Spacious apartment with access to a stunning beach and pristine pools. The host was prompt, professional, and a pleasure to communicate with.

It was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The rooms had great air conditioning. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet except for the rooster next-door, had all the necessities, and was really good for the price. I would recommend.

Absolutely loved the location, view and privacy of the beach. I traveled with three children and felt entirely safe at this location. We will be back!

Incredible host and person. Lucia went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. Anything that needed done, fixed, changed, etc, Lucia was on it and did what she could do to make it happen asap. During our 5 years living in Puerto Rico we have not seen this level of detail and can do attitude. What a lovely wonderful host/person . No hidden fees or bait and switch what we saw with other hosts with their listings/places that we stayed in this area. We got some incredible recommendations for several things that we asked about and honest opinions/options for our stay there. Don’t miss out on the wonderful massage therapists and reflexologists. Lucia has some great recommendations both new and old for everything. She has great owners who get things replaced as things do rust and break down fast in the tropics. Get bookings early with in house Bahia Resort concierge and St. Regis staff. Hotel has several theme nights so ask about them. Sushi night was great!

Amazing location! We had the beach to ourselves for the entire week!! Absolutely stunning beach and locale! Good waves to boogie board, if you aren't too adventurous. Ricardo was so accommodating and helpful with any requests or questions. Lots of extra beach gear was provided, which was SUCH a nice surprise!! Well stocked apartment (although we REALLY like to cook and the kitchen could use a good knife or two, but that's a big ask, I know). Beds are super comfortable and spacious, and the rooms are quiet. We loved that the complex bordered the rainforest and at night you could hear the Coqui frogs. Thanks for a great week!!

Beautiful and well equipped apartment with amazing beach view, clean pool. Very responsive owner. Just be sure to confirm that all the elevators are in service and a/c in the living room is functioning.

What a treat! The location was perfect; we were in our own secluded oasis! The Bahia Beach Club was fun, clean, and perfect! My husband and son loved the golfing.

Hugo was such a great host! So helpful and responsive when I couldn't find the place. His place is awesome! Just as pictured. He has great suggestions for the area that you receive after booking. Even has hospital info, should you need it! We will definitely come back!

The apartment was very comfortable, cute, spotless, and had everything we needed. The outdoor amenities included a sparkling pool, wonderful hot tub, pool table, patio, and grill situated in beautiful, peaceful and private surroundings with views of the mountains in the distance. The host was kind, helpful, and always responsive.

It was such a beautiful place to stay for our vacation! Right by the beach, and even when the waves were too strong to swim there was a really nice pool to lounge in. The air-conditioning was amazing to come back to after being out during a hot day, and there are some local restaurants you can walk to in 5-10 minutes as well as a pharmacy/convenience store. The hot tub was also really nice and we spent our mornings on the balcony enjoying the nice weather. The hosts were very responsive and friendly and allowed us to check in early. Would definitely stay again!

This is a great location outside the hustle and bustle of San Juan while being about 45 minutes away from the city, El Yunque, and Fajardo. The apartment is a short walk from the private beach and has several pools for swimming, two of which are heated for a comfortable evening swim. When we arrived, unfortunately, all of PR was experiencing a power outage, but Maribel and Ben were proactive in communicating this before we arrived and made sure we were taken care of by supplying us with battery-powered lanterns and fans. The lodging was the perfect size for our family of four. Everything was clean and well kept. Would stay here again, 5/5 stars!

I would like to share my experience. The instructions were given very clearly, and the owners provided detailed information to ensure an excellent stay. The property is located in a villa complex, offering a safe and pleasant environment for family holidays. It features several clean swimming pools and playgrounds, making it ideal for children. The apartment is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances, including multiple types of coffee machines, which made cooking for the family effortless. The cleanliness of the apartment was exceptional—truly spotless. When our child became ill, the owners were incredibly responsive, quickly providing recommendations for hospitals. The apartment even had a first-aid kit, which was a thoughtful touch. Thank you!

The property was fabulous, we had a quick walk to the private beach, a quick walk to the hot tub, a quick walk to the heated pool. We really enjoyed the roof top at night. The air conditioning in all the bedrooms was wonderful. We stopped at the Walmart about 20 minutes away and stocked the refrigerator and bought items for laundry. We will plan on staying at this property again. The miniature golf needs work but that is a property issue. The basketball court was fun, and the big water slide come on every Saturday and Sunday. We are thankful for the memories made at Aquatika.

This is the second time my family and I stay and this place. It’s a great location with a few pools to choose from whenever you want to go for a swim. Specially if you have little ones, this is the ideal place. I would definitely stay again.

My family and I Had an amazing time at your beautiful resort. Your home felt like home for us and we loved everything detail of the place.
