Had a lovely weekend away with the family in this beautiful modern home with gorgeous outlook. Has everything you need and is well set out, peaceful and relaxing. Great location in Mangawhai. Hosts very thoughtful and responded promptly to our messages, thanks. We were pleasantly surprised by a bottle of red and card on arrival, wishing my husband a happy birthday :) I left something behind and they were quick to let me know and offer to get it back to me. Thanks so much!

After staying at Benny's we feel like we have come back from a beautiful remote island getaway. The outdoor area was so lush and it was so peaceful, we loved sitting outside and listening to the ocean waves in the distance. My partner and I struggled to be out at the check out time due to Aimz Games and the hectic traffic there was on top of school drop off being a 45 min drive turning into an almost 2 hour drive.. But Benny was super helpful, even going as far as helping me to carry my luggage for me! we highly recommend staying here if you need a quiet getaway by the sea. Absolutely loved it, wish we could have stated longer!!

We had a lovely stay at James’s property on beautiful Cooks Beach. Having rain and wind for the duration of our stay wasn’t great but the expansive bay views out across the water, through the full length glass doors, made up for the less than perfect weather. We did get to enjoy the fantastic deck the arvo of our arrival and in nicer weather this outdoor area with a choice of ample seating is an absolute winner!!. Just a step off the deck and you’re on the sand. Check in was easy and communication throughout the booking process was good too. The house is older and a little bit quirky in its design but worked well enough for our family. Cooks beach is close to the foot ferry over to Whitianga and it’s a close 10 minute drive around to Hahei and Hot Water Beach. I would recommend this house and area.

Nicola went above and beyond for me and my friends for my 40th birthday. The house has so much character and so much to do. The tennis court and swimming pool were an added bonus on top of everything else. The house had everything we needed. Great place for everyone to enjoy.

I recently stayed at a fantastic Airbnb that truly deserves its five-star rating! The host was incredibly welcoming and very easy to communicate with. The accommodation was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could need. The location was ideal, the tennis court & swimming pool made the weekend that much more exciting. Especially loved the cozy outdoor space, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway.

Beautiful views and gardens, with the calming sound of birdsong and waves in the background. Great location, just a short walk to amazing beaches. Wonderful interiors - beach house vibes with cosy blankets and rugs, the perfect place to relax. Suzy could not have been more helpful. Highly recommended, I hope we will return someday!

Beautiful and unique place right near downtown Auckland. We loved the view from the bedroom and the floor to ceiling sliding glass windows. 10/10 recommend!

What a fantastic place, would recommend to everyone

Everything is fine，especially the swimming pool. It is a quiet location without any traffic noise. Microwave oven is the only cooking way. We all have a good sleeping.

Absolutely loved our time at the place. Cosy and well equipped - an easy 25 minute walk to the Mangawhai Tavern and other shops/takeaways.

What a lovely beach-town stay! Clean and peaceful. Fleur had great tips on things to do. In addition we came back from our first afternoon out to find a lovely vase of fresh-picked roses at our door 🙏😊-thanks for everything!!!!

Thanks for hosting us Kirsty. We had a fantastic relaxing time and the kids enjoyed spending countless hours in the pool, rain or shine! We appreciate your help us finding family friendly bike trails, the bread, fresh fruit and picking up some Panadol when we needed it.

We had an incredible stay at Daine's place ! Both Diane and Tony were extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The grounds were stunning, providing a peaceful atmosphere to relax in. The cleanliness of the place was top-notch, which I really appreciated. Plus, being pet-friendly was a huge bonus for us. we had awesome breakfast everyday from the produce from garden and eggs from chickens and a very well supplied pantry. Our son who usually gets home sick in max 2 days actually wanted to extend the stay. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. We will surely be back.

Excellent friendly hosts, who went out of their way to greet us and bikes after an arduous bike ride to Pouto Point, so a very welcoming pick up of us and our bikes from the Kaipara Ferry at 8.30pm Lovely accommodation in a countryside sitting. thank you

The Anderson's have a beautiful spot up in the hills. the cabin it's self is quite innovative and spacious the bathtub is top tier relaxing. Very private and peaceful they are also helpful and kind. The fire pit they have is perfect for a clear night under the stars. The Anderson's are also very hospitable they make a great brownie and offer up cooking supplies for your bbq needs. I booked for a birthday and my partner and I have no complaints 10/10 Rest at Rahu.💯

Incredible location and beautiful views. A great place for a summer getaway

We had such a lovely time at Linda's place! From the minute we arrived she made us feel right at home, showing us around the cabin, where everything is and answering any questions we had. Super accommodating of us and our 2 year old twins, the cabin is spacious and the outdoor area is a great bonus where we could relax and the kids could run around. The outdoor bath was an absolute hit! Definitely a hidden gem, we will stay here again!

Amazing place, arguably better than the pictures describe it! Every little details feel right, and has been thought through. Peaceful and great for resourcing, definitely a place where you want to spend a lot of time resting, thinking and dreaming! I wish we would have stayed longer :)
