The house was decorated in season (or Christmas), a welcome tray was provided with hot beverages as well as fresh drinks in the fridge. Astrid is friendly, funny, and kind. The house is easy to live in, perfectly equipped, and warm. Located on the property of Astrid and Sjaak, it still offers privacy. We stayed there for New Year's Eve with our 3 kids and were able to enjoy the outdoors to admire the fireworks. Astrid was present during our departure on January 1st in the morning and concerned for our seriousness on our return journey with difficult weather (like a mom;-) ) We will keep a very pleasant memory of our stay and highly recommend this place.

Second time staying, I enjoyed returning with my fiancé, Walter was very responsive and helpful and the house was very tidy and clean, will hope to return again someday.

"Perfect stay – highly recommended!" Our stay at Mick's place was completely successful! Mick is a great host – extremely communicative, friendly and flexible which made check-in super easy. He provided us with great recommendations and was just a cool and pleasant guy. The apartment was exactly as described: clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need. We especially liked the small terrace, which is a real highlight. Over New Year's Eve, we had a relaxed, uncomplicated time and would book the place again at any time. Thank you, Mick!

Fred and Kelly were very kind and responsive throughout our check in and throughout our stay as well. The place is located in a quite and peaceful neighborhood so it was ideal for me. The place itself is beautiful and makes you feel right at home [away from home]. They had an amazing amount of books, pamphlets, etc full of information to help guide you around. The instructions in how to use the amenities were super clear so we did not struggle with anything. It truly was such a lovely place and I feel very lucky to have found such a gem for our trip to Amsterdam!! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to explore the Netherlands.

very pleasant stay in a very spacious, clean place. The communication with the landlords was very warm. Loosdrecht is an ideal place to visit Utrecht and Amsterdam. We would highly recommend this property and will be happy to come back.

The hosts were delightful!! They were very welcoming and we truly felt like honored guests. They met us and even had homemade treats for us! Their home was so nicely decorated and the bedding was very comfortable. We really appreciated more of the “small-town” experience with very easy access to Amsterdam. We would stay there again in a minute!!

We had a month and felt right at home! Geraldine and her husband Paolo were friendly neighbors. They made us feel welcomed and always available to help you and resolve anything! Highly recommended hosts and location if you want to live in a quiet and super cozy place! We'll be back sooner or later :)

Super nice hosts!! Great and quiet place that had everything we needed for a nice stay. Incl. parking right outside the door. Fast and super friendly contact with hosts. We felt super comfortable with 2 children 7/2 and slept well. We had a very very nice stay. ❤️

We had a lovely weekend in Janine's little apartment. For an extended weekend for two, it is recommended , everything is the same as the pictures show. Communication and check in and out completely uncomplicated - first of all, we were able to check in earlier! It's easy to walk to the beach, excursions to Leiden easily by bus .

We had a nice stay at this countryside house. The fireplace was great, and the kids enjoyed the toys and feeding the sheep and goats outside. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms were comfortable, and the house was very clean. We didn’t use the patio because it was too cold, but it might be nice for another visit.

Nel and Nico are extremely helpful and friendly hosts. The tiny house is very tasteful and functionally furnished. Everything is very clean. The location is perfect. Quiet but very central. Parking is very problem-free. We felt very comfortable.

This cozy house is filled with warmth. You can enjoy a fireplace and a sauna to stay even warmer! It is located on the border of the beautiful Zuid-Kennemerland National Park entrance, making it perfect for nature lovers. The kitchen is small, so you may need to be compact if you plan on cooking something substantial. However, all the necessary equipment is provided. I highly recommend you to stay at this dream house. We spent 2 days with our 3 kids and the accommodation was excellent. The house was very clean and hot. Fully equipped with everything that you might need (coffee machine and floor heating were highly appreciated!!) Norbert was kind enough to offer us a pick up from the train station as we arrived late due to train delays. We will definitely return! Thank you Norbert and Ana for this treasure❤️

We had a wonderful time at this charming apartment in Limmen! The place was not only clean, but also tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Everything was exactly as described and the quiet location contributed to a very relaxing stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking much easier for us. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and gave us great tips for the area. Overall it was a very nice stay and we can highly recommend this apartment.

Joke was an amazing host, so helpful and her love of Amsterdam shines through in her care of her guests and wanting to ensure they have a wonderful stay in Amsterdam and her apartment. The apartment had everything we needed, comfortable beds, fresh fruit and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go from Anne Frank House to street markets, canal tours and museums. I highly recommend Joke’s apartment. Just a note that the stairs are steep and maybe not suitable for some people.

We had an absolutely dream of a time at Linda and Micheil’s house boat. They have thought of every need you might have and thensome. They’ve made everything simple, but significant which makes a strong impact and impression. It’s a personalized and thoughtful experience that you could never get at a hotel for the same price. The place is spacious, calm, full of amenities, cozy, calming, private, clean, comfortable, and just heavenly. It’s very apparent that they’ve put in a ton of effort into making it a haven and I’m so thankful for the experience. I wish we could've stayed longer than a weekend. I would DEFINITELY recommend this place to anyone and have found a loyal client in my wife and I.
