Fabulous stay at a one-of-a-kind LA home with history, art, and unbelievable indoor-outdoor living. Huge eat in kitchen off the private backyard with pool, tons of seating, koi pond, trees, parrots flying overhead at sunset. Magical, relaxing, and very old Hollywood-meets-country French courtyard living. We brought three generations of our family to enjoy a long weekend together and couldn’t be happier with the privacy and layout of the first floor. (Older guests may find the stairs a bit hard to navigate, but if you’re sturdy enough to go up one or two flights of stairs with only one handrail, you’ll love this place.) Highly recommend to all — a great central home base off the central freeway artery in mid-town LA. Minutes to The Grove, Koreatown, and anywhere else you’re wanting to wander.

We loved this Villa!! Was perfect for us and the dogs. Bed was comfy, the whole place was extremely clean, and we loved how we are able to access the Langham pool and hotel. Chris was an amazing host and responded super fast and was so helpful. Would love to stay there again.

Very comfortable home for 4 adults. The outdoor area was perfect for hanging out and enjoying the summer like weather in November. The view of the Valley was beautiful from the living room. The kitchen was perfect for cooking a large meal. The rain showers and bidets were a great extra touch. We had a great stay!

Wonderful place, second time we have stayed there. Lots of sleeping options, house and backyard well maintained. Close to amenities and freeway. Would recommend staying here with large family or group.

where do I start. this place was incredible. but that’s not even the best part about it. the service was impeccable. any time I had any kind of issue whether it was asking for extra set of keys, or asking where something was, I would get a reply, and a very detailed and helpful one within minutes. we also realised we left our HDMI cable at home so I thought I’d be cheeky and ask if they had any somewhere, they delivered one the next day. one of the best experiences I have had staying abroad. thank you so much Maimon Group! I will definitely be staying with you again!

Great place and great host!! They definitely share walls in your living side as you can hear them walking every morning and they can hear you play music etc when it can’t be heard outside but as long as you aren’t too loud late at night it’s not a problem! Sophia was very communicative and friendly!!! The jacuzzi needed filling and the bbq was dirty but all in all a great place to stay within a 10 min drive of the busy harbor and accomodates a large group!! Also the master suite is amazong!!

House was equipped with everything plus more. it didn't feel like a rental but rather your home away from home, with very personal details in decor and bedding. I love that they were compost conscious, all toiletries were from natural and not bleached paper, clear instructions on everything else and super thoughtful about the check in and welcome process. I am happy to have my daughters sweet 16 getaway at such a lovely home. thank you!!!

Villa Outpost is a wonderful home with first-class amenities throughout. Roxane was extremely helpful and gave very prompt responses when questioned. The backyard is a little oasis and perfect for my little 8 lb Morkie to enjoy. I would definitely rent again!

This was my fourth stay at Liza’s wonderful villa. I Liza continues to do a great job at making it a comfortable home away from home. I can’t say enough great things about her place! Love it!

We had a wonderful stay at Mani’s villa. The location was magical, placed inside a private property surrounded by majestic California mountains. I‘d also recommend this place for those who plan to go both hiking & surfing in Malibu like we did. It was pretty convenient to reach both land and the sea. The villa itself was just as described and in the photos. Spacious, clean and nicely decorated :) Last but not least, Mani was an excellent communicator and a host — proactive, reliable and quick to respond. Thank you, Mani for making our trip enjoyable and smooth!

Yan’s place is truly an Oasis. Very quiet, peaceful and away from all the noise of LA. Close drive to yummy restaurants in the La Brea area. The pool is aaaammmmaaaaziiing! Loved the size, very very clean and it comes with floaties. The place felt very comfortable like staying at a well cared for guest home. We loved the full kitchen, top notch appliances and very good clean filtered water and ice. The two bathrooms were a nice addition and the open space inside with the beautiful view of the pool made our stay so so peaceful. We would definitely stay here again. Yan was very responsive, and so easy to work with, she made our stay very comfortable. If you’re looking for a relaxing quiet place in the LA area this is it. Easy reverse traffic into downtown and SoCal from this area. Place is surrounded by a beautiful massive garden, very tranquil and added to our relaxing vacation. Thanks Yan and Colin!

We loved Tomer’s place! The place was completely clean inside and outside as well including the pool & jacuzzi. Bathrooms & all areas of the house were in the best possible shape. I would definitely come back to this place! Thanks Tomer for a great experience!

Great place to stay. They provided lots to do at home from board games & arcade machines to the pool & hot tub. The place was very clean and taken care of. Definitely recommend!

This place is absolutely amazing! I have stayed at a lot of homes and this place was truly amazing. I had a large group of 10 people and nobody felt like they were on top of each other. This place was amazing. We really enjoyed staying here and will most definitely be staying again. The host Karen and Nick made us feel so welcome and even gave us a pin to trade at Disney! I would recommend this place to anyone!

mark was incredibly accommodating and we really enjoyed staying at his place. He was prompt in responding to us, and very flexible with the check in and check out process, which allowed us to have some breathing room. I’m super happy with our stay and would be interested in booking again!
