We had amazing time in the property. It is suitable for family holiday with great location, beautiful surroundings, and responsive and supportive host. Highly recommended.

Lisa and Andrew’s apartment was really well set up, very comfortable, extremely clean and in a great location. We enjoyed our walk to Battery Point and Salamanca plus the ferry to MONA. We will definitely stay again.

the apartment is in the perfect position - within walking distance of Salamanca markets and shops,uses and galleries in the city, and chasing little eateries and pubs around Battery point. the ace was as meat as a pin with a well equipped kitchen. the ned was very comfortable and the shower really lovely and spacious. and parking which is a massive bomus I would love to rerun.

Richard's place was great. A really good amount of space, nice rooms, in a good location, and decked out with all the amenities you could want - kitchen utensils, toiletries, washing supplies, etc. Also the spacious rooms are set up well with beds and desks, with power boards. Great for both holidays and work.

Really enjoyed our stay, short bike ride to Hobart city, very close to the female factory site. We really liked sitting on the deck overlooking the river. Had great space with separate bedroom, kitchen and lounge areas.

The location was great and the apartment was exactly as described and perfect for the 5 of us. Also, the hosts were very proactive and responsive/helpful. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Hobart.

The guest unit is a wonderful space to relax and enjoy your time in Hobart. I enjoyed all the little touches they provided and appreciated the use of some items to wash my rental car. The rooms were well decorated and the furniture and bed comfortable. I walked everywhere from the unit and it was about 40-45 minutes to the wharf area. Others my want to drive or take the bus. Highly recommend.

This was a fantastic Airbnb for a last minute trip to Hobart for a family emergency. Clean, modern and comfortable. All the amenities we needed and extremely compassionate and responsive communication from the host. Highly recommend this accomodation for a family or group booking.

Lovely apartment, very cute decorations everywhere - open, yet cozy. The kitchen was fully prepared with spices, oils, butter, various teas, everything that we could need.

We had a great stay at Cheryl and Kim’s. Everything you needed was provided and readily available. Access to gym and pool a super plus. Highly recommended!

A quirky apartment building near the centre of Hobart. Quirky only because the initial entrance was around the corner, then access through the parking garage to the elevator. After that, there was direct street access. The apartment was spacious for one or two, with a nice compact kitchen (I could grill lamb chops) and make coffee/breakfasts. Sunny as described and well located for waterfront, park and Saturday market. I would gladly book again.

My only regret is staying just one night! What a comfortable, clean, modern space. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked. The air conditioning worked very well in our very minor heat wave. Julian was clear with instructions on parking and accessing the building which I really appreciated. We will for sure be back.

My family really enjoyed staying in the apartment, it was spacious enough for the four of us. The apartment was absolutely spotless and has everything you need for a relaxing break.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nel's place! The house is beautiful and stylish with all the comforts you can think of. The surroundings are beautiful and we loved swimming at the two beaches in front of the house. The kids loved the toys in the house. We can definitely recommend Nel's place. Nel was so friendly and really made us feel at home.

This accommodation was spotless and clean and with a very proactive host and absolutely worth its value and close to all amenities.

Karen and Sean's place was perfect for our short getaway to Hobart. The place was as described, the bed was comfy, the views spectacular and the spa was just an absolute added bonus. Perfectly positioned for the view! The kitchen seemed to be well equipped although we didn't use it and there's a laundry with washing line out the back. Again we didn't use it but these amenities are there. You will need a car to get around, however, it's a short drive to great cafes, restaurants, Salamanca Markets and the centre of Hobart. Driving further afield is easy as well. We certainly would recommend this place!

We loved Christine's place, it was everything we needed for a weekend getaway. The space was bright, warm and clean and the kitchen, (minus a stove) was still adequate to meet our needs. We found the bed and pillows comfortable and made good use of the huge bathroom and spa. The views over the Derwent River were beautiful and the resident sheep were gorgeous. Where do I start! The views are breathtaking both day and night. There is a pool table & ping pong table for entertainment in inclement weather. Tennis court and exclusive use of the spa were an added bonus. It was blissfully dark and quiet to sleep as well. Plenty of parking also. Couldn’t fault the place.
