Judy's house is extremely pleasant and welcoming. For me, the location of the house is the best part, It offers the right balance of privacy and availability of basic amenities at a short driving distance. All the mattresses, coaches, soft, and blankets are clean & comfortable. This house is spacious and accommodating guests of all ages, right from seating, dining and sleeping. My kids enjoyed the bunk beds and board games. Clear Check-in & check-out communications. Our request was graciously accepted. I liked this house. I'm definitely coming back here.

Thanks so much for providing such a warm, CLEAN! and wonderful place to stay while in Payson AZ. The location of this Home is incredibly convenient to all areas that my son and I wanted to explore. We cant wait to come back!

Cozy little spot to stay and check out the white mountains. Beautiful area lots of mountain lakes hiking and more. Host was very nice.

This was a great place for the kids to run around and the outside was kid friendly. The wrap around porch was great for sipping coffee and watching the lake or the passing by storm. It met all of our needs during our stay and have saved this place for future visits.

Jane’s home was perfect for a getaway! It’s much larger than the pictures show. I wish I took photos to upload. The kitchen is large with full size appliances and TONS of utensils, dishes, pots, pans, etc. Because it was going to be cold and overcast, we liked having games and entertainment all there. Jane was super quick to respond—we didn’t have any issues but did ask a couple general questions. The town is small and has a couple restaurants. For a little exploring, we went south on Black Canyon Rd, a beautiful drive in the mountains with lots of wild horses. Keep an eye out for brown signs, they’re pull offs with plaques that share the history. Turning right at the fork keeps on you Black Canyon Rd and leads to Black Canyon Lake.

Tawny’s place is very warm and inviting. I loved the decor and felt right at home especially because the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook meals. We loved that there was a grill out on the patio. Speaking of the patio it was Amazing having coffee out there every morning! The view, the cooler weather and it was pretty quite in the mornings too. We all came back feeling so relaxed and rested. There are two ponds on the property that you can fish in. My three boys did this everyday! You can rent poles from the main lobby and you don’t need a license to fish. We pretty much hung around the property, swam, went on walks around the surrounding area, and fished. On our walks we met some of the locals and chit chatted everyone in the area was so friendly! What we could not get over was how beautiful it was! I can’t wait to go back again! The only thing I’d recommend which I meant to bring but completely forgot was tin foil and extra baggies for storing our food we cooked/grilled. The great thing was Tawny had plenty of glass bowls with lids I was able to use to store leftovers.

This clean, comfortable, easy in and out location is the perfect spot in the Heber-Overgaard area. We walked to dinner at the Wild Women Restaurant.

This was the perfect weekend getaway for my husband and I. The location is beautiful and the surrounding area is quiet. We arrived during the day so the signage was easy to follow, however Flora sent us written instructions just in case we arrived at night and couldn’t see the signs. The hot tub worked great and was clean. Overall we will definitely visit again and highly recommend!!

This was a great location for an impromptu overnight stay. It was nice to come to this cabin after a day of hiking in Payson without making the drive back home. Luckily the instructions were very clear on how to find the property. Cabin 5 matched the description and is very small and quaint which fit the needs for myself, two kids and two dogs. I would say it would be hard to stay multiple days in this smaller cabin, but it worked great for one night. Upon checking in and getting set up, I could not find an instruction sheet to operate the heating elements. Flora was very prompt and came to show me how to operate the heating elements. Unfortunately the space heater that should have been in the room was not in there and a piece for the wall heater was broken. She quickly brought us a space heater and it was more than enough to ensure a comfortable evening. The grounds were very nice and had the perfect setup for a family gathering. Very happy to have found this location.

It was exactly what I was looking for when surprising my wife with our weekend away!

We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our trip one more day because we didn’t want to leave! The cabin has everything you need, especially if you are planning on cooking while being there. The backyard was great for our two dogs and for us to relax in. Close to nearby hikes and lakes was a plus. We were even lucky enough to witness snow the first night being here which was magical! We would definitely come back again!

Beautiful places

This place is very modern, clean, and private. Plus they allow dogs, which is a must for us. We loved our stay!

The house was extremely clean and very comfortable. Sitting in the backyard deck and enjoying the nature was super relaxing. House is family friendly with lots of things for kids to play and entertain. This is one of the best airbnb stays i have ever had. The neighborhood is great and we were lucky to see deer's running around. We will for sure come back.
