Great location and good value for money. The PATH is a 10-minute walk away, which makes getting to NYC easy.

Great place to stay! The showers are so relaxing. Close to everything you need. You won’t need to bring any toiletries as everything is stocked. Very clean!

Visit the area multiple times a year very familiar with this area but even if you aren’t train access real easy.

We immediately felt at home and did not regret for a minute having taken a hotel in Manhattan!! The house was super cozy and lovingly furnished. The beds were big and super comfy. We were able to sleep wonderfully! Great amenities (shower cosmetics, hair dryer, pharmacy, etc.) Everything was available!!!! Ella was always available to us and always responded quickly when we had questions! On the day of departure, we were even allowed to stay longer in the house, as our flight was only very late. Thanks again for that ;) The bus stop was around the corner and only 3 stops (10-15 minutes) from Manhattan! We had a great vacation in a 100% recommended accommodation!! Thanks for everything!

Taz’s place was great value, rooms were spacious, the high ceilings were a nice plus and he even had a crib available for use. If you’re a light sleeper, there is some noise upstairs late night (thanks for those earplugs, Taz!) from other tenants I assume. Not a big deal. Lots of cute places to eat and cafecitos walking distance. Street parking isn’t readily available but there is a reasonably priced garage within a few minutes of walking. Felt safe walking at night. Overall, would recommend for a family.

House was clean and beautiful, just as pictured. Check-in was easy, Host responded very quickly when I had a question. Bed was comfortable, house and neighborhood was quiet. We would stay there again 😀

Trish is a great host. Always friendly and responsive. No issue at all. Easy check in and out. Her instructions are. clear. The location is quiet, has easy access to transportation and local communities. The neighborhood feels safe. Her unit is clean and look exactly as shown. It’s a reasonable price for the place. Recommended.

1. good location 2. very clean apartment 3. excellent beds and linens 4 stars only because there are no elevators to the 3rd floor. otherwise, a great place to stay, close to midtown Manhattan, not far from Jersey City. Since we were a group, we used Uber and every place was less than less than $30 for XL uber!

Such a nice, quiet place in the craziness of NYC. Robert was a super good host and communicator. Just a little tipp: if you are looking for a place to store your bags, don't use the bounce closest to the apartment, because they might not be there when they tell u. We waited half an hour together with angry people trying to get hold of their post and went to the next bounce after at Broadway, which worked just fine!

I had a quick one-night stay at Benjamin's place. It was a very comfortable space. The living room was warm and inviting. The kitchen was large and well-stocked. The bed was quite comfy. Overall, it was a great place to stay--wish I'd had another day to enjoy the apartment.

The apartment is of unparalleled quality, great brightness and very bulky spaces. Everything is available for our stay except household products or a vacuum cleaner, but we always find something to get by. The neighborhood is friendly, in 30 minutes maximum, we are at the World Trade Center, large park nearby, side shops available. I want to highlight the availability and speed with which the owner responds:) Thank you for this great apartment!

My family and I had a blast staying at Erika’s place! It looked even better in person. This was my families first time experiencing New Jersey. Transportation is only down the street at walking distance and local markets are easy to get to. She also provided some games such as Uno, connect four, and Jenga for those rainy days we decided to stay in. I would love to come back again!

We enjoyed our stay at Tee’s home. Host was very welcoming and responsive towards any questions I’ve had. The unit was clean and exactly as described. We opted out of taking public transportation and drove to NYC which was about 40 min on a good traffic day, but def would not recommend to do so at night time. Overall, we had a great time in the unit, it’s super cozy and makes you feel right at home. Host was amazing and accommodated to our changed plans, which really helped us out. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a great stay with Thomas. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Thomas provided all the support that we needed for a weekend in Brooklyn. The location of the apartment is great near a park and 7 minutes from a train station. We would love to stay with Thomas in a future opportunity.

Everything just as advertised, this place is right next to a a train station. The SM team is very responsive. Just some quick constructive feedback, I do wish the bed was a bit more comfortable. But enjoyed the stay and would visit again.

We had a wonderful stay at Brian’s, it is conveniently located near so many restaurants and shops that are in walking distance. They were very responsive if we had any questions. The home was amazing!

Couldn’t find a better view of NYC! Sam was extremely responsive and kind. I hardly knew they were home. Peaceful and quiet.

The location of this stay is amazing! There is a beautiful view of the city line just outside the building door. Walkable to the ferry and a 20min car ride into the city. Great location for a group of 6! I would highly recommend walking to bagels on pine (10min walk from the Airbnb) for breakfast.

We had a great stay here. Lauren was very helpful and responsive before and during our stay. Place is big enough for our party of 7. It is very near the bus stop to NYC port authority. Its a nice and quiet neighborhood. Amenities are good, the appliances are all new and good quality. The microwave was broken at that time but she provided a spare rhat we can use.

Eun Seon goes above and beyond to make sure the stay is comfortable! She has been proactive in communication and gave clear, detailed instructions for check-in. I love coming to Pal Park for Korean food, and this place was in great proximity with a secure parking spot. Like many other reviews, I highly recommend coming here, and I would love to stay again in the future.

Beautiful quite and spacious condo. Nice to get home to after a long hectic day in the city. Very affordable. The hostess is responsive and helpful. There is a supermarket two minutes away, and it has three restaurants on the block. The bus stop to 42nd street is a minutes walk away, and there you'll find a stunning view of the Manhattan skyline. The only issue would be parking. West New York parking authority is strict and you must renew visitors parking pass every 24 hours or you'll get ticketed. Other than that, my family and I enjoyed our stay very much.
