Even though we didn't see Andreas ourselves, everything was perfectly arranged. Every day in the sauna and hot tub with -4gr was fantastic. Cottage had all the comforts. The only thing we noticed is the stairs to the sleeping area. Wasn't the easiest stairs. Definitely a place to come back to and I recommend this place by Harte on Best Regards Robert de Rooij

Pleasant apartment with 2 nice bathrooms and close to ski slopes. In the garden, it could be dragged down the hill. Cozier interior than the pictures suggest. We were there for Christmas and the owner had put a Christmas tree in the living room. Together with the fireplace (new firewood daily!) made it very cozy in the cottage. We enjoyed and would love to come back!

The place was excellent for our ski holiday! There was a storage room for ski equipment, boot dryer and in no time you were at the ski bus. Lubos was a very accommodating host and easy to reach. I highly recommend the accommodation and would vacation here again immediately.

I highly recommend this place, a great location , a guarded neighborhood, an elevator for the outdoors and an elevator in the middle of the house, a few steps and you are in a spa park that is not only very well-maintained by a lot of flowers, and fountains, everywhere nearby , the neighborhood is quiet, the apartment is well-maintained, nicely decorated, there is a washing machine, which for families with children is an amenity and coffee maker, 2 balconies , which is also a big plus , we will definitely stay there again, very good contact with Mrs. Aga. I also sincerely recommend it.

Everything went smoothly, nice place.

Our stay at Martina’s place was wonderful. The traditional house has everything you need and is extremely cozy. In particular, the fireplace in the living room made for lovely evenings after skiing and hiking. The children had plenty of space to play and go sledding, both inside the house and on the spacious property. We would love to come back!

Amazing place. Cozy cabin located in a picturesque area, with an amazing view, close to the wall of a clear forest where you can easily walk. Nearby, the Czech border, off-road educational paths - for children and a Czech brewery - for adults. 15-20min drive from the larger city - Kudowa Zdrój, about an hour from Adrspach, 40min from the Stołowe Mountains National Park. A very interesting place for people who appreciate proximity to nature. The prepared fire pit adds a charming atmosphere. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay and time, Tim was always reactive and replied to our messages fast. Beautiful house and surroundings!
