House vacation rentals in Holderness

My husband , our two dogs, and I stayed the weekend for a wedding at Waterville Valley Resort. We were super close to the mountain as well as the town Square. The area was beautiful and the house was very clean. We definitely had a wonderful weekend.

This was our first experience using Airbnb and we were so pleased. Plenty of space for the six of us including the two small grandchildren. It provided convenient access to the area. The pool area and water were nice and warm so my grandson was thrilled and the adults enjoyed the hot tub! Our GPS had a hard time finding it but the written directions were spot on! Highly recommend.

Perfect Getaway! We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Eileen was incredibly welcoming and provided great local recommendations. The location was ideal - close to the Fryeburg Fair grounds and other attractions yet quite enough for a peaceful retreat. We highly recommend this place and hope to make a future trip back. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Our Family get together was a major success! Ned was friendly and kind and made the check in process as easy as possible. The entire home was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures and the amenities were exactly what we wanted from the pool table to the Hot Tub it was all amazing, and we had more than enough room to accommodate everyone and made so many memories. We will definitely be visiting again in the future.

Tim’s house was great for the 5 couples. House was big enough it didn’t feel crowded. Kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to host a big meal. Bonus hot tub & indoor in ground pool.

We spent 2 nights at Ivars and it had everything we needed! Ivars was very proactive with sending over the welcome packet prior to arrival and being flexible with our check in process. Would definitely recommend staying here and if I am ever back in the area I will stay again!

We love staying here! It is big enough for our whole family to come, but still not feel crowded. It is a good price for what you get, and we are excited to hopefully go back next year!

This place is a gem! The home is super clean and cozy. My husband and I both agreed that we couldn’t have found a better place to stay. Key things that makes this place perfect- Clean, cozy, huge private yard at dead-end private road, comfy bed, warm (and did I already say cozy!), pleasant smells (actually smells and looks like a new house), and just like home. Kathy is a perfect hostess, too! She was super responsive, but yet not intrusive. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay! The space was huge and perfect for kids. The house was very family friendly and had everything we could’ve needed.

Mason’s place aka “the spot” was absolutely perfect for my family vacation! Plenty of space, bedrooms & bathrooms for all of us (5 adults, a 10 year old & 2 dogs) and conveniently located (no more than 15 mins) to everything we usually do when we’re in the area. We ate dinner almost every night out on the covered porch and really enjoyed all the house had to offer. The zip line, outdoor play space & hot tub were all a big hit! Mason was extremely helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had. Overall was a great experience and I hope to be back again in the future!

My family and I had an amazing week at castle rest. It is in a prime location with great amenities. There were so many nice touches to the house decor. Everyone agrees we should go back next summer.

Nice place. Nice host. We used it as a base for hiking by day and chilling by the campfire in the evening.

As soon as you enter this house you can feel all the happy memories that have been made in this place. It is large, but the layout allows everybody to interact throughout the different rooms, easily enjoying company of one another, and having everything you need to be perfectly comfortable If you are looking to stay in the White Mountains with a large group this is definitely the place to choose!

This was a wonderful and homey place to stay. The location is great and loved the view of the woods out the back. The host was super responsive and very helpful with communication. The place is very roomy as well, so we had lots of space to spread out. The neighborhood was very quiet.

Great place. Lot of room and extremely close to downtown North Conway

Great home and Kristen was a great host and communicator! The home was clean, and water pressure was great for showers. The mattresses in the first floor (entrance level) room could have been a little comfier (spring mattress), but not a huge deal at all. If you prefer liquid body wash, be sure to bring your own as only bar soaps are provided. There are also no hair dryers, so be sure to bring your own if you want that as well. Fireplace was great to make the space feel even cozier. Area was quiet, peaceful, and private. Great value option for bigger groups!

House was very large, clean, and kitchen well stocked with pots and pans. Owner gave great directions and instructions for checking in. Loved the check and out time. Hot tub was amazing. Pleasantly surprised about size of house and so many bathrooms. Definitely would stay there again. Only thing I wish one of the bedrooms had a tv in it. Very quiet location.

My 40something cousins, siblings and I wanted to get together in a memorable house where all five of us +attachments (kids, partners, dogs) could chill for five days in a spot that was close to our childhood TLV reunions. We booked Jeff's place almost a year in advance, knowing that it was right near the road which sound-wise was a drawback (cars) but also it was strategically located for us. This is the only reason I didn't put 5/5 on location so that anyone wanting to come enjoy this peaceful abode would know that it is not in the middle of a forest, in case you are not familiar with the area. You are right near the action! But also the forest :) We loved staying here, made great memories, enjoyed Jeff's easy going friendliness and availability. Loved that each bedroom had its own private bathroom, big kitchen, multiple hang zones inside and out. 3/4 mile walkable to the nearby beach, close to so many amazing hikes, lakes, the Fells, the Barn Playhouse in New London. Grateful

This location was perfect for 2 families as we spent the weekend going to Storyland and Santa’s village with our little ones. The game room had the kids occupied. We couldn’t take advantage of the awesome record collection as our kids were a little too interested in the records and we did not want them to break any. We had a little issue with the AC not working too well up stairs, but it worked great downstairs. Windows open on the main floor helped a lot when it was a warm weekend. Overall great weekend and a great experience.

Rob was a great host and drove at night to help us get into one of the bedrooms that we got locked out of because the key was missing to unlock the door. He was friendly when he arrived and was willing to help us. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in this area. Beautiful, clean house and exceeded our expectations.

We were in town for our daughter’s bridal shower that was being held in Lebanon. This was the perfect place for us to stay and it was a short drive to the event. The house is very clean, comfortable and has a beautiful view of the lake. We would stay again.

Staying at this beautiful house is as comfortable as being home. Plenty big for a long weekend with the whole family and conveniently located to Owl’s Nest if ever attending an event there. Sharon is very responsive, friendly and accommodating!

Awesome stay! Just bring yourselves, and some clothing! Steve provided everything we needed plus more! and I really mean everything. We felt right at home. The place was cozy, comfortable and very kid friendly. tons of toys!! our kids didn't want to leave! My son loved the PS4 and we took advantage of the fire place and firewood every night. the place is close to all the attractions in white mountain that we wanted to visit, and there's a grocery store and gas station just 3 minutes away, with lots of restaurants a short drive away. Steve was a great host as well and was very flexible with our check in and check out. the pictures actually do not do this place justice. We had more than enough room to spread out for our family of 6. We would love to stay here again if ever in the area. the only con we had was we only stayed 3 nights...wished we could stay longer
