I spent two nights at this accommodation at the hotel for two nights for a trip with my acquaintances, and it was a very, very satisfying choice. The managers were very kind and helped me a lot when I asked questions. He even guided us to nearby restaurants, cafes, and rental cars, and our group was satisfied with the service. If you've seen this place while planning a family trip, you're in luck!

Wonderful month-plus stay! Very comfortable apartment, and extremely friendly and responsive hosts. Any question we had was answered/addressed immediately. We were lucky to stay during Tet and experienced such kindness from our hosts during their holiday. Location is excellent, easy to get to beach, cafes, massages and so much more in minutes. I highly recommend this place and the hosts!

We Stayed for 37 days. Everytime we asked for the room to be cleaned, Daisy had it cleaned the very next day. The Towels and sheets where always clean. We stayed on the 19th floor so no real street noise, was very quiet place. Location was really nice, right near a great Billiards place and many restaurants within close walking distance. Convenient Markets nearby for shopping. The Wifi worked perfect, and all 3 split type AC's worked great. We felt at home everyday as if we lived in Da Nang. There were enough pots and pans / dishes and glasses if you wanted to cook. Fully recommend Daisy's place. A person was there to check us in and give us the key cards to the elevator. Showed us Wifi password, and how to work the TV. Great stay. Thank you!

We spent a month in Da Nang and the place felt like home :)

We never met, but Phuong was wonderfully responsive via text, and an assistant showed up in a timely manner when we made requests. They place is a hidden gem. It's wonderful even as it is, but has lots of potential for greatness. Phuong went above and beyond. Cleaning staff on point, and honest! My wife lost an expensive necklace and we looked for it and finally gave up. Cleaning staff found it later and notified Phuong, and Phuong shipped it to us. Could have been easily pocketed without recourse, but they chose to do the right thing. We shall be back!

The host is very friendly. Value for money Very good. However, I was satisfied overall except that the location was a little far from downtown.

Amazing hosts! They helped us with everything, from booking car rides to Ba Na tickets, even getting us food when it rained. The place is very nice and so close to the beach

Hoa went above and beyond in hosting my family of 7 adults and 8 children under 12, including a baby . From purchasing extra life jackets , daily fruit platters , and a padlock for the gate . We had the whole villa to ourselves which was amazing and great to be all together. The kids loved the pool, swimming constantly. There was an assistant Ngo who spoke great English and was wonderful in her recommendations and assistance to local Attractions including ordering a large bus most days to transport us out all together . Ngo also owns the Lucky Beach Restaurant around the corner , her cooking ability and presentation is amazing with delicious food presented. The area is in a lovely friendly neighbourhood with some great local restaurants all in walking distance . Staying here gives a great cultural experience living with the locals and not tucked up away in a resort . Value for money was excellent. Beds were a bit hard for westerners . We can most definitely recommend to others.

Tuyet’s villa was perfect for our 5 days stay for 2 families. Tuyet arranged our transit from the airport and we were greeted on arrival. The villa was spotless and cleaned daily. The quiet location is ideal with a short walk to the beach and great quality local restaurants (100m away). Pool was very refreshing. Easy Grab taxi ride to Hoi An in 10 minutes. Little extra touches like ice in the freezer, daily fresh fruit and a water filter were an unexpected bonus. Would definitely recommend and return next time.

This is the most amazing place. Hoi An is so pretty and Mei’s place is absolutely perfect in every way. Mei is super helpful and could not do enough for us. We had a barbecue on one of the nights and Mei helped us with charcoal. The house is absolutely beautiful and was just what we needed for our last few days of a great family holiday. The local area is close to the beach and the market is a short bike ride away.super chilled and perfect vibe. Roi’s bus bar around the corner is the best. You’re getting more than what you paid for! The place is nice and cozy, with a lot of establishments that are walking distance. You’ll see a lot of cafes, restaurants, and massage clinics nearby. I love how the rooms are very spacious for two people. I will surely reconsider this place once I visit Da Nang again, I hope there will be rooms available by then.

