Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Hico

We have a wonderful stay, Brandy and her husband were wonderful. The studio was much bigger than we expected and when we had an internet issue Brandi was quick to get it fixed. Friendly, kind and caring!

Clean and comfortable. Liked the bedroom with no windows because we like to sleep in darkness and the beds were comfortable. Also, like the covered parking because it allowed us to unload and load in the bad weather. The snacks and drinks the host provided was nice to curb a craving. There are small steps throughout which the host advised us to watch out for to avoid tripping. Place was convenient for visiting friends.

Christine had issues with her cleaning staff so our check in was delayed but she communicated this to us. She was very apologetic, friendly and outgoing. Christine was so nice to allow us to stay past the checkout time. Thanks, Christine, for making us feel like family.

Rebecca's place was clean and comfortable. It is convenient to the sites in and near New River Gorge National Park. I recommend it for those visiting the natural sites that are in the area.

Adam was a fantastic host! He made sure all the amenities were well-stocked, and even went above and beyond by purchasing food for us for the weekend. The fridge was filled with beverages, and the Nespresso coffee maker was a nice touch. The loft had smart home features powered by Alexa, which added to the overall cool experience. We also loved the record collection! Adam truly made our stay enjoyable, and we’d happily stay here again. Thank you so much!

Words can not express how amazing my stay was. First the location of the apartment is in the cutest little town , like something out of a hallmark movie. The host left clear instructions on how to get in and even left the lights on for me because arrived late at night. When I opened the door to the place it not only looked like the photos but even better in person! The place was clean, had all the amenities one would need for a stay and it was cozy, modern and I felt right at home. Even when I had to extend my stay the host was helpful and responded with a timely manner with the updated pricing, Pamela was also responsive and such a kind person to have as a host. I would definitely recommend this stay for future guest!

This place was perfect for our little getaway. Relaxing comfortable beds, clean and beautifully decorated. We didn’t want to leave. Easy drive to new river gorge. Would stay here again.

Great host, very responsive! We had some issues with the bed, but the host tried his best to offer help, eventually he partially refunded us. Very peaceful place to stay, close to NRG national park. The co-host Christy is nice and helpful too!

Loved this house! She thought of everything ! Plenty of hooks and storage, plenty of mirrors, and extra space!

This is a lovely home with 3 bedrooms. Clean and tidy. Great in the Spring or Fall as it has a hot tub down the stairs out back. Surplus of amenities. Very easy to find and check in was a breeze. I don’t know that the photos do the property justice. Plenty of areas if you need a work space. Ethan was really pro-active. Unfortunately, the heat went out and he was not aware until we arrived. As soon as we messaged him he immediately came over with heaters and worked on the HVAC ( I mean with like 25 minutes!) He was very kind and apologetic. The HVAC was out of his hands, but really shows was a great host he is. They 100% did get the heat fixed! He left extra heaters just in case. Really covered all of the bases and I would absolutely visit this property or any of his properties again without hesitation! Thank you, Ethan!

This home was perfect for our family’s overnight stay. We felt right at home as soon as we pulled in the driveway. The home is well laid out, well stocked with all sorts of extras that are always so handy to have staying in an Airbnb. Home was very clean, comfortable, the beds were nice!! Fenced yard was awesome for our dogs they absolutely loved it!! So did we knowing they were safe! Summersville is a cute place and I wish we had another night to spend there. Would definitely recommend and also would come back to Jessica’s!!

First impressions: clean and well kept. Thanksgiving with family worked out well thanks to the tidy house with plenty of kitchen stuff to make our meals. Central heat kept us warm and the working fireplace was great to hang out around. We didn't go out and about due to snow. There is only one bathroom but we made it work for us.

This place was perfect for our wedding weekend at The Gaines Estate and everything is super walkable. The fire pit was perfect for hanging out with our friends and family in the evenings. Everything was super clean and the house was cozy. I would definitely stay here again!

It was a great place for both adults and children. The children loved the outdoor areas, the large TV and the table that we played games on. The adults liked the privacy, 2 separate bathroom areas, kitchenware and easy access to the host with any questions/concerns we had. It was a great place to relax after sightseeing. I would recommend this house to anyone visiting the New River Gorge area. The washer/dryer were great to have available for use after rainy/muddy weather.
