Cassie was very responsive, understanding and kind. She helped me with something that was very important to me upon check in. She always was available and willing to help when needed. Our stay was absolutely wonderful! A++++++

My Husband and I loved this gem of a place. The location is perfect. Beautiful views of the ocean from the 3rd floor. The condo was very clean. The bed and linens were comfortable. Craig was kind and responsive. This place surpassed our expectations and we truly had a wonderful vacation!

Our stay at Hilton Head Island at Jason's place was a real pleasure. Attentive host in an excellent location to restaurants, park and beach. The amenities of the Hilton Resort, next door, with the heated pool, games, snack bar and hot tub was a real plus. Thank you for a great vacation week.

Beautiful home and a great location

This condo was lovely and on a quieter side of the island visited by the locals. Immaculately clean with lots of amenities including a little coffee bar. Nicely decorated, as well. We enjoyed our stay here!

The place was exactly what we were looking for. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view. We didn't plan on cooking so, the small kitchen was not an issue. Seeing the pictures online, we knew what to expect. The location was great. Walk thru the parking lot to get to the beach. Could have walked to the restaurants and shopping areas. Love Hilton Head. Thanks Oana. We were going to buy you new ice trays, but never got around to it. Hope to do this again.

Our family loved having this condo as our base for exploring HHI. It was easy to find, easy to get in and out and had amazing beach access. Our son loved walking the beach every day and we even got to use the beach right behind the condo for professional family photos! The beach wagon was great!! The indoor pool was too cold to get in which was disappointing but we still had fun exploring the property. Having coffee, creamer and all necessary dishes was so convenient. The washer and dryer in unit was a must have with our toddler!!! The hosts were so responsive and even brought batteries over when a tv remote was running low. Had great area recommendations!! Would love to stay again!!

Donna’s place was exactly how she described. She was very helpful with location of certain things, such as grills, pools, etc. She was extremely responsive and checked in on us regularly. Her place was small but perfect size for our family. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. Only one thing I would change and it would be nice if pickle balls and paddles were available, but other than that my family greatly appreciated all beach items and chairs that were Available to use during our stay which made our trip so special and helped us on packing all these items and traveling to and from with extras. It was a blessing for these items to be there in storage and easily accessible. We thank Donna for opening her home to us for the week, it was just what we needed!

We would definitely rent this condo again. The beds were very comfortable and the master bathroom and kitchen were beautiful. We had our coffee and breakfast on the balcony every morning which had beautiful views. Parking was always easy and there is only one set of stairs to go up. The location is a short drive to everything but far enough away that it is private and relaxing.

My family of 5 (3 littles) from charlotte. NC visited HH this labor day weekend and stayed at Teena's place for 4 days. For a big family, there is a lot we need. We cooked most meals and it was helpful to have utensils, pots, pans, basic seasonings. We were right above the pool which meant quick access so we got plenty of pool time which was also open really late to my surprise. Turned out to be the best part of the trip for our kids. The low tide was particularly low when we went so dint enjoy that as much but it was close enough to the harbor, putt putt, lighthouse, dolphin tours, marina, great restaurants and everything we wanted to do. I reccomend bringing a beach wagon and french press if you are coffee snobs like us. we got plenty of sun, great weather the whole time, easy parking, comfortable beds, clean sheets, soft towels and even a late checkout upon request. Light fixtures could use an upgrade. Highly reccomend this place for your stay. Thank you Teena.

In one word GREAT!!! If you're planning a trip to Hilton Head, I highly recommend this unit. Great view, 2 outdoor pools (one heated), and a beautiful indoor pool area with a large hot tub and spa. Great for a single, couple or small family. It's a little walk to the beach and the shuttle doesn't run during the off season....just something to keep in mind if that's an issue for you.

The Airbnb is as described. Check in at the gate was easy and once you have the parking pass you are free to come and go. We unfortunately didn’t get to utilize many amenities or enjoy the area since we had to leave due to a storm and flooding. We noticed there was ample parking and the outdoor pool seemed to be popular for the one day we were there. There is music playing pretty loudly at the pool but with the door closed it wasn’t that noticeable. The walk to the beach was pleasant and coco’s is right there, we didn’t get to try them as they closed during the storm. We passed many restaurants and grocery stores driving to the Airbnb that would be convenient. I would recommend this Airbnb for a family due to all the convenient features.

Robs place is a perfect for a beach getaway (especially if you have dogs). Easy walk to the beach in a peaceful neighborhood. Rob was extremely responsive and friendly. Would def stay again!

This property was perfect for us. We used it as a gathering place for our family on Thanksgiving. Our group includes a two and a five year old. The home is well built and sounds from the first floor don’t make it to the second floor, so we had no problem with nap time. The home is tastefully decorated and comes with games in a closet upstairs. We arrived at the home very late on a Tuesday and there was no problem navigating driveway even though it was very dark that night. There are bike paths everywhere and we rented bikes which were delivered to the home and had a blast. We had a couple of questions and a small issue with the kitchen supplies and Elizabeth was immediately on it. We could not ask for better service. The bathrooms were big and in perfect condition…and because there were so many…everyone was able to get ready at the same time when we were going out. We highly recommend this home for anyone who is looking for a problem free and pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Helena’s condo! Everything was exactly as pictured and described. The condo was very clean and had everything we could have possibly needed and then some! It was a quick walk to the beach and the pool area was wonderful. Hellena is an excellent Host and was super quick and friendly with all communications! I highly recommend this condo!

Let me start by saying do not hesitate to rent from these lovely owners. My family was needing urgent and safe space to evacuate our home and Miranda graciously helped. Her home is located in a beautiful area on the island. We had all the amenities we needed to ride out Hurricane Milton as a family. The home is well appointed and centrally located on the island with plenty to keep you busy. The daily walks on the beach provided a serene and lovely place to disconnect and recharge. She was responsive before, during and after our stay. I am forever grateful we had this safe haven to be together as a family and will definitely look to rent from them again. Book it!

Great condo! Loves that it was a single level with no stairs, major play with a toddler. Very clean and private. Host was always responsive and is even shipping back my kids clothes accidentally left behind!

Wonderful experience. Prompt and courteous when the cable went out. No tv in the bedroom was different but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to stay at this lovely condo again.

Matthew’s home was private. Quite. Could hear the ocean . I loved the outside lights. We walked a lot from the house. We found our beach surrounding so peaceful. North beach was beautiful. We picked up shells. The Tybee island light house was right outside of the house. Went and checked out the Marine science center. We love this island. We loved the special moments that we made. Thank you Matthew for sharing your home away from home. When we return again in the future, I hope that Matthew’s place is available. My husband and I kicked back and relaxed on this vacation. We watched TV. Cooked dinner. Matthew’s claw foot bath tub was perfect. Loved soaking in it. Most relaxing vacation by far. Savannah was nice. Took a tour of the town. Tybee island in the month of December was perfect for us. Low key! Would recommend Matthew’s place. He was an excellent host.
