We were 11 people and had a very pleasant week in the house on the Bodden. Arrangements with Jan were uncomplicated in advance and on site. We particularly liked the beautiful view of the water, the large garden, the living area, the tranquility during the day and at night and the sauna house. You can go to Greifswald very well by bike. Also towards the west is a good tour via Gristow and then (on the water long) to Stahlbrode. You can eat very well in Gristow at "De Fischer and be Fru". Bathing is not recommended directly at the property because of seagrass (better in Wampen or in the Tremt). The boat is ok but only transporting to the water with several strong people.

Perfect marvellous place in an awesome location. Just a great way to escape everyday life and enjoy the exclusiveness. The place has all you need a pool a sauna a volleyball court a bbq. It is just perfect and absolutely worth visiting again. Including a perfect host. Thank you very much for having us:)

The location of the place is perfect. Quietly located and you were in the city and beach in a few minutes. The place was clean and we didn't miss anything so far.

We were in the property for my mother's 60th birthday with the whole family (9 adults, 4 children, a baby and 2 dogs) and rented all four apartments. All apartments are incredibly lovingly and nicely decorated, we all felt very comfortable. The apartments are clean and really everything you need was available. Michaela was always easily accessible and friendly and helpful at all times. We would definitely recommend this place!

Unfortunately, we were only in this beautiful house for a weekend in November, it could have been longer. The seclusion of the property and the large garden make it a place of tranquility. Nevertheless, it is only a few kilometers to Putbus, so a concert visit to the theater there is no problem. Everything was very lovingly prepared in the house itself and so we felt spontaneously comfortable. The entire equipment was extremely appealing , as well as everything well maintained and super clean. We would love to book here again - thank you!

We had a wonderful time with our parents and our two dogs at Owl’s nest. The house has everything one might need and the hosts are super kind and responsive - they really care about everything and make sure all is perfect for the stay. The house is hosted with a lot of love and attention to details.We especially loved the weranda and the fireplace in the evenings. You will also love the garden, which has a lot of space and it is fantastic for everyone and very safe and fully enclosed for kids and dogs. There is a very nice restaurant a couple of minutes drive away and many others to choose few minutes further down the road. We can highly recommend the stay there and looking forward to being back again soon!

Small sunny well-kept apartment on the 3rd floor,elevator, public parking in front of the house, sunny balcony, central location,TV with some German channels .

We are not in this apartment for the first time and are therefore always coming back because we find the accommodation great for our clients, because the communication with Dan works best because it is very central, an underground parking space belongs to the apartment because the apartment has a good standard and last but not least because Dan leaves us the apartment even though we have a dog and he actually does not rent out with a dog, but we vacuum and mop every day because we are grateful that he continues to rent to us despite the dog. Dan has a top apartment and is a top landlord. 👍We'd love to come back next year. Dan can reserve the last days in August at the beginning of September. 👍❤️

The accommodation has everything you need, very friendly furnishings, even a large stuffed animal "Wuschelkopf" called Otto takes care of the residents;-) the inventory is also visibly new or well maintained. I also liked the bathroom very much, cool tiles and tidy fixtures. Since we had a car, there was no way too far. Location nice and quiet. It was very nice, thank you so much Kind regards

The location is fantastic with a large meadow behind the house with wide views over fields. Susanne instructed us great, we felt very comfortable immediately and would be happy to come back, but this time more than just a weekend :)

We felt at home and would love to come back. Super nice people , a very easy and friendly communication, the place is highly recommended! Shopping,restaurants and the harbor are all within walking distance in less than 10 minutes.

There were four of us in the apartment and we immediately felt comfortable. You could park right outside the door and the promenade with restaurants and the beach were within a few minutes' walk. Everything was in the apartment and it was very clean. Communication was great and check-in was hassle-free. Thank you again, we would book the apartment again anytime.

We stayed in the apartment for the 2nd time and this time especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the apartment, with great evening sky, lots of wood in the decor and colorfully dimmable Light mood. In the large, fortunately not too soft bed we could very well sleeping. Impressive is the panoramic view from the bedroom, over which South-facing balcony all the way to the backwater. In the bright living room, cut over the corner, there are various Areas, so even families with children have good space. We liked to cook in the small but practical kitchen and also sometimes baked, everything from high-quality pots to the waffle iron. We have never had such a good TV in a vacation rental and sound system with Netflix and AppleTV. The wifi worked 1a. Also in the bathroom with detergent for the Miele, shower gel, shampoo all organic! Thanks to the hosts Christina and Stefan, who personally prepare everything so lovingly. Maria and Helmuth

It was a very nice stay, everything was within walking distance for us and communication with Michael was fast and friendly. Only the weather could have been better :)

A spacious, clean apartment in walking distance wherever we wanted to go. The kitchen is well equipped, grocery store across the street and the overall place spotlessly clean. The one small disappointment was that the dryer listed among the amenities turned out to be a drying rack. In sum, a great place to stay and we would gladly go back.

Dear Katharina, we felt very comfortable with you (my 2 boys and I)+. Beautiful, tastefully furnished apartment close to the beach. Beautiful, quiet Baltic Sea resort. At least in autumn ;) We'll be back. Kind regards, Katy
