We had a very comfortable short stay at Roger's place. Close to the boat towards Schiermonnikoog. Staying here is highly recommended!

Lovely quiet, beautiful apartment with an eye for details. Secluded. First time looking where it was, but with description of Ina easy to find.

We only stayed with Petra and Rein for two nights in early November. Communication was extremely straightforward and friendly. It was totally great for our 3.5-year-old son that there were numerous play and crafting opportunities available there. Coffee and tea were available for us and we were welcomed with carrot. 😋 A cozy, quaint, apartment built into the barn where you can really come down. 😊 Thank you

It was a really great stay, the apartment was super clean, in a great location, really nice and we were able to use the included bikes perfectly to see everything. Everyone was totally friendly and communication was also hassle-free. We will definitely be back!

After visiting many AIR BnB houses, they stretched the crown. First of all, the warm welcome by Frieda. We were very friendly and warmly welcomed. After this, there was a tour of the house. As already shown in the photos, we came into a beautiful house and equipped with every comfort. The view, the tranquility, the atmosphere.. wouw... We can look back on a great few days in Mantgum. We visited Sneek (Snits) and Franeker (Frjentsjer) by bike from Mantgum. The planetarium of Eise Eisinga for dessert. In short, worth it!! We will definitely come back again, and will let our family and friends know what nice location this is. Frieda and Siep, Thank you!!

The chalet is located in a quiet corner of the park and has a beautiful open view. The chalet was neat and clean and there is a parking space available next to the chalet. My dog was also very impressed with the water, the big lawns and the beaches nearby! The only downsides were the uncomfortable bed and the wrong check in time indicated on the form (check in is between 4 and 5 pm, not from 5 as it says on the form!)

Very friendly call with check-in instructions as we are not there at the time of reception. A new mobile home as a home, sparkling clean, very spacious and very well equipped kitchen. A very well-kept holiday resort. The Lauwersmeer is almost a protected bay with small beaches fed by the North Sea. On the North Sea itself there is no beach for swimming Good seafood restaurants at the harbor. Possibility to take the ferry to Schimonikoog.

Wonderful stay! We were here for a wedding in the area so unfortunately not much of Warffum seen but it already looked nice here! The place was well described and the bed slept wonderfully! Upon entering, it smelled a little musty but seemed to be gone afterwards!

The place was very nice and also clean. It was just perfect for children. We will definitely come back in summer.

We had a quiet nice weekend with four of us with a dog in the house. Everything was available and well maintained. You also have a lot of variable seating options. It was a very great stay with repeat potential.

Beautiful place, everything present, relaxed. Good bed, plenty of space! And everything within walking distance. Only downside is that on Friday and Saturday (drunk) people walk by with a lot of noise. So bring earplugs.

Julian is a responsive host. His apartment offers a quiet, natural light-filled home with a very comfortable bed in a modern well-appointed space. It was very clean upon arrival and the washer/dryer was great to have since we had been traveling already 10 days. Julian was very agreeable in getting the key to our daughter who lives in the town since we were arriving very late. What we wish we had known/understood: the apartment is up three flights of a tight spiral staircase; while not cluttered at all it’s clear that it’s the owners living space (e.g. no ability to use closet because personal items were there) and food items were in the fridge and cabinets. Again, not cluttered, but it just surprised us. The listing notes that there’s a private office area (& shows photos) however that was marked private with a closed door and full of the owner’s items. The apartment was very convenient to our daughter’s apt and Julian was very flexible; we would love to stay again!

Fantastic apartment in a great location. very nice hosts, would recommend a stay at this apartment..the area and road to the house is idyllic.

The long weekend in the apartment overlooking the lake was beautiful. The apartment is freshly renovated and we were welcomed with drinks and some treats in the fridge. We were even allowed to borrow the canoe to ride it across the lake. Joke and her husband Martin help wherever they can. Thanks again for the wonderful stay!

What a fantastic location! The stay is beautiful, with a cozy decor that makes you feel right at home. Perfect for relaxing and exploring the surroundings. I can highly recommend this place!
