Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Havelock-Belmont-Methuen

We had a wonderful time at the cottage. The host is very responsive and friendly and the views at the lakeside were spectacular with a starry sky during night time, just like the pictures! There were lots of activities to do during the day. We took half a day strolling along the Victoria rail trail, visiting local attractions. In the afternoon, we did canoeing and paddle boarding. It was such an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

Our group enjoyed a late summer weekend at this beautiful cottage. Everyone loved it! The kitchen is so well equipped with proper pans, utensils, and an array of spices. It was so clean inside and felt very homey. Meagan was super easy to communicate with. Our dog loved the shallow lake entry. Can't wait to be back in the future :)

My stay was comfortable and relaxing! I love this house it’s so unique and fun. My son and I loved it. We found it feels sort of like a fort which we loved. The host is so relaxed and go with the flow it was so refreshing!!! Definitely give her a 5 outta 5 I will certainly stay here again and I recommend this place to anyone else who is looking for a airbnb in Bancroft area! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Cottage was beautiful. Lots of room for our large group. We loved sitting on the large dock. Family is already asking if we can go there again next year. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Kelly’s place is well worth every penny. Beautiful river and huge property with a great fire pit and multiple paddle boats. Also well equipped inside with everything you need and very well kept. Felt right at home. Would definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic stay with our kids while in town for our wedding! Hilary was incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during such a special time. She was friendly, prompt, and answered all our questions quickly, which made the stay stress-free. The space was perfect for our family, with thoughtful touches that made it easy and comfortable for us and our little ones (like setting up a cot and having a pack and play available to use). We’re so grateful for their hospitality and would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially families. Thank you for helping make our wedding trip unforgettable! We will absolutely be looking to stay again sometime.

Doreen and Derek were excellent hosts. They were warm, friendly and receptive. The place was clean, nicely furnished and the kitchen had all necessary amenities. The neighbourhood was quiet and beautiful. We would like to visit the place again if the opportunity arises.

The place was great, beautiful area with a very nice vibe. The kitchen was very clean and had all the accessories needed, and the living room and natural lighting was very cozy. Simona was very helpful and responsive with her messaging.

The place was spotless and very cozy and all of the products were toxic-free! I was so happy to see that as that is rare. Bed was also so cozy I didn’t want to get out of it and missed my check out time 😅 host was very flexible. Would stay here again.

I’m a photographer from Orangeville and had a shoot early morning in Haliburton. So my assistant and I stayed at this lovely air bnb the night before the shoot. So cozy, clean and the hosts were super welcoming. Would stay again if we are ever in the Haliburton area! Thank you so much!

Bonnie’s place was absolutely wonderful, we wish we had more time there, it was incredibly peaceful in a beautiful setting. Bonnie is an amazing host, always responsive and very helpful. We arrived late from a flight and she brought us homemade soup and bread which was a welcome relief as nothing was open when we arrived. And then she also brought us fresh coffee in the morning. We would stay again with Bonnie in a heart beat.

Beautiful cabin, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Our stay was in the middle of winter so it was very quiet and private. The hot tub was a real treat. Dog friendly, for an additional fee. Very clean. Would highly reccomend.

A wonderful spot to enjoy time with friends in the beauty of nature. You’ll encounter horses and more in the heart of the forest. Co-host Donna was incredibly helpful and responsive. I will definitely be returning!

We had a fantastic stay for a long weekend (birthday) getaway. Nice private location with a view. Enjoyed the hot-tub while watching the first snowfall of the season, wood stove and the well stocked kitchen. Host even left some treats for my pup, which she really enjoyed and was very responsive/helpful. Pros: private location, right on the water, kayak/canoe/hot tub for use, well stocked kitchen, responsive host! Cons: (only 1!) mice! My dog could not stop hunting the cabin throughout our stay lol (she is dedicated, like a cat!) , and we did find some droppings on the dishes in the cupboards, before use. Overall - we had a fantastic time. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. We hope to be back soon!

This was our third time staying at the Dream Cabin and each time is better than the last. Roman and Irina are the ideal hosts with their quick response times, easy check-in instructions, lovely hospitality and overall friendly people who never hesitate to answer questions or assist in any way. It’s truly a place of paradise and we will be revisiting for many more years to come. Thanks Roman and Irina!!

The cabin was impeccably clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We brought plenty of supplies but ended up not using them because the cabin had it all. The nature was breathtaking, and we felt completely isolated and undisturbed, just as we had expected. We’ll definitely visit again, both in winter and summer. 10/10

We spent three wonderful days in this very cozy cabin, fully enjoying the breathtaking surroundings! Leah and Kevin were excellent hosts—not only because they thought of everything one might need in the cabin, but they were also very easy to reach and gave us valuable tips for nearby attractions that we, as tourists from Europe, wouldn't have easily found on our own.
