Set on the 3rd and 4th story, entry via approximately 30 stairs, Beachy Retreat has been tastefully redecorated and updated to ensure a relaxing homely feel. large kitchen living and dining area. This New York loft style apartment has been cleverly designed to capture all day sun and amazing views. The loft bedroom up stairs has been divided into two comfortable sleeping areas with a privacy wall to separate the beds. Being 2 minutes walk from Napier CBD, shops, restaurant's, parks and cafes.

Our peaceful studio is near restaurants, the sea and our lovely town centre. We will do our best to make you feel welcome in the Art Deco capital of New Zealand so, come and enjoy your stay in Napier with our great restaurants and wineries and so much more. Art deco tours, the Cape Kidnappers gannets, cycling trips is a must do while you’re visiting the Hawkes Bay area. The fruit bowl of New Zealand awaits you! There is on street parking and a kitchenette but unfortunately no wheelchair access.

Privately accessed, clean, quiet, self-contained ensuite space. Hot tub is by your entrance. Your rooms are closed off from my space so no shared facilities. A range of breakfast supplies in your space for enjoying at your convenience. From the comfortable queen bed you can enjoy the quiet garden outlook. A short walk to cafes, bars, boutique shops and a supermarket. Safe parking on the road-side however, on-site parking is available if required for 1 vehicle. Please check prior to arrival.

Reef Break Studio

A detached sleep-out across the road from the beach at Te Awanga, fully equipped for a comfortable stay. A spacious studio with a queen-sized bed, sofa bed (for two children or one adult), dining table, flatscreen TV, wifi, and continental breakfast. A cot is available. The kitchen contains a microwave, bench-top oven, cooking elements and a fridge. The bathroom has a decent-sized shower with good water pressure and gas-heated hot water. Only 15-20 minutes drive to Napier or Hastings.

It has air conditioning to keep you warm and cool and breakfast is included! Please note that the flat has no TV and it has a kitchenette not a full kitchen. Also the flat is reached by 30 steps down from the street. You are a short 10min walk from the cafes, restaurants & bars that Napier & Ahuriri have in abundance.

Self-contained, ( it has microwave, kettle , toaster only, NO STOVE/OVEN and no cooking allowed PLEASE) One-bedroom cottage at the bottom of a park-like garden.Smoke free area. Quiet and spacious. Separate from the main house. Super friendly Shih Tzu dog. 10 minute walk to city centre, supermarkets or parks. Hop in your car and you have Sunday markets, cycle tracks, Te Mata Peak, beaches, wineries, Art Deco, and more. We will endeavour to make your stay an enjoyable one".

Relaxing studio with hot tub/pool/close to town.

Our sleep out has been refurbished to a high standard with quality linens and locally made products. It is located in the back garden of our art deco home, with use of the hot tub and swimming pool (not heated). Close by are the delights of Napier including wineries, cafes, restaurants and art deco architecture. Push bikes are available for your use with Napier town centre 1.6km . There are no cooking facilities but a basic breakfast is included.
