Place to stay in Llanfair Dyffryn Clwyd
4.91 out of 5 average rating, 32 reviewsLodge, Rural, Woodfired hottub, child friendly.
We spend 4 nights in this beautiful cabin, I can’t say bad word, everything was spotless, very peaceful place, that’s what we needed. My kids loved it. All house is beautiful, specious, got everything we needed. Outdoor is very nice, we spent Christmas Eve around firewood and in hot tub , my kids was so disappointed we have to leave . Within 1 hour you can see so many different places, also 5 min away is small town where you can do shopping. I would recommend to everyone staying at that place.

Cottage in Much Wenlock
4.94 out of 5 average rating, 193 reviewsThe Owls House
Just spent a long weekend with 2 other couples at this lovely cottage. A bit tricky to find in the dark and for Waze you have to put in Penkridge Cottage (next door) to get there. Comms with Shane were faultless leading up to the stay and he greeted us personally. The accommodation is very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. There are extensive gardens with farmyard wildlife (cats, chickens, sheep, pheasants, deer etc) and fruit trees. We appreciated having Sky TV to watch the Grand Prix and other shows. The hot tub was a welcome relaxation after a day's sightseeing. Much Wenlock is a lesser known gem with fascinating buildings and a trail that takes in the Olympian history of the place. The historic town of Ironbridge is just a short drive away as well. Overall a very enjoyable stay. Thank you, Shane.

Unreal getaway. You must stay here ! The picture of this place doesn’t do it enough justice. Very peaceful with beautiful views and you even get to experience beautifully looked after donkeys come up to you where you can feed them! (BRING CARROTS, they love them) 😂 honestly a magical stay with your partner.
Cottage in Pulverbatch
5 out of 5 average rating, 4 reviewsLodge Spa sauna, hot tub, fire pit & log burners.
I stayed here with my family for a pre Christmas trip with our dogs. There was 6 adults and 3 dogs and we had enough space to all sit comfortably around the table and enjoy quality time in the living room and bar area, but also the bedrooms were perfectly large enough and spaced out that if you wanted some personal space you could go off and get some time on your own. Each bedroom had its own bathroom as well which is perfect for the mornings as no queuing for the shower! The house is beautiful and the photos don’t do it justice! Beautifully decorated and very cosy and homey! We didn’t want to leave ! The only thing to mention is we arrived late in the afternoon when it was dark, and it was a little hard to find in the dark down a one track lane which is very bumpy! Michelle was an amazing host so helpful, responsive and proactive. And the little touches like a dog goodie bag, and some mince pies to welcome use was very cute. You couldn’t have a better host! Would definitely stay again
Cottage in Trefeglwys

Went here for mums 60th birthday with the family, lovely house with stunning views across the valley. The host was very helpful when we needed her. Had a baby and a dog as well as 6 adults and there was more than enough room. The surroundings are beautiful and the stream that goes right around the garden/cottage makes it very tranquil when sitting in the hot tub. Gated off garden was also perfect for the dog and there was enough room on the drive for 3 cars too. Cannot fault the place 👍🏼😃

Cottage in All Stretton
4.96 out of 5 average rating, 171 reviewsStunning views and walks from the door
We had a wonderful stay here over New Year. It’s a lovely cottage in a beautiful, quiet spot with great views. Paths onto the Long Mynd are almost on the doorstep, while Church Stretton, with some great places to eat and drink, is about half an hour’s walk away – there’s also a nice pub at the bottom of the lane. The kitchen is clean and well-equipped for cooking and the bed is large and very comfortable. Upstairs is more spacious than it looks in the photos. The shower is excellent. When we stayed the weather was bitterly cold but we were nice and toasty indoors. Despite being an annex, it felt very private, though Mary and Mark are responsive and on hand if needed. Overall, we can wholeheartedly recommend The Pottery and hope to visit again soon.

Great place to stay with a lovely private wood fired hot tub. The bathroom is beautiful however it’s worth mentioning that there is not direct access from the cabin/bedroom. Thomas was extremely helpful in giving us local recommendations and helping us get settled. I will hopefully be staying again soon!
Townhouse in Shropshire
4.94 out of 5 average rating, 52 reviewsBeautiful Listed Mews Cottage
Adrian’s place was just perfect for our short stay and the property was close to excellent restaurants and cafes. But as it was tucked away, it was still quiet. It was beautifully presented with lovely furnishings and everything was spotlessly clean. The Instructions for finding the cottage were clear and they had left a welcome gift of coffee and biscuits with milk in the fridge which was much appreciated. We had a great visit to Shrewsbury and would be very happy to stay at Adrian’s property again.
Shepherd’s hut in Guilsfield
4.98 out of 5 average rating, 255 reviewsLuxury Shepherd's Hut, hot tub and views!
We had a lovely two-night stay here - gorgeous surroundings, great hot tub, and a cosy hut that kept us warm in the frosty weather! Ceri and Tom were incredibly welcoming and left a lovely gift for when we arrived. Lots of options for things to do nearby (all great recommendations in the handbook) - a great price too! Easy check-in and check-out made our stay hassle-free. Definitely a wonderful visit for us, thank you both!

We had a really wonderful stay at Toby's. Very comfortable and cosy with the open fire. Great walk-in shower room downstairs, lovely kitchen and huge sofa! Comfortable beds too. The lake is right the on the doorstep as well for some beautiful walks and the spa in the hotel just up the road was super.

Was a great place for a short stay with friends. The multiple beds and variety of amenities were really useful if travelling with a larger group and not common for the type of accommodation. Debbie was proactive with instructions and even had a little welcome basket of food ready for us which was very sweet. Would definitely stay again!

This Airbnb is honestly the best place we have ever stayed. It was perfect to spend our Christmas break here. There was everything we needed and more. Very easy to cook a big meal in the well equipped kitchen. Everywhere was so spacious. And we especially loved being able to enjoy some peace and quiet in a pretty part of the country. Thank you to Shaun and family.

A lovely remote location to get away from the rest of the world. Arrived once the sun had set and the first thing we saw was the back garden lit up, and it took our breath away. Very tranquil with wonderful views. Loved all the animals surrounding the property. Exactly as described in the listing.

Cabin in Minera
4.95 out of 5 average rating, 352 reviewsMountain View Cabin
Heather's cabin was absolutely perfect. It was spacious yet cosy and we felt very comfortable there during our stay. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the whole place was spotless. As in the listing description for the cabin, there is no WiFi and minimal service on your mobile. Making it the perfect way to switch off from the outside world. Despite what another review said, there is a TV but as there is no WiFi, there is no way to sign into NetfNetflix etc. Luckily, we didn't need that anyway, but just an FYI. Everything we needed was a short drive away. We ventured into Llangollen to canoe over the Aquaduct, which we would highly recommend. Heather's cabin is the perfect place to stay for this activity, if you mind a short drive there (15 minutes). Being able to use the sauna was an added bonus, something my husband and I enjoyed very much. Thank you Heather 😊
