Simple and quiet house still partially under construction

It was a lovely stay! Communication with the Kaiser family was totally easy, super friendly and always responded quickly. The property is as described and well equipped. We arrived with a small child and again we lacked nothing here - baby cot, high chair, toys and even baby dishes were on site! In itself, the house is very cozily furnished and also the garden looked great (but was not used due to the weather). We were very pleased! :)

We enjoyed staying with Julia very much, it was a nice long weekend in nice weather and we were able to use the garden wonderfully. The umbrella was a little broken and was replaced directly. Everything we needed was available. We like to come back 😀

Very nice, tasteful and thoughtful decor. High-quality and lavishly equipped kitchen. The house offers a lot of space and at the same time privacy with the spacious all-round garden. Beautiful open architecture with lots of floor-to-ceiling windows facing the garden. We felt very comfortable.

I can only say great things about our stay here! The house had all the needed amenities and we felt like home. Don’t miss out the opportunity to walk in the nearby park that is so peaceful. :)

We spent two weeks with five people in Ute's vacation home. We liked the house itself very much, outside you could sit under the canopy or in the spacious garden. Directly from the house you could already take beautiful walks, and there was also plenty to do and discover in the immediate vicinity. All in all, we have had a very nice time.

We had a great weekend with friends in the nicely decorated apartments. The place is ideal for larger groups and very well located.

We are "repeat offenders", not without reason! Perfect 😊 for us and great hosts. We will be happy to come back.

Kai is cordial and replies quickly. It was easy to contact with him and get into. The house is equipped and very clean. I was able to find all the things I need for staying. Also the location was perfect for taking the public transport. Just 2-3 minutes on foot. The closest grocery store is located in just few blocks away. Overall I highly recommend Kai’s place when you’re seeking a place like your home to stay in Hannover. Thank you!!

Everything was great and clean. All in all a nice stay

Like the last time, we had a wonderful time in Marcus's apartment again! The apartment is really nice and quiet, on a large property. There are all the utensils for the bathroom, the rooms are very spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. We will be happy to come back :-)

A very cozy apartment in the green. If you like peace and relaxation, this is the place to be. The beautiful, large garden is wonderful for the kids. The apartment is very large and it is exactly as shown in the photos and in the description. Everything you need is there. Susanne is very friendly and helpful, even inquired again in between if everything is okay, so you always have a contact person on site. I'm sure we'll be back again.

A fantastic, magical, cozy place to stay that we can fully recommend!! We were allowed to spend a family weekend here. It was wonderful for EVERYONE despite the age range of 16-82 years. In reality, the rooms are even nicer than in the photos. Even in the darker season it is very cozy here. The view of the castle is the icing on the cake. Contact with Anna was excellent. Thanks for the wonderful time here!

Great apartment in perfect location. We were on site with two dogs. You could go for a great walk, right outside the front door. The apartment itself was bigger than in the photos. Plenty of space for four and two dogs. The landlady was very nice - she did not disturb our dog bark either. The neighbourhood was also nice. If you like to pet cows, roosters crow and do pigeons are just as right here as people who want to explore the area around the Teutoburg Forest. 110% recommended.
