A wonderful apartment right in the heart of HafenCity, next to the world-famous Elbphilharmonie. We'll be back for sure. It is a pity that the apartment can only be booked from 4 days, which unfortunately makes a short trip difficult.

This was my first time in Sven's apartment. Sven is a very likeable and kind person and host. He gave me good tips, e.g. where to rent bikes. I lacked nothing. The apartment is very well equipped and over the side balcony you have a good view of the large Pönitz See, which offers a good opportunity to get fresh air on foot or by bike in every weather. Pönitz and Scharbeutz are also very easy to reach in the same ways and offer well-talked public transport in all directions as well as to the big cities (Lübeck, Hamburg, Kiel, etc.). Unfortunately, only Pönitz am See is somewhat step-motherly connected. Attached to the building is a Greek restaurant that I highly recommend and also offers take-away if you want to dine in the apartment. The lockable bicycle cellar was invaluable as well as the apartment's own parking space. I will be happy to come back.

There were three of us in the property for a week. We felt super comfortable, the apartment is cozy and has everything you need! Thank you it was all to our satisfaction ☺️

Julia is a gem as a landlady - good communication and also a sense of detail. So we found a loving little thing outside the door on St. Nicholas morning. <3 Key reception by code box - reliable. On the reception table, a personal welcome greeting with signposts - great! The apartment is furnished with love for detail, with a balcony to Timmendorfer Platz. The kitchen is very well equipped, with everything you need and more!!! The bed is also very good. The apartment has a nice layout and is ideal for 2 persons. I don't have to mention that this neat apartment was super clean! Was it! All in all a top location. about 200m from Timmendorf beach. Numerous restaurants of all culinary directions are located on the running side. Thanks Julia <3

Very nice host, easy check in and very very nice equipped house, were there with a small group and celebrated a birthday. Beautiful quiet location, unfortunately absolutely necessary, you should still want to be on the road in Hamburg and the surrounding area in the evening, as the bus connections are very expandable. Otherwise everything was perfect, I recommend every large group that wants to visit Northern Germany:)

A beautiful, small, tastefully decorated bungalow, quietly located, but still only a few steps away from the Baltic Sea. Just right for an extended weekend for two. Claudia was very friendly, helpful, proactive – the check-in went smoothly, and we felt right at home. The internet is a bit weak, but who needs internet in such a pleasant environment. Will be happy to come back.

We felt very comfortable at the house on the lake. Bernd and Kerstin were very warm and also totally relaxed. The location of the house and also the cozy furnishings have made us feel right at home. We spent quiet, cozy days and are looking forward to coming back in a different season!

Everything was super clean and well-equipped. Katharina and Martin are great and friendly hosts. We would book the accommodation again and again.

The location of the apartment is great. Both the village center of Timmendorfer Strand and Niendorf are within walking distance. In addition, you can get to the beach very quickly. The apartment was very clean, equipped with everything you need and has a nice, little visible terrace. The contact with the hosts was nice and absolutely straightforward.
