Vacation rentals in Hendrys Beach

Lovely home! The guesthouse is attached to the main residence but very private-- we felt like we were in our own home. Beautiful patio overlooking the canyon, lovely quiet location away from the energy of downtown but still well located.

The location is absolutely awesome, right on the edge of the sand, with amazing walks on the beach. It is a very peaceful place. The cottage is rustic and lovely, and if the weather was a little colder than we had hoped, it was still super beautiful. The clouds and the fog rolling in was really amazing to see. The kitchen is well stocked, and the home is comfortable. It is possible to walk to the harbor and several restaurants there including a truly fine sushi place. It is a short drive to Ventura and several other spaces along the coast that are beautiful. I would highly recommend. Tiffany was very responsive, and we appreciated the chance to stay in this cottage on the sea.

We had a wonderful visit over Christmas - the home was nicely decorated for the holiday. There was a major windstorm while we were there, and owner was kind enough to check in to make sure all was well. Everything was very clean and as-described, nice bedding and linens. Thank you!

My husband and I did a five day stay here and it was well worth it. We wanted to stay somewhere serene while still being able to explore Santa Barbara and Ojai. Santa Barbara is only 15 minutes away and Ojai is about 30 minutes. We bounced around between those two towns and also got to see what Carpinteria was all about. Steven's place is 7 minutes to the Carpinteria Bluffs where heaven meets earth. The locals are friendly and high in consciousness, they are one with the environment and take pride in their role in keeping it safe. The home itself is spacious with great views, the kitchen was fully stocked with the all the cooking essentials. Instacart delivers to this location if you need anything last minute. During the stay you will hear different sounds of farm animals in the distance which I found relaxing. The living room is comfortable with tons of lounge furniture and space. The outdoor decks have plenty of seating and is surrounded by wildlife. If you want peace come here!

I don't usually write reviews but this one I had to. This was the absolute PERFECT place to stay for our long weekend in Santa Barbara. It was quiet yet very walkable to the beach and various restaurants and shops in downtown Santa Barbara. It was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Garage access was also helpful for our rental car. We would absolutely stay here again.

This is such a great spot. You cannot beat the location and proximity to the beautiful coastline. Once you park you can have the beach, the lovely resort next door and restaurants at your disposal. The house is very cute and they have fixed it up to match the vibe of the beach community. Connor did a great job taking care of us. He was super responsive and made sure everything was perfect. And it was. Thank you Connor for the great service and providing such a lovely spot.

Wonderful place to stay... peaceful, beautiful, and very comfortable accommodations. Without question, will book again when in the area!

This property was everything we were looking for! The dual level allowed groups to be separate, but together when desired. Everything was clean and in good condition. The game room in the garage is a great added bonus!
