We had an awesome time here! The location is super great and convenient, especially since we love to walk. Being next to the lake was fantastic, as it was an idyllic walking path. The airbnb was so clean and the pillows were so fluffy and comfortable. Also, this place can easily host a family. There was only 2 of us, so a lot of space went to waste lol. Thank you for having us!!

Nogk and her husband are superb hosts, the best in our long experience on this platform . The address and access to the property was very well indicated. Communication was very quick at all times and the apartment is cozy and very clean. The place is close to the Hoi Chi Minn mausoleum, the west lake and the botanical garden. The neighborhood is safe and has good amenities. Highly recommended this place if you want to visit Hanoi. Thank you very much for your hospitality

Great location. Maybe hard to find in the community but host is very responsive. Make sure don’t flush tissue paper to toilet :) very close to old quarter. Dryer and washer available. A lot of stairs… bedrooms are located on third and forth floor. Very nice and quiet neighbor. Excellent water heater.

Hosts were really great and brought us an extra blanket and batteries for a remote. Very responsive and friendly. Location is good as well. Thank you! 🙏

At first, I felt the lengthy instruction/communication was excessive, but after my first couple hours, I felt the instructions were necessary. Anna just wanted to make sure her tenants get what they need for the comfortable stays. It was nice of her to come by to greet us. If anyone is questioning about the safeties of this place, rest assure this street is surrounded by mostly military, government offices and housing. Yet, it is within waking distance to the old Town and attractions. Small recommendation: issue two keycards to allow those who go to bed early not be bothered by all-nighter. Disappointment: Anna recommended a good restaurant which I tried to reserve to celebrate my son's birthday. Turned out the entire space was booked by some company on the day we needed it. Bummer ....

Each room is on a different floor, so lots of stairs! There was a nice room for the group to gather in and very easy to walk to restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive and helpful. Having her book a car from the airport made transfer very easy.

Mai’s place was very spacious and was able to fit our large group comfortably! She was very responsive to our questions and gave the best food recommendations. We had a chance to meet her in person and she was very lovely. Location was close to all the tourist spots. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking to stay in Hanoi!

This is our first trip to Hanoi. The host is super friendly, helpful and responsive. She always answered our questions with full details. The guesthouse is clean, tidy and well-furnished. Super easy to get in the house according to the clear instructions. Also the location is awesome! Many good places nearby for sightseeing. Will definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Great little apartment. There is some construction outside and first thing in the morning the rd outside iis much busier than usual you can't hear it from the unit but this is Hanoi noise and traffic this a given. There are 3 flights of stairs and no elevator encase you would struggle with this the shower/bath combo might also be problematic and might be important to keep in mind but this studio style apparent is close to sights and restaurants has everything you need to rest and regroup including good size clean washing machine/dryer combo kitchen and ensuite. ac and fans

Great spacious place, photos were accurate. Location is a few minutes walk from old quarter and other tourist spots. Instructions for check in were easy to follow. Vu was responsive and helpful to our needs. The washing machine in the room was a great addition and was very useful for me! There is also a nearby local market (Ngo Sy Lien Market) to buy dried goods, water, and other stuff. Check that out in the afternoon for some great roast pork belly at a cheap price! Had a pleasant stay overall!

A beautiful apartment, completely remodeled, in a perfect part of the city - walkable to great shops, restaurants, and beautiful sights. A really well equipped kitchen and dining area are so useful for long stays; AC works well; bedroom is nice and dark with a comfy bed; truly everything is provided for. The balcony and views make the morning and evenings particularly nice when working or enjoying coffee. And I came at a time with a perfect breeze comes in through the windows! The building has a helpful security and is easy to access if you're staying out late. But really, its Cam and Nga who were the best part of this. Due to some visa complications, my schedule was completely thrown off - but they were so helpful, accommodating and understanding. The communication was great - and they really set you up with all the information for a perfect arrival and stay. Highly recommend and can't wait to come again!

Excellent place, super nice apartment and would definitely stay again. Kitchen is well equipped and large.

What can I say- it's exactly like photo's and we LOVE the area too. So much to do right close by- easily walk all around and if you need to travel in a car, a "Grab" ride is never more than a couple minutes wait! So much in this area you could spend a couple months walking around and never see everything. We like walking and their are several nice lake/parks real close plus walking to the French Quarter is only minutes away too. If you like a large, clean place that is quiet by close to all the action - this is the place! We will be back!

I would gladly choose to stay at Tuan's accommodations once more, as they offer a delightful and convenient experience that truly enhances any visit.

Andy is an excellent host. When my flight was delayed by several hours, he waited to meet me late at night for check-in. He even made sure to leave a couple bottles of water since the stores were closed. The apartment is on the third floor of the building with an elevator. It's a nice size, plenty of room. It overlooks a busy street, but the soundproofing on the street side works exceptionally well. There are 2 coffee shops, a chicken pho restaurant, and a convenience store on the same block. The rest of the Old Quarter is minutes away.
