ur favorite shops - super easy drive. The walk to the beach was so short we didn't even take a lunch out there, just popped up to the house whenever we needed a restroom break or a snack. We never needed to contact Ben but got plenty of communication beforehand and the manual in the house provided info of how to text him if we needed to. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!

Found Tony’s place for a Notredame game. Great price and great location. He was very responsive with any questions I had and his place was the perfect place for our small family. Clean and modern and everything was there that we needed. We would stay there again in a heart beat. 5 stars all day, thanks Tony
