The view from the house is idyllic and incredibly peaceful and we enjoyed the rowing boat, the floating sauna, picking blueberries and a few days out to Sandhamn and Vaxholm. The house has everything you need from an outdoor dining table, a barbecue and a terrace to enjoy the view and it is only 45 minutes by car from Stockholm. We had a great time and Jack was the perfect host. We can definitely recommend this place.

We had a great time at Markus's cabin! The view from the top floor is amazing, and although the cabin is located in Markus's backyard, there is plenty of privacy. Markus was very friendly and took his time to explain everything we had to know. Would definitely come back.

We are thrilled to have found this gem for our winter getaway with friends in Vaxholm! The location is perfect—conveniently close to the bus, ferry, and with its own parking space, yet wonderfully peaceful. The house exceeded our expectations with its spaciousness and charm. It had plenty of room for everyone and came fully equipped with all the amenities we needed. It truly felt like a home with a soul, making our stay special. Mary-Rose, the host, was incredibly kind and attentive, answering all our questions promptly and ensuring we felt well-prepared for our stay. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient retreat in Vaxholm!

We had an excellent stay at Daniel's house. The view is splendid, and it is very quiet. The only difference from the photos is that there isn't a large sandy beach, so there's no need to bring your children's sand toys ;-) However, there is a trampoline that is very popular. The nearby mini-golf is also great.

Beautiful place! Decorated with love! Quiet location and you can quickly reach the sea and enjoy the sunset there. The proximity to the nature reserves is great!

We had a wonderful stay at Adrian's property—truly the perfect retreat for rest and recuperation. Nestled right on the water, the surroundings are stunning and teeming with wildlife, including deer, swans, ducks, and dragonflies. The living room is flooded with natural sunlight, creating a warm and inviting space. I was particularly impressed by the fantastic sound system and projector, perfect for relaxing evenings. The kitchen is well-equipped with a hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, and all essential appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. The bathroom features a delightful waterfall shower, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The nearest grocery store is approximately a 30-minute walk away and operates on an honesty system. However, please note that you'll need to be added to a list before you can enter, which can be arranged by calling the numbers posted on the shop's front door. I would undoubtedly stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at Max and Idas Cabin. It is perfect for a calm and relaxing holiday in nature. The hosts were friendly, helpful and replied very fast. They also organized a quick solution when the gas for cooking ran out. The place has everything you need: a well equipped kitchen, a Bluetooth speaker. Be aware: you need to bring all your food and if you want to take the ferry from the island, you have to order it in advance. We would come back anytime!
