I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The home is warm, cozy, and the beds are very comfy. One of the highlights was definitely the two adorable cats – they were an absolute joy! We love Mangu and Pangu 🩷 I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay in Rotorua!!

We had an amazing stay, sitting on that beautiful deck looking out at the ocean was a total reset for me and we definitely intend on making this our regular stop. We really enjoyed our time in Mangawhai at this bach - great communication from Dave and his team who went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and happy, and a lovely clean modern home for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens to spend time in. Comfortable beds too!! We had fantastic weather, and a very relaxing holiday with most days on the beach. Loved the location close to the little village which had some great restaurants and coffee options, and we also did a day trip to beautiful Waipu Cove which was 15 minutes up the coast. Highly recommend the Mexican restaurant Gringas and coffee from the skate-park cafe.

Nicola went above and beyond for me and my friends for my 40th birthday. The house has so much character and so much to do. The tennis court and swimming pool were an added bonus on top of everything else. The house had everything we needed. Great place for everyone to enjoy.

Absolutely loved our stay at The Badger. There was a lot to do at the property, with no real need to leave. The bedroom sizes are perfect, and bathrooms well sized also. The gardens are lush and abundant, and the chickens provided daily eggs. The pool and spa always ready to go, and the tennis court an extra space for activity. The kitchen had everything needed, and was used a lot on our stay. Nathan is a very proactive and responsive host - thank you again, we will definitely be back. 😊

We just absolutely loved our stay at Samantha's beautiful home! It's so spacious and comfortable! We really felt like we could relax and had everything we needed. Our kids loved running around the garden and it was such a great location for accessing so much of what Rotorua has to offer. We very much hope to be back one day in the not too distant future!

we had a great stay here for mums 70th with the 4 grandchildren. a large property that felt like home. we enjoyed bennetts and the tavern markets but accidentally went to the wrong sand dunes (thanks to Googlemaps. i should have read Tins local instructions instead). I was pleasantly surprised that there was a double oven. this meant we were able to have dinner in the house on the first night. the girls loved the spa and plentiful toys in their room. the baby had his portacot set up in the walk in wardrobe so he didnt wake the others. mum said it was the best birthday ever. highly likely we will be back next year!

We spent NYE at Agata's place and had a wonderful stay. The accommodation is very modern and clean and just recently built. You also have an outside kitchen and a beautiful landscape around the house. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. If you look for a quiet place away from the rush of the city, you're just right here!

Very peaceful surroundings and authentic farm setting. The property and its contents were well thought out and the kitchen was well stocked with more than just continental breakfast so didn't have to rush to get groceries. This property caters well to families with children with some games available within the accommodation. The kids enjoyed playing badminton on the lawns. Would have been good if we could have also done the horse trekking but didn't book in time. Stones throw from a rather private Uretiti beach which was also wonderful. Thanks for your hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay at Vanessa’s place. It’s beautifully designed and generously laid out. We felt right at home and would highly recommend to anyone looking for an architecturally special place in a quieter location in Auckland.

I feel like this place was what Airbnb was envisioned to be ! The hosts were so kind and flexible ( we have a 20+ hr flight and they were very helpful to us) - the home was tidy with all the necessities and you really cannot pass up on having that amazing jam for breakfast! We ate the entire jar . Thank you Peter for everything!

We stayed at Ali’s Airbnb for a week and Ali is a perfect host. He is always there to assist you when you need and ask. Ali is a caring host who respects and values his guests. He actively communicates and checks in to ensure you have what you need to be comfortable. We’re from Christchurch and I was unsure about Auckland water, Ali reassured me that it is safe to drink but he still went out of his way to buy bottles of water for us. We really enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend Ali and his Airbnb.

Our stay at Tui & Nikau was beautiful. The place is so serene, private, and peaceful, and the accommodation had everything we needed and more. The hosts were super helpful and made the whole experience seamless. Highly recommend!

Excellent location in Hahei - short stroll to the beach and shops/food options. Well set up place with what you expect in a good kiwi beach bach - sunny outlook, bbq, outdoor space, and plenty of paperbacks and board games. Lots to do exploring beautiful Hahei and Cathedral Cove.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was super clean, cosy and quiet, and had everything we needed. What stood out was the hospitality of the hosts. We only met Wayne but he was such a great person to get to know. He showed us the glow worms in Titirangi and spoiled us with smoothies and ice cream. We could not recommend this place more! Thanks Wayne and Jihee for this fantastic experience!

This was one of the best places I’ve stayed at. A beautiful location and cabin with stunning views of the rolling hills and distant horizon. Genuinely feels like something out of Jurassic Park. Starry night sky is insane. The drive in with Mathew was very cool - I won’t spoil the details for anyone! 10/10 would recommend. Just book it.

A delightful quiet rural property away from the rush of traffic on SH 1, yet only moments to go down the drive and rejoin it. Great location for stopping on a North/South trip. Anthony was the consummate host also, the fresh fruit from your trees was added bonus. Yummy. We all loved the massive grove of trees at the rear of the property so many birds to watch. Thank you Anthony and Dianne for sharing this wonderful spot.

We absolutely loved Corrie’s place so much! What a magical spot up on the hill! Loved the views and stargazing from the outdoor bath! Everything was so clean and beautifully decorated — we wish we could have stayed longer!!

If you're worried about the Eco-toilet - don't be, it was honestly cleaner and much nicer to use than most public flushing toilets. Beautiful little cabin looking out across some farm animals. Loved watching the sunset from inside. Definitely ask to meet the farm animals - they were so cute!

Super host! Amazing attention and beautiful place! Pristine conditions and very cosy, ideal for a relax getaway! 100% recommend it!

Staying at the log cabin was amazing! Loved being able to have a fire outdoors at night, loved how close the waterfall swimming hole was (such a cool thing to do on a hot summer day!), heaps of space for the dog to run around and a very comfortable bed! Loved every minute!

Matt and Kylie have outdone themselves with setting up this beautiful getaway! We were looking for a little staycation somewhere off the grid and we got exactly that. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with amazing hospitality with great recommendations and suggestions (we loved the big grins from their very happy dogs). Everything was perfect and we loved exploring the bush in the mini trek down to the water and Matt was great with communicating all the steps. Spending the rest of the evening in the lovely outdoor kitchen/dining space watching the sunset was just the icing on the cake. Thank you again to Matt and Kylie for such a great experience 😊 would happily come back again!

Best AirBnb stay I've ever had. Everything is totally spot on. Theres a beach 20 minutes away that looks like something out of a travel brochue - absolutely amazing (never seen such blue water in my life). The bed is incredibly comfy, the cooking amenties are powerful (loved grilling a steak on the bbq) & the views are to die for, absolute insanity. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to get into the country on top of a hill with a view as far as the eye can go. The outdoor bath tub also has hot water meaning it was super quick to fill and heat up. 10/10