We stayed here for 16 nights and this was our home away from home. I could live here. Great location. Super comfy bed. Amazing view of the city from the balcony. Elevator is very speedy. Awesome parking garage for our motorbike with security on property 24/7. Anything we needed our host Hien was extremely helpful. You will not find a hotel in Da Nang that will give you a better value than this condo. Easy 5 stars and will stay again.

It was really nice for a large family of 12 to stay. Each room has a bathroom, and I was satisfied that they filled the items that were lacking when I contacted them. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach, and the surroundings are quiet, so I had a good time with my family. Thank you!

Had an amazing time. Very very good value for what we paid. Hosts were very responsive and settled any questions we had. All the hotel staff were very friendly too. Tip… wait till 7 pm and the bakers at reception sell off everything at two for one 👍

My stay here has been perfect. big room with a big bed and medium couch. has ac and a floor fan, a big fridge and a full kitchen even a clothe washing machine. The dining table is cute, the desk is awesome! Windows are big and fill the room with light. If you want to keep the light out there are blackout curtains. The host and her husband can help with anything you may need. They helped me get a bicycle and scooter and even brought me food to eat. And of course you cant beat the location! Its right across the street from the beach and close to monkey mountain!

I stayed here with my 5 year old son for one week. Although the trip started with something of a last minute panic due to double booking, they made every effort to arrange the dates for us and we were able to stay in the selected room, which had a beautiful view of the ocean and nearby beach. All of the staff were lovely, and made the stay enjoyable for us. There were some issues with noise in the evening but not from the property itself, and they tried to ensure that nearby bars abided to regulations in the evening. Overall, it's a beautiful place to stay for a relaxing holiday and we would definitely stay again.

Perfect 10 day stay. I will be returning for more multiple week long visits. The location and house are perfect and with Tan's assistance I felt like part of the family and community. What an incredible stay.

My extended family - 8 people from ages 4 - 76 stayed at the Villa over Christmas and New Year’s. It was perfect for our large group. Leading up to arrival communication with the host was excellent. While at the villas on site staff helped us to arrange many things including tours and laundry. They were so friendly and attentive. The location is walkable to so many restaurants, spas and the beach. Make sure to check out early morning local market and Mom’s Restaurant up the way was a favourite for us.

The actual place is better than the pictures. Walking up and through the hallways to the apartment I was a bit nervous but once we got inside, it was great. The space was perfect for our family of six. The host was very responsive and accommodated the needs that I had. (Extra towels and blankets). The balcony is amazing. We were especially lucky to be there on Lunar New Year’s Eve to see lots of fireworks. It’s in a great location very close to many good restaurants, coffee, shops, and the beach. There is also a convenient store on the first floor. So happy we stayed here. I definitely hope we can visit Da Nang again and stay here.

We enjoyed a fantastic 3 weeks in the beachside An Thuong area of Da Nang. Host, Duy and his family live in the apartment below and always responded to queries promptly, either in person or via AirBnB messaging. The apartment is on the fourth floor of the complex and there is no lift so this may be a problem if there are mobility issues. The apartment is located at the back of the building but is thoughtfully designed so there is still plenty of natural light and fresh air, although no view. There is a communal rooftop terrace off the opposite side of the internal stairs which looks over the street and is a pleasant place for yoga, breakfast, evening drinks or dinner. The dining/living area is quite small but adequate for 1 or 2 people for a short stay, the bedroom is huge with a queen size bed and plenty of storage. The bed was a little hard for our Western bodies but we used some spare duvets from the linen supply to help soften the mattress. The apartment is only 5 minutes walk from Da Nang Beach and there is a multitude of very good restaurants, bars, cafes and spas in the immediate area, both local and Western options. We walked into central Da Nang and to shopping centres further afield but there are always plenty of taxis at the end of the street if you would prefer not to walk. Currently the beachside area of Da Nang is undergoing extensive construction of new hotels meaning there are some areas that are experiencing high noise levels. The street the apartment is located in is not immune to this but it is one of the quieter streets in the area and if you are out sightseeing or working during the day noise will not be a problem for you anyway.
