In the heart of the Condesa neighborhood, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom well distributed, each bedroom has 1 double bed and in the living room 1 comfortable futon to accommodate 1 more guest. The main bedroom has a balcony. Secure building, very bright and quiet. Suitable for business trips, internet up to 200 Mbps symmetrical. There is no hot water in the kitchen.

Neal was very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. When picking a place, my friends and I were keen to look at reviews that mentioned the responsiveness of the hosts. Mario's apartment is one of the best experiences I've had on Airbnb, it's perfect! Very peaceful and quiet, yet very close to everything you would need. There is a shopping center with a large grocery store nearby. You're not too far from the center of Coyoacán. This is a great Airbnb that feels like home. Most other places we have stayed during our travel only provide the bare minimum. but Gabriela's place had it all. multiple sets of towels. Fully stocked kitchen, etc. Plenty of blankets. Quality artwork on the walls. Would recommend staying here.

The place matched the description. It has a very spacious kitchen and living room area. Me and my family felt like we were at home. We only cooked once there but the kitchen had everything needed to have a good breakfast there. In my opinion, the location is the greatest feature since it is close to a lot of great places to visit even if you wanted to go walking. Overall I had a great time and Jorge was a superb host. He was very attentive and easy to communicate. I hope next time I plan on visiting the city I can get this place again.

Safe building with onsite security shared with ground floor business. Location is good for access to Chapultepec Parque from the south. Early AM coffee shop across the street and plus a range of local amenities within walking distance. Like everywhere in CDMX, there is neighborhood noise that the host cannot control. Host responded to concerns quickly (ex: broken freezer). Will return.

It is an easy to find accommodation, in a quiet area and close to different places to eat (to choose from). In my case it was very beneficial since it is minutes away from the Plaza de Toros and for my purpose, going to a concert, it was excellent. The accommodation is very nice and you can't hear any ambient noise; despite not using the kitchen area, it looked like it had the basics to spend your stay. Something that I have to mention as an improvement is the cleanliness of the bathroom and the water that gets excessively stagnant in the shower; by solving the above, the value for money is perfectly covered. Very friendly and attentive hosts.

This is a super great value, the apartment is really new, clean, and well decorated. Very bright and open. The hosts are super proactive and responsive, and very accommodating. She reached out regularly to make sure things are going well. As she mentions in the description, it is Mexico City so it can be noisy, but we put on a fan in the bedroom and generally didn't notice. It's stated as a ground floor apartment, but it's actually one floor up (so people aren't walking by looking through your windows or anything). There are a lot of great restaurants nearby. Literally next door, the Mandrake has some amazing breakfast options. And about a two minute walk away is Los Parados, a Michelin recommended Taqueria (that also has great flan).
