Apartment vacation rentals in Hobart City Council

I really enjoyed staying at Lisa’s apartment. It’s a couple kilometres walk to Salamanca and is relatively easy, slightly hill-y but nothing too crazy. Check in was very easy, just a keypad to get in so no need to worry about keys. The kitchen and bathroom were both very modern. I found that the location was a good home base to visit Hobart, Bruny Island, Port Arthur, Southern TAS and surrounds as the area is easy enough to get in and out of at various times of the day without being too busy with traffic. Really stunning location, lots of great food options around as well and the supermarkets are a short walk/drive up the road if you need anything. 10/10 would stay again.

the apartment is in the perfect position - within walking distance of Salamanca markets and shops,uses and galleries in the city, and chasing little eateries and pubs around Battery point. the ace was as meat as a pin with a well equipped kitchen. the ned was very comfortable and the shower really lovely and spacious. and parking which is a massive bomus I would love to rerun.

Very comfortable and strategic location of the house. The house is fully equipped with all you need which includes modern furnitures, kitchen equipment and toiletries. The house is also located close to the CBD of Hobart which makes the travelling extremely easy and convenience. Overall, it is value of money and I enjoy the stay of the house.

My family really enjoyed staying in the apartment, it was spacious enough for the four of us. The apartment was absolutely spotless and has everything you need for a relaxing break.

Pauline has put thought and care into providing a comfortable place to stay. She is a gracious host and is a great communicator. Would definitely recommend and book again.

The location was great and the apartment was exactly as described and perfect for the 5 of us. Also, the hosts were very proactive and responsive/helpful. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Hobart.

Quite a big private space, really unique and homey feeling. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly, which is very typical of Tassie! They took lots of time to make sure that their space was both comfortable and practical.

Lovely apartment, very cute decorations everywhere - open, yet cozy. The kitchen was fully prepared with spices, oils, butter, various teas, everything that we could need.

A quirky apartment building near the centre of Hobart. Quirky only because the initial entrance was around the corner, then access through the parking garage to the elevator. After that, there was direct street access. The apartment was spacious for one or two, with a nice compact kitchen (I could grill lamb chops) and make coffee/breakfasts. Sunny as described and well located for waterfront, park and Saturday market. I would gladly book again.

My only regret is staying just one night! What a comfortable, clean, modern space. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked. The air conditioning worked very well in our very minor heat wave. Julian was clear with instructions on parking and accessing the building which I really appreciated. We will for sure be back.

A large fully stocked apartment with full size kitchen, large living room, very comfortable bed with crisp white linen. Laundry and dishwasher and a good size fridge with kitchen opening out onto a lovely deck where you could sit and watch the wildlife - birds, wallabies and possums visiting the garden. Very peaceful place with only sounds of birds and water running in the Hobart rivulet at the back of the property. A very good walking track from the back of the property along the rivulet all the way into Hobart city. Location of the property is 7 minutes drive to Hobart CBD. Very good value and Jacqui is a lovely approachable host who made us feel right at home. Would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Hobart.

Really lovely place to stay. It is so close to everything, lovely walking tracks so close by, spacious and clean unit, lovely deck to relax on in the afternoon. It had everything we needed and so comfortable! Handy car spot right in front of the unit too. 10/10! Thanks Nicolle!

Fantastic hosts and very flexible with check in. The house was clean, well furnished and also had QR codes for the wifi and local attractions/restaurants. Highly recommended place

We loved our 5 night stay in Vivien’s gorgeous apartment! It’s in an excellent location which was so quiet but so close to everything we wanted to see and do in Hobart. It was so clean, beautifully furnished and the bathroom was amazing! Vivien’s recommendations were so helpful and we tried many of her suggested cafes, bars and restaurants. Highly recommend this fabulous place and would love to stay again next time we visit Hobart.

Up there as one of the best The drive was a bit daunting at first but was very easy to get used to

Chatteua Capri was everything my partner and I hoped for. Incredible view from the spa, romantic and very comfortable. The King size bed was a little firm for our personal taste, but the linen was nice and had plenty of option for extra blankets if needed. I would strongly recommend for anyone looking for a romantic weekend away with their love.

We loved Christine's place, it was everything we needed for a weekend getaway. The space was bright, warm and clean and the kitchen, (minus a stove) was still adequate to meet our needs. We found the bed and pillows comfortable and made good use of the huge bathroom and spa. The views over the Derwent River were beautiful and the resident sheep were gorgeous. Where do I start! The views are breathtaking both day and night. There is a pool table & ping pong table for entertainment in inclement weather. Tennis court and exclusive use of the spa were an added bonus. It was blissfully dark and quiet to sleep as well. Plenty of parking also. Couldn’t fault the place.
