With over 50 feet of dock space you can rent a boat or bring your own to dock up during your stay. If staying on land is more your speed this space is perfect. The deck is raised for great views of passing manatees and other wildlife. High speed internet, beds for 8 (2 queen pull out sofas in living room), full kitchen, games, & more!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful corner lot cottage on a canal off of the Weeki Wachee river with two sides of water only a short paddle to crystal clear water just North of hospital hole . And I’m super excited to let everyone know the seawall has just been completed looks amazing definitely has transformed our property. The next phase will be a dock so as of now no dock so if you like to bring a boat only people with power poles will be able to do so . No where to tie off yet .

Paradise Haven- Swim Off Your Dock

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located on a beautiful freshwater canal UP STREAM. Fishing at its finest. Manatees frequent this home. Quick 5 min paddle to main Weeki Wachee River which is paradise, crystal clear water for miles. Screened in back patio and huge docks! Kayaks included. 8 people maximum. TV’s in every room with quick wifi. Did I mention the waterfront view??? Amazing. You will be very happy here and make beautiful memories.

Great apartment steps away from a great dinner at Brian's Restaurant. This upstair apartment has 1 Bedroom, 1.5 Baths, Large Living Room, Dining Room plus washer & dryer. Perfect getaway for a couple. Outdoor is a screened in 2nd Floor Patio and a fire pit out back for enjoying the evening together along the water. Take it out a short drive to the pristine waters of the Weeki Wachee River. Spend some time at Roger's Park or the Upper Deck Restaurant.

A short Kayak ride puts you right on the river, down a peace canal in Weeki Wachee gardens. This beautifully redone home features a double lot so tons of outdoor space with RV hooks up on site along with 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 2 1/2 baths. Kitchen was updated with snack bar, stainless steel appliances and well stocked check out our other homes for great reviews. 4 double kayaks on site. We are back better than ever after hurricane Helene.
