Villa vacation rentals in Herceg Novi

Villa Perfetto is a great place to relax away from the more populated areas of Kotor, Tivat, Budva, etc... the swimming is fantastic. All the amenities are there and functional. Large patio umbrellas are great for a day by the water. Underwater lights for night swimming also great. Beds are comfy. Two large bays for cars was a huge plus. Though the area isn't as developed as the big tourist spots, it's a short drive to all of them. I would definitely come back.

Just Wow! this place was so perfect for our short stay and we wish we could stay for a week here. The host was very nice and friendly and communication was perfect. As for the property itself, it was so clean and the set up was great for our family. Parking was a value added as it seems many places struggle with parking.

We are just back from the best week at Nikoleta’s villa in the sun! From beginning to end our holiday was perfect! The villa was exactly as described, a real hidden gem in the outskirts of Cavtat & Dubrovnik! We especially loved the pool area, the balcony and the winery! Location is in beautiful rural surroundings, so a rented car would be recommended; or the hosts can organise transport very easily. Nikoleta and her husband were so kind and friendly! Nothing seemed too much trouble, they even organised groceries for us and left us a basket of delicious home grown figs! The fridge was also stocked with some essentials and more! Thank you so much to our wonderful hosts for helping us to make a family holiday to remember!

An excellent host and a serene tranquil stay

Just got home from a fantastic stay at Agim’s place. We were over with 8 family members all different ages to celebrate my mums birthday and everyone absolutely loved the space. The pool area is amazing all the outdoor spaces were. We stayed in the back apartment they are both similar size. All amenties you will need for a long or short stay, the owner and his wife were lovely people the communication was flawless and fast, nothing was too much hassle. Thank you for a great stay if ever we are in Budva we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. We used taxis some nights to get up to the place but a lot of the time we walked it’s a little bit up but more than doable even for elderly

Masa waited for us to arrive, even though we were later than expected. The house is lovely and the pool was a great asset. I would stress for anyone renting this property to trust the map location Goca will send even if the little road looks like someone else’s driveway, the hill to the house is quite steep but worth it! The restaurants in Denovici are excellent and make the climb back up the hill worth it.

This villa is amazing, we had a wonderful time and at full occupancy it was not camped at all. Only drawback is the accessibility, you 100% need to drive and the roads have big drops and are quite tight with blind sides and the locals use them as a racing track! The local beach is brilliant, very steep so you need to be relatively young and very fit, I run marathons and worked up a sweat but it is doable for a fit adult it is 4.5km and a large drop and incline. Make sure you stock up as realistically the shops are around 30 -40 mins away, there is a small shop at the beach though for emergency supplies. On the flip side the you are in the mountains, amazing views and pool was fantastic and set-up was perfect so if you are after tranquility it is perfect. Jas is super helpful, great comms and Rosa is lovely although doesn't speak English so use Google translate to Siberian. The comms from Jas is perfect, he even has a video of driving up to the accommodation. Best host ever!

This is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed! We loved having dinner in the house each evening because the views and the huge windows in the main space were stunning. The location was peaceful and private, but still in a spot that was easy to get to other towns from (with a car). Thanks Sally!

We cannot say enough good things about our stay! This home is located a lovely distance from Kotor -- close enough for a long (~1 hour) walk or short drive -- and a short drive from Perast. This neighborhood is much more quiet than Kotor or Perast but with the same views. Budimir was the perfect host and is the reason why Airbnbs can be special. He met us for check in, arranged a (great) boat tour for us the next day, made us an incredible breakfast and dinner at his private restaurant downstairs, let us use his kayak, gave us local recommendations, and generally just made our experience incredible. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it wholeheartedly. I only wish our stay had been longer.

We had the most amazing time at Villa Old Castle! There were six of us in our travel group and we reserved the entire castle for our five-day stay. Filip and his family were incredibly kind, and helpful, and went above and beyond when they made us a traditional dinner and shared their homemade grappa and wine with us. I highly recommend booking the entire place for your stay if you can. We loved having the castle all to ourselves. The pool area and restaurant on the main floor were great areas for us to gather all together, and the separate apartments gave us our privacy when we needed time to relax on our own. Filip and his family were phenomenal hosts who went out of their way to make sure we had an excellent stay.

The house was amazing, it has the most scenic view. Christofer thought everything for us, it was very comfortable, very peaceful. Sladana was also very helpful and friendly. Every corner, every piece of this stone house is done with great care. Clear sea, mountain that surround us and the house in Orejavac we simply fell in love….

Very nice house with great view over the Herceg Novi Bay. Privacy guaranteed. The house was very clean and nothing is missing here. A rental car is recommended.

Such a beautiful house and location! Mladen was very responsive, and allowed us to check in early as we had a small baby. They were also kind enough to provide baby essentials including cot, towels, high chair and bath. He also gave us local tips on local parking and transport that were super helpful! We absolutely loved the villa and lake, and definitely would recommend and love to return!

Zeljko was a great guy and made us comfortable as he can. He was nice and kind to us. Welcome gifts were brilliant, view of Kotor Bay seen from balcony and the pool was also brilliant. Unfortunately we couldn't use the pool due to weather conditions, however me and my wife will definitely come again next summer to stay more than this time.

A big thank you to Ivana and the owners for hosting us perfectly. The villa was perfect, the owners extremely charming and Ivana so responsive and efficient. We highly recommend this rental. Thanks again for everything.🙏

Lisa and Tony were very responsive, Lisa met us there and showed us around and we were able to check in early due to our flight time which was very much appreciated. We had a lovely time, got some recommendations from Lisa on where to eat and we also passed on some recommendations back to her for trips we did as a family which we thoroughly enjoyed

Stunning sea views and starry nights! The house is very comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. There are lots of great things about this property. Two of the best for us were the outdoor kitchen and proximity to the water. There are two beaches that are a short walk away. We spent most days splashing around in the sea and pool. The kids really enjoyed snorkelling around the rocks in the bay. On one of the days we kayaked to a nearby island and spent the day there. Antonia, Božo and Antun were always helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing stay at Nena's wonderful house. Everything was easy to arrange and Nena was the perfect host, nothing was too much trouble, and we had a lovely holiday. The house is beautiful, you won't be disappointed, the swimming pool, everything is perfect. Thanks again for a lovely stay!

We had a wonderful stay here ( a family of 5) The swimming pool is lovely as is the separate BBQ room. Air conditioning in all rooms was was very welcome. The area is so beautiful, and there is a lot to do there. Stijepo is so helpful and gave us lots of information, he waited for us as we were delayed at the border, he also kindly let us stay for a couple of hours longer as our flight wasn't until 5.30. We highly recommend Mr and Mrs Pots restaurant as well as Molunot. Cilipi has a fantastic display of the local Konvale culture, including dancing on Sunday mornings. the bells of the church did not disturb us and were nice to hear. Towels are provided and there is a cafeterie ( if you want to pick up ground coffee) Gruda has a couple of nice restaurants and a small supermarket. Dubrovnik is a 45- 1 hour drive, it is a beautiful drive with lots of stop points for photos. This is a lovely spacious villa, a car is a must, with it there are lots of options and places to visit.

It’s a perfect place for rest from the crowds of the city. Warm swimming pool, great balcony view, privacy, better than we expected! We did BBQ, swam, had a great time. We had enough space for 5 of us. Nenad always responded and helped us out with taxi when we wanted to go out. We will be back for sure! Highly recommended!
