Exclusive house with spa bath in Sälen

This couple house has an unparalleled sun location with a view of Hundfjället & Tandådalen. It along with its own outdoor spa and well-chosen material selection makes the house truly unique. 5 bedrooms and kitchen in an open plan with the living room. Outside the house, the cross-country ski and scooter tracks pass by in the winter, and about 200 meters away, the ski and swimming bus stop. During the winter season, the house is only rented weekly with Saturday as a changeover day. During the winter season (full week) cleaning is included on departure in the price.

Relax in this serene cottage with a cozy and genuine feel and the forest around the corner. Separate service building with wood sauna, shower, WC and washing machine. Quiet and secluded location - here the kids can play freely. Good opportunities for skiing on hiking. Marked snowmobile trail about 150 meters from the cabin. Information about the manager can be obtained at Nordvärmland's snowmobile club. Work from the cabin - here is Wifi. Finnskogleden goes through the village and Långberget offers an extensive system of ski tracks.

In this family-friendly south facing cabin from 2022, you enjoy views of Hundfjället and Tandådalen. Fully equipped with hall, WC, bedroom, sleeping loft and combined kitchen/living area. The area is beautifully located on Stor-Närfjället and has its own cross country tracks, the mog tracks (Myrfloddammen-Orrliden-Gilleråsen) close to the house. 30 km of scenic cross country tracks with connecting tracks to "Calven around". The ski and swimming bus in a walking distance. Lots of hiking and biking trails. Parking space with EV charger.

Large and great family cabin

Here, the whole family can lower their shoulders, unplug, and really get the good cabin feel. The cabin is large (109 sqm), spacious and open. It's at a great location in the mountains. The surrounding area has good hiking conditions both on foot, skiing and by bike. Right outside the door there is a well developed network of about 100 km of well-groomed skiing trails. There is a short distance to the ski resorts in Trysilfjellet (25 min) and Sälen (35 min). Here you are close to activities both for big and small and to all seasons.

Welcome to our newly built house in Södra Fjällvyn, a scenic area near Sälen-Lindvallen's ski resort. The cabin has 3 floors and is equipped with all conceivable comforts, such as a stove, outdoor hot tub and sauna. The area is peaceful with cross-country ski trails nearby. From the cottage you have a wonderful view of the Sälen valley and Lindvallen's ski slopes. A 5 min drive or 15 min walk takes you to the Lindvallen resort with Sälen's largest ski area, grocery stores, restaurants, aqualand.

Det är bara att sätta på sig skidorna och åka ut i Karinbacken. Från Karinbacken är det lätt att ta sig till Lindvallens största backe; Gustavsbacken. Städning ingår. Linnepaket finns att hyra samt uppbäddning av säng. Det går på 150kr per person (ungefär €14) och det innehåller 1st kuddöverdrag, påslakan, underlakan, stor och liten handduk.

During your stay in this spacious accommodation you can completely clear your head. Because of the silence, the pure air and pure energy of the river you can completely relax here. Located on our very spacious grounds at our own forest, only 400 m from the Strängsforsen (rapid rapids) on the river Klarälven.

Lift close to newly-built apartment in Lindvallen, Sälen

In the completely newly built area of Fjällbäcken Pool & Paddel, our apartment is located with close to Söderåstorget. Our house is closest to the square. At Söderåstorget, SkiStar has installed a new 6 chair seat lift (with wind protection and heat in the seat) that starts across the road from us. Such a short walk to the lift. Home one slides easily! Experium with its activities, MTB center, Cross Country Arena etc is also within walking distance.
