Amazing house and location to spend NYE in - really great size for a group of 8 of us and lovely very handy location. Lovely communal area and bedrooms were ideal. Bottle of fizz for NY was a lovely touch! Only a couple of small issues for next time to be aware of -the WIFI connection to the TV didn't really work and the beds were quite uncomfortable in the upper floor rooms. But for a night or two it's no issue.

Hannah is simply a delightful and insightful host. Very kind and graciously accommodating to our queries and needs. Not only is the environment warm and lovingly filled, it’s spacious and giving with memories, laughter and gleeful spells. Located in a very safe and welcoming neighborhood, that has an enchanting morning light; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the kids were ridiculously giddy with excitement to explore the toys and books available. The bungalow was lovely with very comfortable sofas and the coffee machine a great addition. There were a few issues but Jamie was very responsive and went to a great effort to rectify the situation with great communication. Would recommend the gin distillery tour in Chatham and a take away from the taste of India. Overall Jamie was a great host who definitely cares about guest experience and I would recommend a visit to the bungalow.

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

We had a lovely stay at Cassie's apartment and can definitely recommend it for a long stay Pros: - Area. Nice residential quitet neighbourhood with good-looking two-story buildings with small gardens - Green. Streatham common park 5 mins away (park, garden, fields and café). Couple of small parks in a walking distance - Transport. Convenient transport links (bus stop right near the building, Streatham and West Norwood stations 20 mins walk, SL6 bus (£1.75 to Holborn)) - Clean and cosy. Flat has a cosy home-like style where you want to relax. Good taste design. New convenient bathroom and kitchen. Windows face two sides. - Appliances and little things. Flat has practically everything you might need during your stay and something extra.

Ideal location for us as we were having our kitchen done and needed somewhere to stay for a couple of weeks. It was out of season, but the whole site was friendly and quiet and the bar was open on the weekends. Place was warm and comfortable with everything we needed for a short stay. Communication was good with clear instructions on booking in and out.

We had an amazing stay at the Stanhope Hut. It’s tucked away, completely out of sight, and surrounded by peaceful wilderness. If you’re looking for true peace and privacy, this is the perfect spot. It felt wonderfully remote in the best possible way and offered a real escape from the everyday. Charlotte was warm, responsive, and sent us a thoughtful welcome message with clear directions to help us find the hut with ease. One of the absolute highlights was the outdoor bath, which we made full use of. It’s not every day you get to soak in a hot bath while gazing up at a clear, star-filled sky. We left feeling recharged, relaxed, and very happy.

fantastic stay with Bethany, we rented the place for some of our team that travelled overseas. checked the place out, and popped in on the guys, was a beautiful town house just at the start of the Hanover area, lovely bare brick walls, beautiful stairs, very well maintained and cleaned. in terms of a host, responded really well, very helpful and nice to talk to. five starts from us!

Claire was a first class host so helpful and responsive, nothing was too much trouble for her. Our stay at Doris Clara was absolutely perfect for our family in a beautiful, peaceful location. The accommodation was sparkling clean with great attention to detail and some lovely surprise touches. The beds were super comfy and the shower was really good. My wife and I loved Fiona's flat! We were in town for the Hastings Jack-in-the-Green May Day parade and festivities and the location in the lovely and historic Old Town couldn't have been better. The decor was tasteful and the whole place was clean and just felt like home after a couple of long days out. Fiona was also the most gracious host, with friendly and helpful communications. She let us drop our luggage off quite a bit before check-in and after meeting her, she's just a great person you'd like to be around :) This was our first trip to the lovely seaside town of Hastings, but, after such a great all-around experience, it won't be our last. Fantastic holiday home with pool

Spent a good 2 nights with our grandsons 5&8 years old. Good communication and easy check in. Caravan is spacious and clean Easy walk through the pedestrian only exit to St Leonards beach, pebble & shingle but when the tide is out very safe and flat sand for the boys to play. Hastings with all the attractions approx 2 miles away. The caravan is in the area adjacent to all the facilities, which, is stated on the description but just to be aware it is extremely noisy, both with people returning to their caravans late & deliveries and staff arriving early morning. Be aware also that the park charges extortionate prices for passes to use the facilities, (not owners fault) we did not buy as plenty to do in hastings and being lucky with the weather we did not need an inside pool as we had the beach, but if the club room and entertainment is something important then maybe check with haven the prices before booking. If entertainment isn't high on priorities and fine with noise we recommend

Home from home! We had absolutely everything we needed and the accommodation was immaculate! We only wish we had booked for longer. There is a gorgeous pub (The Queen's Head) in the heart of Sedlescombe which was only a 10 min walk away along the footpath. The pub is also dog friendly which was great. We also visited Sedlescombe Organic Vineyard which was a 2 min drive away and was superb! We had a fantastic ploughman's in the sunshine and again, they were ever so dog friendly! Overall we would highly recommend this perfect place to stay and would love to come back again!

We had a great few days at Dales place, we were a large group of friends coming together with a small children and it was ideal, the kitchen diner is the kind of kitchen you dream of for your own home. The place is pristine with beautiful furnishings in every room. The bedrooms are all large and very comfortable. Location is great if you’re visiting St Leonard’s or Hastings and want to be just outside the mix. Dale was great and very attentive. Couldn’t recommend more.

We are just back from a few blissful days at Judin's cottage. This was by far the loveliest airbnb house we have stayed in. Travelling with two small (and noisy!) children can be stressful but we felt instantly relaxed, and at home, and Sarah and Mark were perfect hosts. The cottage was so beautifully furnished, with such comfortable beds, and there were so many lovely touches, that made it feel like a boutique hotel. The highlights were collecting fresh eggs in the morning and making friends with the sheep. Our daughter misses her favourite sheep called 'biscuit'! We were blessed by the most gorgeous weather but this beautiful cottage would be special at any time of year and we would love to come back!

We had an amazing time at Grace's Villa. We took her advice and embraced the Gatsby Style for our party which was a huge success. The house is great, cosy but also spacious, very well laid out for a gathering and all the little details was much appreciated. We had friends from all over the world and everyone had the best stay. Thanks Grace! Might even book for my own 50 th in a couple years😁
